营养剂是采用环境生物生态共生技术和菌根共生原理经生物发酵、化学螯合、物理活化等工艺合成的一种新型营养剂,不同作物要求不同的营养剂配方。
海藻多糖是由海洋藻类中提取获得的一种天然多糖,被植物吸收后可增加细胞中可溶性多糖含量,使细胞原生质浓度增高、粘度增大、弹性增强,提高细胞的吸水和保水能力,保持水解酶、蛋白酶、酯酶等酶的活性及稳定性,从而使细胞的膜结构免遭破坏,并且可以增强SOD酶等抗氧化酶活性,清除各种自由基,因此海藻多糖对植物的抗旱、抗寒、抗盐能力都有重要意义。
目前现有技术中对于防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂较为少见,因此需要制备一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂包含以下重量份原料:海藻多糖10-20份、尿素5-10份、硝酸钾20-30份、矿物质元素1-5份、糖渣5-10份、复合酶制剂1-5份、复合微生物菌剂1-3份、腐植酸盐15-20份、竹醋液1-5份、添加剂1-5份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤1-5份。
进一步优选,所述的防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂包含以下重量份原料:海藻多糖15份、尿素8份、硝酸钾25份、矿物质元素4份、糖渣8份、复合酶制剂4份、复合微生物菌剂2份、腐植酸盐18份、竹醋液4份、添加剂4份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤3份。
优选的,所述复合微生物菌剂采用枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌按照1:1:1的质量比配合制成。
优选的,所述复合酶制剂为纤维素酶、中性蛋白酶、海藻酸裂解酶的组合物。
优选的,所述添加剂以百分百计包括谷氨酸50-65%、维生素C5-15%和微量元素30-40%。
优选的,所述微量元素为氯化钴、钼酸铵硼酸、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸铜的混合物。
优选的,所述的矿物质元素为水溶性矿物质,所述的每100克水溶性矿物质中:钙元素含量为90克,锰元素含量为0.5克,铁元素含量为0.5克,铜元素0.5毫克,磷元素1.5克,锌元素含量为0.5克,钠元素4克,钾元素含量为0.5克,氯元素含量为0.5毫克,镁元素含量为1.5克。
一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂制备方法为:具体制备方法为:步骤一:海藻多糖的制备,新鲜海藻清洗去杂后,挤压脱水至含水量为50-60%,冻融2-3次,取所述经冻融后的新鲜海藻其投入反应釜,加入占海藻质量10-15倍的水;加入海藻干重0.5-5%的蛋白酶,调节pH=7.0,在30-45℃条件下搅拌提取2-3小时,接着进行离心提取,上清液减压浓缩后加入2-3倍量95%的乙醇,在3-8℃下放置10-12小时后进行过滤,过滤后,滤饼用无水乙醇洗1-3次,烘干,即得海藻多糖;
步骤二、按照营养剂的重量份原料配比,将海藻多糖、矿物质元素、糖渣、腐腐植酸盐、竹醋液、尿素、硝酸钾、添加剂、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤混合后粉碎,过40-60目筛,加水后升温搅拌,冷却,得到混合物培养基,备用;
步骤三、将复合微生物菌剂在常压下,保持发酵温度范围30-50℃;搅拌转速为100rpm-180rpm;发酵时间范围12-24小时;自然发酵完成后加入到步骤二的混合物培养基中;
步骤四、将复合酶制剂加入到步骤三的培养基中进行酶解反应,发酵液和酶解液的固液分离,利用离心机与板框压滤对混合液进行固液分离,得到分离液;
步骤五、分离液经过浓缩干燥即可制成防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本植物营养剂制备简单,海藻多糖的加入减少植物细胞内电介质流失,起到良好的抗逆、抗病毒效果;黄腐酸的加入促进植物的根、茎、叶吸收,促进植物生长,减少叶片气孔开张度,降低植物水分蒸腾;硝酸钾和6-苄氨基腺嘌呤配合使用不仅能降低电导率、提高叶绿素的含量、抑制叶绿素的分解,防止植物叶片发黄落叶,竹醋液的加入不仅具有杀菌效果,还具有促进土壤中微生物繁殖,提高肥力,促进植物生长的效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中对本发明的技术方案进行清楚,完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂制备方法为:步骤一:海藻多糖的制备,新鲜海藻清洗去杂后,挤压脱水至含水量为50%,冻融2次,取所述经冻融后的新鲜海藻其投入反应釜,加入占海藻质量10倍的水;加入海藻干重1%的蛋白酶,调节pH=7.0,在30℃条件下搅拌提取2小时,接着进行离心提取,上清液减压浓缩后加入2倍量95%的乙醇,在3℃下放置10小时后进行过滤,过滤后,滤饼用无水乙醇洗3次,烘干,即得海藻多糖;
步骤二、将海藻多糖10份、矿物质元素1份、糖渣5份、腐腐植酸盐15份、竹醋液1份、尿素5份、硝酸钾20份、添加剂1份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤1份混合后粉碎,过40目筛,加水后升温搅拌,冷却,得到混合物培养基,备用;
步骤三、将复合微生物菌剂1份在常压下,保持发酵温度范围30℃;搅拌转速为100rpm;发酵时间范围12小时;自然发酵完成后加入到步骤二的混合物培养基中;
步骤四、将复合酶制剂1份加入到步骤三的培养基中进行酶解反应,发酵液和酶解液的固液分离,利用离心机与板框压滤对混合液进行固液分离,得到分离液;
步骤五、分离液经过浓缩干燥即可制成防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂。
实施例2
一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂制备方法为:步骤一:海藻多糖的制备,新鲜海藻清洗去杂后,挤压脱水至含水量为60%,冻融3次,取所述经冻融后的新鲜海藻其投入反应釜,加入占海藻质量15倍的水;加入海藻干重5%的蛋白酶,调节pH=7.0,在45℃条件下搅拌提取3小时,接着进行离心提取,上清液减压浓缩后加入3倍量95%的乙醇,在8℃下放置12小时后进行过滤,过滤后,滤饼用无水乙醇洗3次,烘干,即得海藻多糖;
步骤二、将海藻多糖20份、矿物质元素5份、糖渣10份、腐腐植酸盐20份、竹醋液5份、尿素10份、硝酸钾30份、添加剂5份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤5份混合后粉碎,过60目筛,加水后升温搅拌,冷却,得到混合物培养基,备用;
步骤三、将复合微生物菌剂3份在常压下,保持发酵温度范围50℃;搅拌转速为180rpm;发酵时间范围24小时;自然发酵完成后加入到步骤二的混合物培养基中;
步骤四、将复合酶制剂5份加入到步骤三的培养基中进行酶解反应,发酵液和酶解液的固液分离,利用离心机与板框压滤对混合液进行固液分离,得到分离液;
步骤五、分离液经过浓缩干燥即可制成防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂。
实施例3
一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂制备方法为:步骤一:海藻多糖的制备,新鲜海藻清洗去杂后,挤压脱水至含水量为55%,冻融3次,取所述经冻融后的新鲜海藻其投入反应釜,加入占海藻质量12倍的水;加入海藻干重3%的蛋白酶,调节pH=7.0,在38℃条件下搅拌提取3小时,接着进行离心提取,上清液减压浓缩后加入3倍量95%的乙醇,在7℃下放置11小时后进行过滤,过滤后,滤饼用无水乙醇洗3次,烘干,即得海藻多糖;
步骤二、将海藻多糖15份、尿素8份、硝酸钾25份、矿物质元素4份、糖渣8份、腐植酸盐18份、竹醋液4份、添加剂4份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤3份混合后粉碎,过40-60目筛,加水后升温搅拌,冷却,得到混合物培养基,备用;
步骤三、将复合微生物菌剂2份在常压下,保持发酵温度范围40℃;搅拌转速为120rpm;发酵时间范围18小时;自然发酵完成后加入到步骤二的混合物培养基中;
步骤四、将复合酶制剂4份加入到步骤三的培养基中进行酶解反应,发酵液和酶解液的固液分离,利用离心机与板框压滤对混合液进行固液分离,得到分离液;
步骤五、分离液经过浓缩干燥即可制成防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂。
本实施例进行防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的实验验证。
实施例1-3制备的防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂实验例。
对比例为市面上普通的植物营养剂和清水。
在同一实验园中选取100棵香樟树,在10-11月份进行实验,使用树龄均为1-3年之间的香樟树,将100棵香樟树分为1-3实验组及1-2对照组。
实验组1-3分别使用实施例1-3得到的营养剂,对照组1使用市面常规营养液,对照组2使用清水。
将稀释配置好的本实施例1-3的营养剂,使用高压喷雾向树干、枝叶喷洒植物营养液,每周1-2次,其中,喷洒用的营养剂被稀释50-60倍。
30天后各组香樟树的长势评价标准如下:
优:长势明显变好,其树枝枝干表面萌发长出了许多新枝叶,生命力旺盛;无黄叶,落叶。
良:香樟树的长势未发生明显变化,基本保持原有状态,有部分黄叶,落叶。
差:香樟树的长势未发生明显变化,出现较多的黄叶,落叶。
每组中香樟树的生长情况进行评价,如表一所示。
由此可见本实施例1-3的营养剂与对比例相比具有较好的防香樟树落叶黄叶的功能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化,修改,替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述的营养剂包含以下重量份原料:海藻多糖10-20份、尿素5-10份、硝酸钾20-30份、矿物质元素1-5份、糖渣5-10份、复合酶制剂1-5份、复合微生物菌剂1-3份、腐植酸盐15-20份、竹醋液1-5份、添加剂1-5份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述的防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂包含以下重量份原料:海藻多糖15份、尿素8份、硝酸钾25份、矿物质元素4份、糖渣8份、复合酶制剂4份、复合微生物菌剂2份、腐植酸盐18份、竹醋液4份、添加剂4份、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述复合微生物菌剂采用枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌按照1:1:1的质量比配合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述复合酶制剂为纤维素酶、中性蛋白酶、海藻酸裂解酶的组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂以百分百计包括谷氨酸50-65%、维生素C5-15%和微量元素30-40%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述微量元素为氯化钴、钼酸铵硼酸、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸铜的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂,其特征在于:所述的矿物质元素为水溶性矿物质,所述的每100克水溶性矿物质中:钙元素含量为90克,锰元素含量为0.5克,铁元素含量为0.5克,铜元素0.5毫克,磷元素1.5克,锌元素含量为0.5克,钠元素4克,钾元素含量为0.5克,氯元素含量为0.5毫克,镁元素含量为1.5克。
8.一种防止植物叶片变黄、落叶的植物营养剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备方法为:步骤一:海藻多糖的制备,新鲜海藻清洗去杂后,挤压脱水至含水量为50-60%,冻融2-3次,取所述经冻融后的新鲜海藻其投入反应釜,加入占海藻质量10-15倍的水;加入海藻干重0.5-5%的蛋白酶,调节pH=7.0,在30-45℃条件下搅拌提取2-3小时,接着进行离心提取,上清液减压浓缩后加入2-3倍量95%的乙醇,在3-8℃下放置10-12小时后进行过滤,过滤后,滤饼用无水乙醇洗1-3次,烘干,即得海藻多糖;
步骤二、按照营养剂的重量份原料配比,将海藻多糖、矿物质元素、糖渣、腐腐植酸盐、竹醋液、尿素、硝酸钾、添加剂、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤混合后粉碎,过40-60目筛,加水后升温搅拌,冷却,得到混合物培养基,备用;
