Abstract

A plate conveying device is suitable for receiving a plurality of plates conveyed by a plate frame turnover device and conveying the plates in a direction away from the plate frame turnover device. The plate conveying device comprises a buffer seat unit and a conveying table unit. In the process of manufacturing the printed circuit board, the printed materials on the circuit board are finally required to be dried through drying operation, in the prior art, before the circuit board is baked, the circuit board is conveyed into an oven by a horizontal conveying device and transferred onto a circularly movable chain wheel transmission mechanism, a plurality of plate frames are arranged at intervals on the chain wheel transmission mechanism, the circuit board can be supported by the chain wheel transmission mechanism in a hanging mode, the circuit board can be driven by the chain wheel transmission mechanism to be baked in the oven, and after baking is finished, the baked circuit board is conveyed to the next station by the horizontal conveying device. However, in the process of transferring the baked circuit boards from the sprocket drive mechanism to the horizontal conveyor, one circuit board may not be smoothly conveyed because of being placed on the horizontal conveyor in a skewed manner, and the next circuit board is immediately transferred to the horizontal conveyor, and at this time, the rack of the sprocket drive mechanism presses the obliquely placed circuit board to damage the circuit board, and even damage to the conveyor may be caused.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the board conveying device of the present invention is adapted to receive a plurality of boards 2 conveyed by a board rack turnover device 1 and convey the boards 2 in a conveying direction D1 in a direction away from the board rack turnover device 1, and the boards 2 may be, for example, printed circuit boards. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the buffer seat unit 3 includes a base 31, a lifting frame 32 movably disposed on the base 31 along a vertical direction D3, four pressure sensors 33 disposed on the lifting frame 32, a micro switch 34 disposed on the base 31, a first sprocket assembly 35 disposed on the base 31, a second sprocket assembly 36 disposed on the lifting frame 32, two chains 37 connecting the first sprocket assembly 35 and the second sprocket assembly 36, and a weight 38 fixedly connected to one end of the chain 37. The base 31 includes a bottom frame 311 and a buffer frame 312 disposed on the bottom frame 311. The bottom frame 311 may be, for example, but not limited to, a cubic frame. The buffer frame 312 is a square planar frame, and includes a buffer frame 312a, two abutting plates 312b disposed on the buffer frame 312a at intervals and extending along the left-right direction D2, and a mounting plate 312c disposed on the buffer frame 312a and extending along the left-right direction D2 between the abutting plates 312 b. The second sprocket assembly 36 is disposed on the bottom plate 321 below the mounting plate 312c, and has a pair of second bearing seats 361 disposed on the bottom plate 321 at intervals along the left-right direction D2, a second rotating shaft 362 rotatably passing through the second bearing seats 361, and a pair of second sprockets 363 sleeved on the second rotating shaft 362 at intervals along the left-right direction D2. The second sprocket assembly 36 has the same components as the first sprocket assembly 35, except for the location of placement. The other end of the chain 37 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the mounting plate 312c and partially surrounds the first sprocket 353 and the second sprocket 363.
The number of the pressure sensors 33 and the support columns 322 is not limited to four, but may be at least one in other embodiments. The number of the abutting plates 312b is not limited to two, and may be at least one in other embodiments. The number of the first bearing seats 351, the first sprockets 353 and the chains 37 of the first sprocket assembly 35 is not limited to two, and other numbers may be used in other embodiments, as long as at least one is used, and the second sprocket assembly 36 is also used.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the conveying table unit 4 is adapted to receive the board 2 and convey the board 2 away from the board rack turnover device 1, and includes a mounting frame 41, a conveying table 42 disposed on the mounting frame 41, and four sensing members 43 disposed on the conveying table 42. The mounting frame 41 has a mounting frame 410 for the conveying table 42, two connecting plates 411 fixedly connected to the mounting frame 410 and the lower end of the pressure sensor 33, extending along the left-right direction D2 and spaced from the top plate 323, the connecting plates 411 are arranged at intervals in the conveying direction D1, the distance between the two connecting plates is smaller than the distance between the top plates 323, and each two pressure sensors 33 are respectively connected to the top plate 323 and the connecting plates 411. The first conveyor 421 is adjacent to the sprocket drive 11 and the second conveyor 422 is further from the sprocket drive 11. The width of the whole first conveyor belt 421 (i.e. the distance between the outer edges of the first conveyor belt 421) is smaller than the distance between the side arms 122 of the rack 12 to avoid interference with the rack 12, and the width of the whole second conveyor belt 422 (i.e. the distance between the outer edges of the second conveyor belt 422) is larger than the width of the whole first conveyor belt 421 and slightly larger than the width of the plate 2, so that the plate 2 can be smoothly moved and the plate 2 can be prevented from being skewed because both sides can be supported during the conveying process. The cover plate 423 is formed with four openings 424 corresponding to the sensing members 43, and the sensing members 43 can detect whether the plate 2 passes over the openings, so as to ensure that the conveying process of the plate 2 is not abnormal. The number of the connection plates 411 is not limited to two, and may be at least one in other embodiments.
The following describes a protection mechanism of the plate conveying device of the present invention: referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, when the conveying table 42 of the conveying table unit 4 receives at least one plate 2, the weight of the plate 2 drives the conveying table unit 4 to displace downward to apply an external force to the pressure sensor 33, so that the pressure sensor 33 generates a weight reading value, and when the weight reading value exceeds the threshold value, the plate frame turning device 1 stops operating. Taking a normal plate 2 transport process as an example, the transport table unit 4 only receives a single plate 2 and transports it to the next station, where the weight reading of the pressure sensor 33 does not exceed the threshold value, and the sprocket drive 11 and the transport table 42 continue to operate as usual. On the contrary, if the plate 2 is placed on the conveying table 42 in a skew manner during the process of transferring from the sprocket driving mechanism 11 to the conveying table 42, and the next plate 2 is to be transferred to the plate 2 placed on the conveying table 42 in a skew manner, the plate 2 placed in a skew manner is additionally subjected to the downward pressing force of the plate frame 12, so that the weight reading value of the pressure sensor 33 is increased, and once the weight reading value exceeds the threshold value, the plate frame turning device 1 stops operating, so as to prevent the plate 2 and the conveying table 42 from being damaged due to continuous pressing of the plate frame 12.
