Especially when the scraper body 3 is turned downward, the diluted impurities can be discharged under the action of gravity, and the scraper body 3 can vibrate in the operation process, so that the diluted impurities are more easily discharged from the drain hole 32 under the action of vibration.
In addition, under the action of water pressure, softer impurities are easily broken into finer particles by the impact force of water flow, are not easily blocked in the installation cavity 411, the pollution discharge hole 412 and the pollution discharge hole 32, and are more easily discharged. Moreover, the impact force of the water flow can generate thrust to impurities, and the impurities can be discharged under the thrust, so that the impurities are further reduced from being blocked in the scraper body 3 and the rolling bodies 4.
After the scraper body 3 and the rolling bodies 4 are cleaned by water flow, the phenomenon that the balls 42 are clamped in the mounting cavity 411 can be reduced, the rolling performance of the balls 42 is improved, and the service life is prolonged. In addition, after cleaning, a small amount of moisture can be reserved on the scraper body 3 and the rolling bodies 4, and impurities entering the installation cavity 411 are mixed with the moisture during material conveying, so that the fluidity of the impurities can be improved, and the resistance of the impurities to the balls 42 is reduced. Particularly in a coal mine, after the coal slime entering the installation cavity 411 is mixed with water, the ball 42 can be lubricated, and the rolling performance of the ball 42 is improved.
In addition, the water flow sprayed by the spraying device 5 can play an auxiliary cooling role on the balls 42.
As shown in fig. 11, the application also provides a rolling element 4, which comprises a shell 41, a ball 42 and a pollution discharge filter screen 7. The inside of the shell 41 is provided with a mounting cavity 411, and the shell 41 is provided with a pollution outlet 412 which is communicated with the mounting cavity 411 and the outside; the balls 42 are mounted in the mounting cavity 411, and the balls 42 have portions protruding from the bottom side of the housing 41; the drain filter 7 is mounted to the housing 41, and the drain filter 7 separates the drain hole 412 from the outside of the housing 41.
During operation of the rolling element 4, the pollution discharge filter screen 7 can prevent large particle materials from entering the installation cavity 411. When the rolling bodies 4 turn downwards, impurities in the installation cavity 411 can be discharged by the pollution discharge filter screen 7, and the impurities are reduced to be accumulated in the installation cavity 411. The rolling body 4 may be mounted on the scraper body 3 and may be applied to the scraper conveyor, and the water flow sprayed by the spraying device 5 may enter the mounting cavity 411 through the pollution discharge filter screen 7 to dilute impurities, and the diluted impurities may be discharged through the pollution discharge filter screen 7.
In addition, during assembly, the pollution discharge filter screen 7 can be mounted on the shell 41, and then the assembled rolling bodies 4 can be mounted in the fixing holes 31 of the scraper body 3, so that the operation is easy.

Claims (9)

1. A scraper conveyor, comprising:
a material conveying groove;
the annular chain can move circularly relative to the material conveying groove;
the scraper body is arranged on the annular chain, a fixing hole and a sewage draining hole which are communicated with each other are formed in the scraper body, and the fixing hole and the sewage draining hole penetrate through the scraper body;
the rolling body is arranged in the fixing hole and comprises a shell and a ball, an installation cavity is formed in the shell, the ball is arranged in the installation cavity, part of the ball extends out of the bottom side of the shell, and the shell is provided with a pollution discharge hole communicated with the installation cavity and the pollution discharge hole;
the spraying device is arranged at the machine head and/or the machine tail, and when the scraper body is overturned at the machine head or the machine tail, the spraying device can spray towards the sewage draining hole of the scraper body.
2. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, further comprising a divider plate configured to form a trapway communicating the trapway with the outside.
3. The scraper conveyor of claim 2, wherein the divider plate is a drain cover having a connecting end connected to the scraper body to rotatably open or close the drain hole, and wherein the drain cover is capable of rotatably opening the drain hole under the action of gravity to form the drain channel when the scraper body is turned upside down.
4. A scraper conveyor according to claim 3, wherein the drain cover is provided with a water inlet opening communicating with the drain hole.
5. The scraper conveyor of claim 2, wherein the divider plate is a blowdown filter screen mounted to the blowdown port, the mesh of the blowdown filter screen forms the blowdown channel, and the blowdown filter screen separates the blowdown port from the outer side of the scraper body.
6. The scraper conveyor of claim 5, wherein a distance between a top surface of the blowdown screen and a top edge of the blowdown aperture is no less than 3mm.
7. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein a wear-resistant seal ring is mounted to a bottom side of the mounting cavity, and wherein the wear-resistant seal ring is clamped by a cavity wall of the mounting cavity and the balls.
8. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein the spray device comprises a water outlet pipe and a sprinkler head disposed on the water outlet pipe, the sprinkler head facing the blowdown port.
9. A screed comprising:
the scraper body is internally provided with a fixing hole and a sewage draining hole which are communicated with each other, and the fixing hole and the sewage draining hole penetrate through the scraper body;
the rolling body is arranged in the fixing hole and comprises a shell and a ball, an installation cavity is formed in the shell, the ball is arranged in the installation cavity, part of the ball extends out of the bottom side of the shell, and the shell is provided with a pollution discharge hole communicated with the installation cavity and the pollution discharge hole;
when the scraper blade overturns downwards in the operation process, impurities in the installation cavity can be discharged through the sewage outlet and the sewage discharging hole under the action of gravity and under the promotion of vibration of the scraper blade.
