The sprayed water flows into the mounting cavity 411 through the sewage discharge hole 32 and the sewage discharge hole 412 to dilute impurities inside the scraper body 3 and the rolling body 4, so that the impurities are in a fluid state, and the fluid impurities are more easily discharged from the sewage discharge hole 32. In addition, under the effect of water pressure, softer impurity is easily broken into finer granule by the impact force of rivers, is difficult for blocking in installation cavity 411, outlet 412 and blowoff hole 32, discharges more easily. And the impact force of rivers can produce thrust to impurity, and impurity can discharge under thrust to further reduce the impurity card in scraper blade body 3 and rolling element 4.
After the scraper blade body 3 and the rolling body 4 are cleaned by water flow, the phenomenon that the balls 42 are clamped in the mounting cavity 411 can be reduced, the rolling performance of the balls 42 is improved, and the service life is prolonged. In addition, after cleaning, a small amount of moisture is retained in the scraper body 3 and the rolling body 4, and when materials are conveyed, impurities entering the mounting cavity 411 are mixed with the moisture, so that the flowability of the impurities can be improved, and the resistance of the impurities to the balls 42 can be reduced. Especially in the coal mine, after the coal slime entering the installation cavity 411 is mixed with water, the ball 42 can be lubricated, and the rolling performance of the ball 42 is improved.
In addition, the water flow sprayed by the spraying device 5 can play a role in assisting in cooling the balls 42.
As shown in fig. 11, the present invention further provides a rolling element 4, which comprises a housing 41, balls 42, and a sewage screen 7. The shell 41 is internally provided with a mounting cavity 411, and the shell 41 is provided with a sewage outlet 412 which is communicated with the mounting cavity 411 and the outside; the ball 42 is arranged in the mounting cavity 411, and the ball 42 partially extends out of the bottom side of the shell 41; the filth discharge screen 7 is installed at the housing 41, and the filth discharge screen 7 partitions the filth hole 412 and the outside of the housing 41.
In the operation process of the rolling body 4, the sewage filter screen 7 can prevent large-particle materials from entering the installation cavity 411. When rolling element 4 overturns downwards, the impurity in installation cavity 411 can be discharged by blowdown filter screen 7, reduces impurity and piles up in installation cavity 411. This rolling element 4 can be installed on above-mentioned scraper blade body 3 to can be applied to above-mentioned scraper conveyor on, the rivers that spray set 5 sprays can get into the installation cavity 411 by blowdown filter screen 7 in, with dilute impurity, the impurity after diluting can be discharged by blowdown filter screen 7.
In addition, the dirt discharge screen 7 can be attached to the housing 41 during assembly, and the assembled rolling elements 4 can be attached to the fixing holes 31 of the scraper body 3, thereby facilitating handling.

a material conveying groove;
the annular chain can move circularly relative to the material conveying groove;
the scraper body is arranged on the annular chain, a fixing hole and a sewage discharge hole which are communicated with each other are formed in the scraper body, and the fixing hole and the sewage discharge hole penetrate through the scraper body;
the rolling body is arranged in the fixing hole and comprises a shell and a ball, an installation cavity is formed in the shell, the ball is arranged in the installation cavity, part of the ball extends out of the bottom side of the shell, and the shell is provided with a sewage outlet communicated with the installation cavity and the sewage outlet;
the spraying device is arranged at the machine head and/or the machine tail, and when the scraper body is turned at the machine head or the machine tail, the spraying device can spray towards the sewage discharge hole of the scraper body.
2. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, further comprising a divider plate configured to form a trapway communicating the trapway opening to the environment.

The scraper conveyor of claim 2, wherein the separation plate is a waste cover having a connection end connected to the scraper body for rotatably opening or closing the waste opening, and wherein the waste cover is rotatable under the influence of gravity to open the waste opening when the scraper body is turned downward to form the waste channel.
4. The scraper conveyor of claim 3, wherein the dirt discharge cover is provided with a water inlet hole communicating with the dirt discharge hole.
5. The scraper conveyor of claim 2, wherein the partition plate is a sewage screen, the sewage screen is installed at the sewage hole, a mesh of the sewage screen forms the sewage passage, and the sewage screen separates the sewage hole and the outside of the scraper body.
6. The flight conveyor of claim 5, wherein a distance between a top surface of the drain screen and a top edge of the drain hole is no less than 3 mm.
7. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein a wear-resistant seal ring is mounted to the bottom side of the mounting chamber, and the wear-resistant seal ring is clamped by the chamber wall of the mounting chamber and the balls.
8. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein the spray device includes an outlet pipe and a sprinkler head disposed on the outlet pipe, the sprinkler head facing the drain hole.
