An automatic carton opening device for a tongue-buckle carton is disclosed, wherein the carton is a hexahedral carton and comprises a bottom cover, tongue buckles integrally extending from one side edge of the bottom cover, bottom side lugs positioned at two opposite sides of the bottom cover, and four side walls connecting the bottom cover and the two bottom side lugs; the method is characterized in that: the equipment comprises a rack, and a feeding unit, a taking unit, an expansion unit, a lug folding unit, a bottom pressing unit and a tongue buckle limiting unit which are arranged on the rack; the feeding unit is used for placing carton blanks when the cartons are not opened and can continuously feed, the taking unit is used for grabbing the carton blanks and can drive the carton blanks to pass through the box expanding unit and the lug folding unit in sequence along linear motion and then reach the upper part of the bottom pressing unit, the box expanding unit is used for pushing the carton side walls on the carton blanks in the box blank motion process to enable the four side walls of the carton blanks to be deformed into a rectangular body, the lug folding unit is used for folding two bottom side lugs on the carton blanks after the rectangular body is formed into a box, the bottom pressing unit is used for bending the bottom cover and pressing the tongue buckle into the box body, the tongue buckle limiting unit is used for assisting the tongue buckle to keep a box-entering posture, and the distance between the bottom pressing unit and the lug folding unit is smaller than the width of the bottom cover along the box blank motion direction; the box blank is sucked from the feeding unit through the material taking unit and is driven to the bottom pressing unit, and in the process that the box blank is driven by the material taking unit, the box blank sequentially passes through the box expanding unit for box expansion and the bottom side ear folding unit for bottom end folding, and then the bottom pressing unit and the tongue buckle limiting unit are used for bottom cover folding and tongue buckle folding.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 for automatically opening a box of a tongue-and-groove carton, wherein: the box body sending-out unit is used for sending the box body after the box is opened out of the equipment.

The apparatus of claim 1 for automatically opening a box of a tongue-and-groove carton, wherein: the ear folding unit comprises two second driving cylinders, the moving part of each second driving cylinder is fixedly connected with a piece, the two second driving cylinders are arranged oppositely, and the cylinder bodies of the second driving cylinders are obliquely arranged to enable the moving parts to move obliquely upwards relatively so as to fold two bottom side ears of the box body respectively.

The apparatus of claim 1 for automatically opening a box of a tongue-and-groove carton, wherein: the bottom pressing unit comprises a third driving cylinder and a fourth driving cylinder, the third driving cylinder is arranged in an up-down mode, the fourth driving cylinder is arranged in an up-down mode, a moving part of the third driving cylinder is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged bottom pressing plate, a moving part of the fourth driving cylinder is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged folding tongue buckling plate, the folding tongue buckling plate and the bottom pressing plate are arranged in parallel side by side, and a bottom cover of the box blank is driven by the material taking unit to firstly pass through the folding tongue buckling plate and then reach the bottom pressing plate; the tongue buckle limiting unit comprises a fifth driving cylinder capable of driving horizontal movement and a horizontally arranged limiting rod, the moving part of the fifth driving cylinder is fixedly connected with one end of the limiting rod, the limiting rod is positioned between the pressing bottom plate and the folded tongue buckle plate and is parallel to the pressing bottom plate and the folded tongue buckle plate, and the heights of the pressing bottom plate, the folded tongue buckle plate and the limiting rod when the third driving cylinder and the fourth driving cylinder do not act are equal.

The apparatus of claim 7 for automatically opening a box of a tongue-and-groove carton, wherein: the tongue-folding plate comprises a first plate and a second plate which are fixedly connected, wherein the second plate is positioned between the bottom pressing plate and the first plate, and at least part of the second plate protrudes above the first plate.

The apparatus of claim 7 for automatically opening a box of a tongue-and-groove carton, wherein: the tongue buckle limiting unit also comprises a limiting plate which is arranged at the opposite side of the travel of the limiting rod and is used for limiting the travel distance of the limiting rod.

The apparatus of claim 7 for automatically opening a box of a tongue-and-groove carton, wherein: the bottom pressing unit also comprises a sixth driving cylinder capable of driving horizontal movement, and a moving part of the sixth driving cylinder is connected with the third driving cylinder and the fourth driving cylinder.

The apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the box body sending-out unit comprises a seventh driving cylinder and a push plate, wherein the seventh driving cylinder can drive the seventh driving cylinder to move horizontally, the moving part of the seventh driving cylinder is fixedly connected with the push plate, and the moving direction of the moving part of the seventh driving cylinder is vertical to the moving direction of the moving part of the sixth driving cylinder.
