The invention discloses a locking mechanism of a charging gun of a new energy automobile, wherein a power receiving assembly (1) is provided with a controller (3), a voice device (6) and a large screen (7); the controller (5) is respectively connected with the electronic locking mechanism (21), the button signal assembly (42), the voice device (6) and the large screen (7) through signal lines. The invention also discloses an unlocking control method of the locking mechanism. By adopting the technical scheme, the interlocking mechanism, the voice prompt and the large-screen display are added in the existing charging gun system, so that the problems that the locking and unlocking states of the electronic lock and the mechanical lock of the existing charging gun are not clear, and the experience of inserting and pulling the gun by a user is poor are solved; meanwhile, the invention adds a position judgment signal of the electronic lock, can detect the fault of the electronic lock, and can detect whether the electronic lock is blocked or dead, thereby bringing convenience for maintenance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of charging of new energy automobiles. More specifically, the invention relates to a locking mechanism system of a charging gun of a new energy automobile, which comprises a power receiving assembly, an interlocking mechanism, charging equipment, a button assembly, a controller, a voice device, a large screen and the like. The invention also relates to an unlocking control method of the locking mechanism. Meanwhile, the invention also relates to a charging gun system comprising the charging gun locking mechanism and a vehicle comprising the charging gun system.
Background
The locking mechanism system of the charging gun at present is generally applied to new energy automobiles. According to present charging pile standard, when charging current is greater than 16Ah, the alternating-current charging pile and all direct-current charging piles need to be additionally provided with the electronic locking mechanism, the electronic locking mechanism and the mechanical locking mechanism need to be kept in a locking state in the charging process, and therefore safety problems are prevented from being accidentally pulled down in the charging process. However, the locking mechanism of the existing charging gun is lack of voice or visual prompting function in practical use; the locking and unlocking states of the existing electronic lock and mechanical lock of the charging gun are not clear, and the problems of jamming and deadlocking are easy to occur; the electronic lock has mechanical faults, and the problem cannot be detected in the first time, so that the maintenance is difficult.
In order to solve the charging safety, some technical solutions of electronic locks and mechanical locks are proposed by those skilled in the art. For example: chinese patent document CN 207691113U (application No. 201721410472.X) discloses a charging gun locking system, a vehicle body assembly, and a charging gun. Although the technical solution described in the above document enables a user to operate the charging gun side to unlock the vehicle and the charging gun, it cannot detect the position of the electronic lock, and cannot determine whether the electronic lock is stuck or jammed, which makes maintenance extremely difficult; in addition, voice prompt and large-screen display are not adopted, and user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a locking mechanism of a charging gun of a new energy automobile, and aims to solve the problems that an electronic lock and a mechanical lock of the existing charging gun are not clear, and are easy to block and deadly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
according to the locking mechanism of the charging gun of the new energy automobile, the new energy automobile is provided with the power receiving assembly, and the power receiving assembly is matched with the charging gun on the charging equipment and is locked by the locking mechanism; the locking mechanism comprises an electronic locking mechanism, a lock tongue and a mechanical locking mechanism; the charging gun is also provided with a button assembly; the button assembly comprises a trigger button, a button signal assembly and an unlocking button; the unlocking button is used for unlocking and controlling the mechanical locking mechanism; the power receiving assembly is provided with a controller, a voice device and a large screen; the controller is respectively connected with the electronic locking mechanism, the button signal assembly, the voice device and the large screen through signal lines.
The charging equipment is a direct current charging pile or an alternating current charging pile.
The charging gun locking mechanism is applied to a charging gun system of a vehicle; the new energy automobile adopts the charging gun locking mechanism and the charging gun system thereof.
In order to achieve the same purpose as the technical scheme, the invention also provides an unlocking control method of the locking mechanism of the charging gun of the new energy automobile, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, a controller receives an unlocking signal of an electronic locking mechanism;
step 6, the controller informs the reminding module to send an unlocking in-place signal of the electronic locking mechanism and immediately controls the mechanical locking mechanism to unlock;
and 7, when the controller judges that the unlocking of the mechanical locking mechanism is finished, controlling the reminding module to send out a reminding signal of finishing the unlocking, displaying the signal on a large screen, and simultaneously carrying out voice prompt through a voice device.
The unlocking control method of the charging gun locking mechanism is applied to a charging gun system of a vehicle; the new energy automobile adopts the unlocking control method of the charging gun locking mechanism and the charging gun system thereof.

The structure of the invention as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 is a locking mechanism of a charging gun of a new energy automobile, and the locking mechanism of the charging gun is used for locking a charging gun of a charging device and a power receiving component of a new energy automobile waiting for a charging object to be charged, and the locking mechanism is not allowed to be disengaged in a charging process. However, when the charging is completed or the charging needs to be stopped, the unlocking operation should be smoothly performed.
According to the locking mechanism of the charging gun of the new energy automobile, the new energy automobile is provided with a power receiving assembly 1, the power receiving assembly 1 is matched with the charging gun on a charging device 3, and the locking mechanism is locked through the interlocking mechanism 2; the interlocking mechanism 2 comprises an electronic locking mechanism 21, a bolt 22 and a mechanical locking mechanism 23; in the locked state, they form an interlocking mechanism.
The charging gun is also provided with a button assembly 4; the button assembly 4 comprises a trigger button 41, a button signal assembly 42 and an unlocking button 43; the unlocking button 43 is used for unlocking and controlling the mechanical locking mechanism 23; buttons of the mechanical locking mechanism 23 and the electronic locking mechanism 21 are arranged on the side of the charging gun, so that the use by a user is facilitated;

After the trigger button 41 is pressed, the first stroke firstly sends out an electronic lock unlocking signal, and the controller 5 receives the signal and detects the position of the electronic locking mechanism 21; if the electronic lock is in the zero position, the electronic lock is pulled to move leftwards, and after the electronic lock reaches the maximum position, the electronic lock is completely opened, and the controller 5 simultaneously detects a vehicle door lock signal of the vehicle; if the door lock is in an open state, the controller 5 sends a signal to the button signal component 42 in the first stroke, and after the signal of the button component 4 passes, the button can be pressed down by a second stroke in the same direction, and the unlocking button 43 is touched by the second stroke, so that the mechanical locking mechanism 23 is unlocked and controlled;

The prompting device of the prompting module is a voice prompting device, can also be a buzzer alarm, or is a vibration alarm.
If the charging equipment 2 is a direct-current charging pile, the direct-current charging pile also comprises a charging pile controller, and the charging pile controller controls the unlocking operation of the electronic locking mechanism 21 according to the judgment result.
If the charging device 2 is an alternating-current charging pile, the object to be charged is an electric vehicle, the electric vehicle comprises a vehicle control unit, and the vehicle control unit controls the unlocking operation of the electronic locking mechanism 21 according to the judgment result.
