Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) adhesive film of an FPC (flexible printed circuit) product, which comprises the following steps of: feeding, namely placing the PET mucosa coil material on a feeding roller, and unfolding and tensioning the PET mucosa coil material through a tensioning transmission mechanism; loading a preset punching program according to the PET film sticking specification required by the FPC product; automatically punching, namely punching required positioning holes and pin holes on the unfolded PET mucosa through a punching mechanism; and automatically cutting, namely cutting the punched PET adhesive film into PET adhesive film pieces with preset lengths through a cutting mechanism according to a preset punching program, and enabling the cut PET adhesive film pieces to fall into a material receiving box. The invention simplifies the manufacturing process of the PET mucosa sheet, can realize automation, greatly improves the production efficiency and saves the manpower and the cost of other auxiliary materials.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of FPC (flexible printed circuit), in particular to a method for manufacturing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) adhesive film of an FPC product.
Background
The PET adhesive film is an auxiliary material required in the production process of FPC products. Before the FPC product is punched, the whole FPC needs to be attached to a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) adhesive film, after punching, the rim charge is torn off, and the FPC product is adhered to the PET adhesive film.
The existing PET adhesive film sheet is prepared by the following steps: cutting, wherein a worker cuts the coiled PET adhesive film into a piece of PET adhesive film through a cutting machine; then a stack (e.g., 20-30 sheets) of PET adhesive film is wrapped with upper and lower backing sheets; and then, making a board surface mark on each packed PET sticky film, and finally, drilling by taking the drilling machine, wherein the drilling process comprises the following steps: gluing on a machine, drilling holes, tearing a lower plate of the masking tape and the like. Whole preparation process is long, and production efficiency is low to need use many auxiliary materials (upper and lower backing plate, packing area etc.), material cost is high, and each step all needs artifical the participation simultaneously, and the human cost is high.

The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) adhesive film sheet of an FPC (flexible printed circuit) product, so as to solve the problems.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:
a method for manufacturing a PET adhesive film sheet of an FPC product can comprise the following steps:
feeding, namely placing the PET mucosa coil material on a feeding roller, and unfolding and tensioning the PET mucosa coil material through a tensioning transmission mechanism;
loading a preset punching program according to the specification of the PET adhesive film required by the FPC product, wherein the preset punching program comprises the length of the PET adhesive film, the position coordinates of a positioning hole and a pin hole and a punching route;
automatically punching, namely punching required positioning holes and pin holes on the unfolded PET mucosa by a punching mechanism, wherein the diameters of the positioning holes and the pin holes are the same;
and automatically cutting, namely cutting the punched PET adhesive film into PET adhesive film pieces with preset lengths through a cutting mechanism according to a preset punching program, and enabling the cut PET adhesive film pieces to fall into a material receiving box.
Further, the automatic punching comprises the following processes:
stopping when the PET mucosa reaches the punching station;
the two-dimensional motion module of the punching mechanism moves the punch to a first punching position;
a punch cylinder of the punching mechanism acts to complete punching of the first hole;
punching other holes according to the punching route;
after all holes are punched, the punch returns to the initial position, and the PET adhesive film moves forwards by the length of one PET adhesive film sheet so as to punch the next PET adhesive film sheet.
Further, the punching route includes punching in the same direction row by row or column by column or punching in an S shape row by row or column by column.
Further, the method may further comprise the step of: and replacing the punch according to the specification of the positioning hole and the pin hole.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention simplifies the manufacturing process of the PET mucosa sheet, can realize automation, greatly improves the production efficiency and saves the manpower and the cost of other auxiliary materials.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for manufacturing a PET adhesive film sheet for FPC products may include the steps of:
s1, feeding, namely, placing the PET mucosa roll 100 on a feeding roller 1, and unfolding and tensioning the PET mucosa roll through a tensioning transmission mechanism 2. The PET film can move forward under the action of the tension transmission mechanism 2. The structure of the tensioning drive 2 is well known and will not be described here. The tensioning gear 2 is provided with an encoder to detect the distance of movement of the PET mucosa.
S2, loading a preset punching program according to the PET film sticking specification required by the FPC product. The preset punching program comprises the length of the PET film sticking sheet 200, the position coordinates of the positioning holes and the pin holes 201, and a punching route. The punching paths may be in the same direction row by row (as shown in fig. 3) or column by column (i.e., adjacent rows or columns move in the same direction) or in an S-shaped row by row (as shown in fig. 4) or column by column (i.e., adjacent rows or columns move in opposite directions). Preferably, an S-shaped line-by-line mode is adopted, so that the moving time can be saved, and the punching efficiency is improved.
And S3, automatically punching, namely punching required positioning holes and pin holes on the unfolded PET adhesive film through the punching mechanism 3 according to a preset punching program, wherein the hole diameters of the positioning holes and the pin holes are the same. The punching mechanism 3 may include a two-dimensional motion module 31, a punching cylinder 32, and a punch 33. The punching cylinder 32 is fixed on the two-dimensional movement module 31, and the punch 33 is connected with the telescopic rod of the punching cylinder 32. The two-dimensional motion module 31 may be pneumatic or electric. Therefore, the punch 33 can be moved forward, backward, leftward, and rightward to the punching position according to the punching route by the two-dimensional movement module 31. Specifically, the automatic punching includes the following processes:
s31, stopping when the PET mucosa reaches a punching station;
s32, moving the punch to a first punching position by the two-dimensional motion module 31 of the punching mechanism 3;
s33, a punch cylinder 32 of the punching mechanism 3 acts to drive a punch 33 to move downwards to complete punching of a first hole;
s34, punching other holes according to the punching route;
s35, after all holes are punched, the two-dimensional movement module 31 of the punching mechanism 3 brings the punch 33 back to the initial position, and the PET adhesive film moves forwards by the length of one PET adhesive film sheet so as to punch the next PET adhesive film sheet.
And S4, automatic cutting, namely cutting the punched PET adhesive film into PET adhesive film pieces with preset lengths through a cutting mechanism 4, and dropping the cut PET adhesive film pieces into a material receiving box 5. Specifically, the cutting mechanism 4 comprises a cutting cylinder and a blade, when the punched PET mucosa moves to a cutting station, the cutting cylinder drives the blade to cut the PET mucosa downwards to obtain a PET mucosa sheet, and the PET mucosa sheet falls into the material receiving box 5.
Further, the method may further comprise the steps of: the punch 33 is replaced according to the pilot hole and pin hole specifications, which is generally completed before the feeding step S1. It should be understood that this step may be completed before the automatic punching step S3.
The invention simplifies the manufacturing process of the PET mucosa sheet, can realize automation, greatly improves the production efficiency and saves the manpower and the cost of other auxiliary materials. Table 1 and table 2 show the manufacturing costs of the PET adhesive film sheets of the prior art and the present invention, respectively. As can be seen by comparing Table 1 and Table 2, a 1.61 yuan per square meter savings is achieved with the present invention, i.e., 2.10-0.49 ═ 1.61 (yuan/m)2)。

1. A method for manufacturing a PET adhesive film sheet of an FPC product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
feeding, namely placing the PET mucosa coil material on a feeding roller, and unfolding and tensioning the PET mucosa coil material through a tensioning transmission mechanism;
loading a preset punching program according to the specification of the PET adhesive film required by the FPC product, wherein the preset punching program comprises the length of the PET adhesive film, the position coordinates of a positioning hole and a pin hole and a punching route;
automatically punching, namely punching required positioning holes and pin holes on the unfolded PET mucosa through a punching mechanism according to a preset punching program, wherein the diameters of the positioning holes and the pin holes are the same;
and automatically cutting, namely cutting the punched PET adhesive film into a PET adhesive film sheet with a preset length through a cutting mechanism, and dropping the cut PET adhesive film sheet into a material receiving box.
2. The method for manufacturing PET adhesive film sheet of FPC product according to claim 1, wherein the automatic punching comprises the following processes:
stopping when the PET mucosa reaches the punching station;
the two-dimensional motion module of the punching mechanism moves the punch to a first punching position;
a punch cylinder of the punching mechanism acts to complete punching of the first hole;
punching other holes according to the punching route;
after all holes are punched, the punch returns to the initial position, and the PET adhesive film moves forwards by the length of one PET adhesive film sheet so as to punch the next PET adhesive film sheet.
3. The method for manufacturing PET adhesive film for FPC products according to claim 1, wherein the punching route includes moving line by line or line by line in the same direction or moving line by line or line by line in an S-shape.
4. The method for manufacturing PET adhesive film sheet for FPC products according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: and replacing the punch according to the specification of the positioning hole and the pin hole.
