The beating body is circularly beaten according to the method until the force of the last beating exceeds a set safety value which can be born by a practicer, the controller controls the beating device to stop beating to finish the exercise, the controller controls the electric sliding block to stop at the upper limit position in the spiral sliding groove, and meanwhile, the controller controls the platform to descend to the lower limit position. For example: the safety value that the practitioner can bear is less than 540N, then the system sets 520N as the safety value that the practitioner can bear, after the No. 6 cylinder is knocked out, the practitioner strikes the hitting bodies of the No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 cylinders, and when the controller calculates that the sum is 524N, the controller controls the hitting device to stop hitting out, and the exercise is completed. The design can realize random hitting of each part of the practicer from any angle, great exercise and promotion can be achieved for the hitting resistance and the reaction capacity of the practicer, and the whole process of the practicer is more intelligent and safer through automatic control and adjustment.

When the exerciser stands in the foot sleeve 29 above the circular plate 28, the controller 6 controls the hydraulic telescopic rod 30 to extend to a proper length according to the height of the exerciser, and the hydraulic telescopic rod drives the circular plate 28 to move upwards, the controller 6 controls the rolling mechanism 34 to properly relax according to the weight of the exerciser, so that the elastic belt 33 is pulled out along with the rising of the circular plate 28, after the circular plate 28 stops rising, the controller 6 controls the rolling mechanism 34 to be properly tightened according to the weight of the practicer, so that the circular plate 28 bears the weight of the practicer and keeps static balance, when the beating device 4 beats the exerciser, the circular plate 28 correspondingly shakes along with the inclined shaking of the exerciser after being beaten, the exerciser needs to overcome the shaking as soon as possible by the self balancing force to meet the second beating, in the process, the design realizes the training and the exercise of the impact resistance and simultaneously exercises the balance ability of the exerciser.
Furthermore, in order to simulate different natural environments more truly and enable a practicer to adapt to practice of anti-impact capability and self-function recovery capability under different environments, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the environment adjusting system 7 of the present embodiment includes a cylinder 2, a circular groove 35 is disposed on the inner side of the top of the cylinder 2, a third through hole 36 is disposed in the middle of the circular groove 35, fourth through holes 37 are uniformly distributed and disposed around the third through hole 36 inside the circular groove 35, a motor 38 is fixedly connected to the top of the cylinder 2, fan blades 39 are disposed below the fourth through hole 37, the end of an output shaft of the motor 38 passes through the third through hole 36 and is fixedly connected to the centers of the fan blades 39 inside the groove 35, a protective net 40 is disposed below the fan blades 39, a plurality of uniformly distributed through holes are disposed on the surface of the protective net 40, the outer side of the protective net 40 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the cylinder 2, a support 41 is arranged above the protective net 40, the support 41 is fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the cylinder 2, a heating pipe 42 fixedly connected with the support 41 is arranged above the support 41, a water tank 43 is arranged between the support 41 and the heating pipe 42, a water pipe 44 communicated with external unidirectional water inlet is arranged at the end part of the water tank 43, the water pipe 44 is fixedly connected with the support 41, and a temperature and humidity instrument 45, an air pressure detector 46 and an oxygen content tester 47 which are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cylinder 2 are arranged below the protective net 40; the temperature and humidity instrument 45, the air pressure detector 46, the oxygen content tester 47, the motor 38 and the heating tube 42 are all connected with the controller 6 through circuits. During the exercise, the controller 6 controls the forward rotation of the motor 38 to pump in the outside air through the fan blades, so that a high-pressure environment is formed inside the cylinder 2, the controller 6 controls the reverse rotation of the motor 38 to pump out the air inside the cylinder 2 through the fan blades, so that a low-pressure and low-oxygen environment is formed inside the cylinder 2, the controller 6 controls the heating pipe 42 to heat the inside of the cylinder 2, so that a high-temperature and dry environment is formed inside the cylinder 2, and the controller 6 controls the heating pipe 42 to heat and controls the water pipe 44 outside to feed water at the same time, so that a high-temperature and high-humidity environment is formed inside the cylinder 2; humiture instrument 45 real-time supervision drum 2 inside temperature and humidity condition and pass through the signal transmission to controller 6, atmospheric pressure detector 46 and oxygen content tester 47 real-time supervision drum 2 inside oxygen content and atmospheric pressure value and pass through the signal transmission for controller 6, when the inside humiture of drum 2 or oxygen content or atmospheric pressure value either is higher than or is less than the safe value, controller 6 will automatic control and regulation.
Furthermore, in order to satisfy the requirement of the practitioner to preset the environmental conditions according to the training target of the practitioner, a control panel is provided, as shown in fig. 3, a control panel 48 is provided on the outer surface of the door 10 according to the embodiment, the control panel 48 is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the door 10, a display 49 and a control button 50 are provided on the outer surface of the control panel 48, and the inside of the control panel 48 is connected to the controller 6 through a circuit. The trainee can set initial temperature, humidity and air pressure values and the highest temperature, humidity and air pressure values through the control panel before entering the cylinder 2 to start training; the design realizes the combination of intellectualization and humanization, and is matched with the trainee to achieve the training purpose to the maximum extent.
Furthermore, in order to deal with the sudden situation of the personal reason of the exerciser, for example, the exerciser suddenly feels uncomfortable during the exercise process and needs to stop the exercise urgently, a safety switch for stopping the exercise urgently is provided, as shown in fig. 1, the inner wall of the cylinder 2 according to the embodiment is provided with a safety switch 51 fixedly connected with the inner wall, the inside of the safety switch 51 is connected with the controller through a circuit, the safety switch 51 is provided with an operating part capable of returning automatically, the operating part is connected with a pull rope 51, the end of the pull rope 51 is provided with a pull ring 52 fixedly connected with the pull ring 52, and the pull ring 52 is located at a position where the exerciser can touch the hand. If the practitioner need emergent when stopping the exercise because of emergency in the exercise process, only need stretch out the hand and hold pull ring 52, drive the control part through pull ring 52 pulling stay cord and trigger safety switch 51, safety switch 51 transmits the signal of telecommunication to controller 6, and controller 6 controls lift platform 5 decline again, and control electro-magnet 11 simultaneously loosens magnetism and inhales piece 12 and make and remove magnetism between door body 10 and the door frame 8 and inhale the locking, makes things convenient for the practitioner to leave inside drum 2.
