Detailed description of the invention
Referring to the attached figures 1-9, a multifunctional dumbbell ball body training device comprises a ball rack, a ball rod system, a dumbbell ball system, a ball rack system, a transmission system, an information acquisition system and a dumbbell ball control system; the ball rod system is provided with an information acquisition system, the ball rod system is arranged at the upper part of the ball rack system, the bottom of the ball rack system is provided with a transmission system, and the ball rack system and the transmission system are both arranged on the rack.
The ball bar system comprises a ball support, a dumbbell ball, a ball bar and a bar sleeve; the ball rod is a full ball rod or a hemispherical rod;
a whole ball rod: the ball-returning mechanism comprises a middle rod 1, a limiting ring 2, a ball-returning spring 3, a connecting pipe 4, a left rod 5, a right rod 6, a damping spring 7, a ball support 8 and a ball 9; the two sides of the middle rod 1 are respectively connected with a left rod 5 and a right rod 6 through connecting pipes 4, one end of the middle rod 1 is provided with a limiting ring 2, a ball return spring 3 is inserted on the middle rod 1, the ball return spring 3 is a compression spring, the top ends of the left rod 5 and the right rod 6 are respectively provided with a ball support 8, and a ball 9 is arranged on the ball support 8;

The dumbbell ball is formed by connecting a ball rod between two balls, is shaped like a dumbbell and can hit the ball; the ball comprises a table tennis ball, a water polo or a volleyball.
The rack system has two parts, namely a frame 13 and a stand 14:
the frame 13 is a rectangular frame, wherein two sides and the lower part of the frame 13 are fixedly connected, an upper cross beam 13-6 of the frame 13 is movably connected with the two sides through a rotating shaft 13-2, the rotating shaft 13-2 is arranged in the middle or the middle upper part of one side of the frame 13, a swing rod 13-3 is arranged on the rotating shaft 13-2, a first connecting rod 13-5 is movably connected to the swing rod 13-3, the first connecting rod 13-5 is movably connected with a second connecting rod 13-4, the other end of the swing rod 13-3 is movably connected with the upper cross beam 13-6 of the frame 13, a tension spring 13-7 is connected to the middle or the outermost end of the swing rod 13-4, and the other end of the tension spring 13-7 is;
a clockwork spring 13-12 is arranged on the rotating shaft 13-2, the other end of the clockwork spring is connected to the frame 13, and the clockwork spring and the extension spring 13-7 have the same functions and can be replaced by each other; two ends of the upper cross beam 13-6 of the frame are respectively provided with a balance tension spring 13-9, the other end of the balance tension spring 13-9 is respectively connected to the rod sleeve 10, when in use, the balance tension spring 13-9 can pull the rod sleeve 10, and the rod sleeve 10 is kept in a state of being vertical to the upper cross beam 13-6.
A rotating shaft 16 is further arranged at the middle point of the lower part of the frame 13, and the rotating shaft 16 is movably sleeved on the transmission system;
the frame 13 is also fixedly provided with a reinforcing beam 13-10, and two ends of the reinforcing beam 13-10 are respectively and fixedly connected with two sides of the frame 13; buffer springs 13-11 are arranged at the front and the rear of the lower part of the frame;
the machine frame is provided with a hollow upright post tube 15, a rotating shaft 16 of the frame 13 is inserted in the upright post tube 15, the rotating shaft 16 is hollow, a thrust bearing 16-7 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 16, a groove 16-2 is formed in the bottom end of the rotating shaft 16, a threaded rod 17 is further inserted in the rotating shaft 16, and the threaded rod 17 is rotatably installed in a threaded rod sleeve 18; a rotating rod 19 with a mouth-shaped cross section is further arranged in the upright post tube 15 at the lower end of the threaded rod 17, a tube sleeve 20 is arranged at the bottom end of the upright post tube 15, a through hole matched with the rotating rod 19 is formed in the center of the tube sleeve 20, the rotating rod 19 can slide up and down in the through hole, a gear 21 is arranged at the bottom end of the rotating rod 19, the rotating rod 19 can be in power connection with the rotating shaft 16, and an opening is formed in the bottom end of the upright post tube 15 corresponding to the gear 21;
the rack is also provided with a motor 22, an output shaft of the motor 22 is provided with a transmission gear and a chain 23, the chain 23 passes through the opening to be directly connected with a gear on the rotating rod 19, and when the motor 22 works, the rotating rod 19 can drive the rotating shaft 16 to rotate;
the upright post pipe 15 is also provided with a threaded hole, a fastening screw 16-1 can be arranged on the threaded hole, and when the fastening screw 16-1 is screwed into the groove 16-2, the stability in rotation is ensured; the threaded hole is provided with a fastening screw 16-6, the rotating shaft 16 is provided with a through hole, and when the fastening screw 16-6 is screwed into the through hole, the rotating shaft 16 and the upright post tube 15 are connected and fixed into a whole;
a cage-shaped stabilizing support 24 is further arranged on the periphery of the upright post pipe 15, the stabilizing support 24 is formed by a plurality of long rods 24-1 with equal length enclosing the upright post pipe, a plurality of enclosing plates 33 perpendicular to the long rods are arranged on the long rods, and a plurality of bearings are arranged on the inner sides of the enclosing plates 33 and used for ensuring the stable rotation of the upright post pipe 15;
an axial groove 16-3 is arranged on the upright post tube 15, and a horizontal screw 16-4 adjusting device and an upper and lower screw 16-5 adjusting device are also arranged above a coaming 33 positioned at the top end of the stabilizing support 24; a threaded hole is formed in the enclosing plate 33 and is used for being matched with a screw rod on the upper and lower screw rod adjusting device; when the horizontal screw 16-4 is screwed into the axial groove 16-3 and is not abutted, and the upper screw 16-5 and the lower screw 16-5 are screwed into the threaded hole, the upright tube 15 is stable and does not rotate but can be lifted up and down; when the screw is tightly propped, the upright tube 15 is stable and still, and the upright tube 15 can rotate when the upper and lower screws 16-5 are screwed out of the threaded holes;
the through hole ends of the ground rod 24-2 and the inclined strut 24-3 are inserted into the coaming 33 with the through hole notches and fixed by the bolts 24-4, and the ground rod 24-2 and the inclined strut 24-3 can be folded and closed towards the upright tube 15 by taking the bolts 24-4 as rotating shafts.
Still be provided with pedal rotary device on the peripheral outrigger of pillar pipe 15, pedal rotary device has the pivot, and pivot movable mounting is provided with two opposite pedal legs 31 in the through-hole that sets up on the outrigger in the both ends of pivot respectively, and movable mounting has pedal 32 on pedal leg 31, and during the use, both feet can step on pedal 32 respectively and simulate the motion of riding the bicycle to realize simulating the bicycle in indoor and riding.
An elastic pedal can be arranged on the rack, the elastic pedal is provided with two mutually symmetrical pedal plates 25, the top ends of the pedal plates 25 are respectively movably connected to the rack through rotating shafts, and springs are arranged on the pedal plates 25; when the spring is arranged on the side surface or the upper surface, the spring is an extension spring 26, and the other end of the extension spring 26 is connected above the rack; when the spring is arranged at the lower end face of the pedal, the spring is a compression spring, and the other end of the compression spring is arranged at the lower end of the rack; a hydraulic rod can be used for replacing a spring or a torsion spring is arranged on the rotating shaft part of the pedal plate; when in use, the feet of a person respectively press the elastic pedals to move up and down, and the elastic treading machine can be used as an elastic treading machine.
The information acquisition system comprises an acquisition device, a counting device and an information display device:
the acquisition device is a photoelectric probe, a mechanical touch probe or an electromagnetic proximity switch; when the probe is mechanically touched and pressed, the acquisition device is arranged on the rod sleeve 10, a full ball rod or a half ball rod inserted in the rod sleeve 10 is provided with a bulge, a through hole is arranged above the rod sleeve 10, a touch rod 27 capable of moving up and down is arranged in the through hole, the top end of the touch rod 27 is provided with a touch rod metal sheet 28, an insulating sheet is arranged between the touch rod metal sheet 28 and the touch rod 27, the outer wall of the rod sleeve 10 is also provided with two elastic metal sheets 29, the tail end of each elastic metal sheet 29 is positioned above the touch rod metal sheet 28, an insulating layer is also arranged between each elastic metal sheet 29 and the rod sleeve 10, each elastic metal sheet 29 is connected with a counting device through a data line, and the counting device is also provided with an information display device for displaying counting and displaying when a person uses the counting device; when the dumbbell is used, a user pushes the dumbbell ball to move back and forth, and when the dumbbell is used, the contact rod 27 is jacked up by the protrusions on the full ball rod or the hemispherical rod connected with the dumbbell ball, so that a circuit is connected between the contact rod metal sheet 28 and the elastic metal sheet 29, a pulse electric signal is generated to the counting device, and the pulse electric signal is displayed through the information display device.
The counting device is used for enabling a ball rod connected with the dumbbell ball to pass through and slide to a certain position when the global rod dumbbell ball is hit and stressed to a certain degree, so that the conducting strips are contacted, the circuit is conducted, and a pulse current signal is obtained. The signal is shaped, filtered and deburred and then is transmitted to a logic control center, namely a singlechip (a discrete element can be used for building a circuit or other control chips such as an FPGA (field programmable gate array)) as input, and the singlechip is programmed to realize counting. And simultaneously controlling the singlechip to output signals to an information display part (a nixie tube or an LCD display screen and the like):
the pulse signals enter the single chip microcomputer through the port a, are counted and then transmitted to the display unit through the port c, and are driven to display designated numbers. The port b is a mode selection switch and is divided into a red ball single person mode, a red ball single person mode and a black ball double person mode (the dumbbell ball rebounds automatically in the single person mode, and the dumbbell ball rebounds after being hit by the opposite person in the double person mode). In the single-person mode, two pulse signals are triggered in the process of one-time ball hitting back and forth, so that the counting value is increased by one every two counted pulses; in the double mode, odd pulses increment the red square count value by one, and even pulses increment the black square count value by one. In addition, once each ball is hit, the singlechip can drive the voice integration module to provide voice prompt of a count value as a supplementary function of screen counting.
An information display device: the information display box comprises an information display box body, an information display screen and the like:
the information display box body has the functions: the device for receiving, processing, sending and displaying the dumbbell ball sport information comprises photoelectric devices, sound devices, numbers, images, display screens, videos, lighting devices and the like.
Information display screen display content
1) Clock and environment information display function
Clock information: displaying the current year, month, day, hour, minute and second after factory calibration, and providing a time adjustment function;
and (3) environment information: current temperature and humidity information is obtained through a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, and the current temperature and humidity information is transmitted to a display screen after being processed by a single chip microcomputer.
2) And a motion information display function
The exercise time is as follows: after the system is powered on, the start key is pressed, the single chip starts timing from zero, and the display screen is driven to display time. When the user presses the pause key, the timing is paused, and when the user presses the stop key, the timing is stopped.
The movement details are as follows: according to the single-person mode and the double-person mode, different contents are displayed respectively. The total number of the hitting balls is displayed in a single mode, and the hitting number in unit time, namely hitting frequency, is calculated according to the movement time so that the user can conveniently evaluate the current activity amount; in the double mode, the number of game spots can be set besides the batting information of each person is displayed independently, the batting time or the batting number can be used as one spot, and the victory or defeat information is displayed when each spot is finished, so that the activity interest and the antagonism are enhanced.
3) Timing function
The user can set the movement time through the keys, and after the movement time is set, the screen automatically counts down. When the set time is reached, the singlechip drives the voice integration module to send out a prompt tone to remind a user of reaching the preset movement time.
4) Memory function
The system stores the information of the number of hits, the hit frequency, the time of the game and the like of each game in the near period by default. The system can view the previous information on the display screen after being powered on, so that the system can conveniently make a current activity plan.
5) Note information display function
A brief record and stored display of important informational events relating to the exercise of a dumbbell ball.
The outer wall of the contact rod 27 is also sleeved with a compression spring 30 for further pressing the contact rod 27 down to prevent jamming.
Dumbbell ball control system
1. Identification and point location
And (5) identifying. The right end of the dumbbell ball is set to be a red ball, the other end of the dumbbell ball is set to be a black ball, and other marks can be set to show the difference between the two balls.
And (5) point location. According to the difference of the height of the ball, the height can be divided into 1 point position, 2 point position and 3 point position, the height of the ball at the 1 point position is about 35cm away from the ground, the height of the ball at the 2 point position is about 65cm, the height of the ball at the 3 point position is about 95cm, or the point position is determined by an angle.
Point location control: adjusting the corresponding position of the sliding sleeve on the second connecting rod 13-4, moving the sliding sleeve to two ends, increasing the tension when extending the spring, and raising the point position of the ball, otherwise, the opposite is true; a clockwork spring 13-12 is arranged on the rotating shaft 13-2, and the point position of the ball can be raised by winding the clockwork spring 13-12.
2, up-and-down movement of the ball
The whole ball bar dumbbell ball moves through and goes up and down. The total length of the ball rod is greater than the length of the rod sleeve, the gravity center of the dumbbell ball can slide along with the passing of the ball rod and can pass through the center balance pivot of the upper cross beam 13-6 back and forth, when the gravity center is in a red direction, the red ball can be lower than the rotating shaft 13-2, the black ball can be higher than the rotating shaft 13-2, when the gravity center moves to one end of the black ball, the black ball descends and ascends, and the black ball alternately ascends and descends around the rotating shaft 13-2.

3. Side-to-side movement of the ball
