Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of release agents, and particularly relates to a micro traditional Chinese medicine tablet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
AIDS is the short term for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, which is an infectious disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus, and has strong infectivity and high mortality. After the first case of AIDS is reported in the United states in 1981, the AIDS is rapidly spread widely in five continents worldwide, and still remains one of the most serious challenges facing the disease in the world. At present, no medicine capable of curing AIDS exists, although the number of international antiviral medicines is increased, the toxic and side effects are not reduced, and the drug resistance condition still exists, so that the treatment of AIDS is trapped in the trouble. Under such circumstances, it is important to actively take effective measures to enhance the prevention and control of opportunistic infection of AIDS, thereby reducing the fatality rate of AIDS.
In the prior art, for example, Chinese patent numbers are: CN 101773655 'an anti-AIDS nano-traditional Chinese medicine and a production method thereof', the raw materials of the effective components of the nano-traditional Chinese medicine comprise: 40-50 parts of trichosanthes root, 30-40 parts of figwort root, 30-40 parts of coptis root, 40-50 parts of scutellaria root and other dozens of traditional Chinese medicines. The production process comprises the following steps: pretreating, pulverizing, high-frequency ultrasonic pulverizing, extracting, dispersing, microwave extracting, spray drying with supersonic speed, pulverizing, nanometer grinding, mixing, encapsulating, and sterilizing. The formula has the effects of resisting virus and tumor, has no toxic or side effect, and is suitable for treating HIV, HBV and other viruses and tumor patients. The formula is subdivided into four dosage forms of morning, noon, evening and night through syndrome differentiation and treatment, pharmacodynamic analysis, medicine channel tropism, yin and yang differentiation, body resistance strengthening and evil eliminating, monarch, minister, assistant and guide reasonable compatibility and the like, and the four dosage forms are respectively taken at four hours. The medicine is applied to local skin of a human body at different time, and applied to acupuncture points to achieve transdermal absorption.
However, in the prior art, the prepared nano traditional Chinese medicine has great limitation in anti-AIDS treatment, which is only aimed at the prevention and treatment of AIDS patients in the aspect of virus or tumor, the immune system in the body of the AIDS patients is seriously damaged in the daily treatment process due to the specific pathological conditions of the AIDS patients, and the prevention and treatment scheme with great limitation can cause the patients to bear great economic, psychological and physical pressure in the treatment process, and is not beneficial to the long-term treatment of the patients.
