3. The electronic wine decanter of claim 1, wherein the engaging member further comprises an outer covering, the second magnetic member is arranged in an elongated manner, and the outer covering is wrapped around the second magnetic member.

The electronic wine decanter of claim 3 wherein said outer casing is provided with a detachable casing, said casing having a plurality of mixing blades radially disposed thereon, each of said mixing blades having a plurality of perforations, said casing and said mixing blades being of unitary construction and being formed of silicone.
