1. A food processing apparatus for black tea production, comprising:
the device comprises a supporting bottom plate (1) and supporting blocks (2), wherein the supporting blocks (2) are arranged on two sides of the supporting bottom plate (1);
the support columns (3) are arranged on two sides of the support bottom plate (1);
a working barrel (4), wherein the working barrel (4) is arranged between the upper parts of the two support columns (3);
the blanking mechanism (5) is arranged on the supporting bottom plate (1), and the blanking mechanism (5) penetrates through the working barrel (4);
the material pressing mechanism (6) is arranged in the middle of the supporting bottom plate (1);
the pushing mechanism (7) is arranged between the supporting bottom plate (1) and the supporting block (2);
the blanking mechanism (5) comprises:
the first connecting rod (51) is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the supporting bottom plate (1);
the first sliding plate (52) is arranged on the upper side of the first connecting rod (51) in a sliding way, and the first sliding plate (52) is arranged on the upper side of the first connecting rod;
the first spring (53) is wound on the first connecting rod (51), and two ends of the first spring (53) are respectively connected with the first sliding plate (52) and the supporting bottom plate (1);
the material receiving plate (54) is arranged at the top of the first sliding plate (52);
the material pressing mechanism (6) comprises:
the second connecting rods (61) are arranged on two sides of the middle of the upper supporting bottom plate (1);
the upper sides of the two second connecting rods (61) are provided with second sliding plates (62) in a sliding mode;
the second springs (63) are wound on the two second connecting rods (61), and two ends of each second spring (63) are respectively connected with the second sliding plate (62) and the supporting bottom plate (1);
a pressing plate (64), wherein the pressing plate (64) is connected between the upper parts of the two second sliding plates (62);
the pushing equipment (7) includes:
the upper parts of the two supporting blocks (2) are respectively provided with two third connecting rods (72);
a fixed motor (71), wherein a fixed motor (71) is arranged on a third connecting rod (72) at one side;
the screw rod (73) is arranged on the upper part of the third connecting rod (72) on the other side in a threaded manner, and the screw rod (73) is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the fixed motor (71);
a sliding rod (74) is arranged between the two third connecting rods (72) on one side, and the sliding rod (74) is arranged between the upper part of the third connecting rod (72) on the other side and the supporting bottom plate (1);
the third sliding plate (75) is arranged between the two sliding rods (74) in a sliding mode, and the third sliding plate (75) is connected with the screw rod (73) in a threaded mode;
the automatic driving mechanism (8) is further included, and the automatic driving mechanism (8) comprises:
the outer sides of the two sliding rods (74) are respectively provided with a fourth connecting rod (81);
a reel (82), wherein the inner sides of the middle of the two fourth connecting rods (81) are respectively provided with the reel (82);
the moving plate (84) is arranged on the two sliding rods (74) in a sliding manner, and the moving plate (84) is arranged on the two sliding rods (74);
the outer sides of the two moving plates (84) are respectively connected with a second sliding plate (62) at the same side, and the pulling ropes (83) are connected with a winding wheel (82) at the same side in a sliding manner;
the third springs (85) are wound on the two sliding rods (74), and two ends of each third spring (85) are respectively connected with the moving plate (84) and the sliding rod (74);
still including discharge mechanism (9), discharge mechanism (9) include:
the fifth connecting rods (91) are arranged on two sides of the middle of the upper supporting bottom plate (1);
the outer sides of the upper parts of the two fifth connecting rods (91) are provided with the fourth sliding plates (92) in a sliding mode, and the two fourth sliding plates (92) are matched;
the outer sides of the upper parts of the two fifth connecting rods (91) are wound with the fourth springs (93), and two ends of the fourth springs (93) are respectively connected with the fourth sliding plate (92) and the fifth connecting rods (91);
