As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the self-cleaning pipe liquid distribution device 2 includes a forward and reverse motor 201, a supporting mechanism 202, a liquid distribution pipe 203, a screw 204, a guide rod 205, a cleaning member 206, a three-way connection end 207, a liquid discharge end 208 and a first electromagnetic valve 209, wherein the forward and reverse motor 201 is fixedly installed on the mounting rack 6 through the supporting mechanism 202, the liquid distribution pipe 203 is connected with the bottom end flange of the supporting mechanism 202 through the supporting mechanism 202, the screw 204 is connected with the output end of the forward and reverse motor 201 through a coupling, the screw 204 is coaxially arranged inside the liquid distribution pipe 203, one end of the guide rod 205 is fixedly connected with the supporting mechanism 202, the guide rod 205 is parallel to the screw 204, the cleaning member 206 is connected to the screw 204 and the guide rod 205, the cleaning member 206 is in threaded connection with the screw 204, the side edge of the cleaning member 206 is clung to the inner wall of the liquid distribution pipe 203, the first end of the three-way connection end 207 is connected to the bottom end of the liquid distribution pipe 203, the second end of the three-way connection end 207 is connected with the residual liquid recovery system 5 through the pipe, the third end of the three-way connection end 207 is connected with the liquid discharge end 208, the first electromagnetic valve 209 is arranged on the liquid discharge end 208, the forward and reverse motor 201 and the first electromagnetic valve 209 are respectively electrically connected with the controller; in operation, water is firstly supplied to the liquid distribution pipe 203 through the liquid supply system 1 to moisten the inner wall of the pipeline; and then the first electromagnetic valve 209 is controlled by the controller to be opened, the forward and reverse motor 201 is controlled to drive the screw 204 to rotate forward, in the rotation process of the screw 204, under the combined action of the screw 204 and the guide rod 205, the cleaning member 206 connected to the screw 204 and the guide rod 205 slowly descends in a straight line, the inner wall of the liquid distribution pipe 203 is cleaned through the cleaning member 206, various substances such as dirt, medicine residues and algae on the pipe wall are removed, the cleaned mixture is discharged to the liquid collecting tank 4 through the liquid discharging end 208, the forward and reverse motor 201 is controlled to drive the screw 204 to rotate, the cleaning member 206 moves back and forth up and down, so that the inner wall of the pipe is fully cleaned, and the cleaning of chicken drinking water and vaccine liquid medicine is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the supporting mechanism 202 includes an annular mounting plate 2021 and a connecting cylinder 2022, the connecting cylinder 2022 is connected to the bottom of the annular mounting plate 2021, a mounting hole is formed on the mounting frame 6, the annular mounting plate 2021 is embedded in the mounting hole, and when in mounting, the annular mounting plate 2021 is fixed on the mounting frame 6 through bolts; in order to make the inner diameters of the connecting tube 2022 and the liquid distribution tube 203 match with the outer diameter of the cleaning member 206, it is necessary to ensure that the connecting tube 2022 is communicated with the liquid distribution tube 203 up and down and the diameters of the inner tube walls are the same; the bottom end of the connecting cylinder 2022 and the top end of the liquid distribution pipe 203 are correspondingly provided with flange connection discs, and the connecting cylinder 2022 and the liquid distribution pipe 203 are fixedly connected through the two flange connection discs by matching locking of bolts and nuts.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the cleaning member 206 is composed of a connection seat 2061 and a cleaning brush 2062 wrapped around the connection seat 2061, an internal threaded hole in threaded engagement with the screw 204 is provided in the connection seat 2061, the internal threaded hole is provided to facilitate the threaded engagement between the connection seat 2061 and the screw 204, ensure the movement reliability of the moving end structure, the cleaning brush 2062 is sleeved around the connection seat 2061, the cleaning brush 2062 is in sliding engagement with the guide rod 205, and the cleaning member 206 can perform linear movement under the combined action of the screw 204 and the guide rod 205, and the cleaning operation on the inner wall of the liquid distribution tube 203 is completed by using the cleaning brush 2062.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the liquid supply application end 3 includes a connection pipe 301, a liquid supply nipple 302, a water fountain 303, a flowmeter 304 and a second electromagnetic valve 305, one end of the connection pipe 301 is connected with the pipeline application end of the self-cleaning pipeline liquid distribution device 2, that is, the connection pipe 301 is communicated with the liquid distribution holes in the liquid distribution pipe 203 corresponding to the respective chicken cages 7, and the medium is conveyed to the connection pipe 301 through the liquid distribution pipe 203; the liquid supply nipple 302 is connected to the other end of the connecting pipe 301, the water dispenser 303 is correspondingly arranged at a position right below the liquid supply nipple 302, the medium is conveyed to the connecting pipe 301 through the liquid distribution pipe 203, after the liquid supply nipple 302 is opened, the medium can be dripped into the water dispenser 303, and the chicks can eat through the water dispenser 303; it should be noted that, since the water fountain 303 is suspended on the connection pipe 301, the distance between the liquid supply nipple 302 and the water fountain 303 needs to be moderate, so as to prevent the too high liquid supply nipple 302 from splashing the drinking water or liquid medicine during liquid supply; the flowmeter 304 and the second electromagnetic valve 305 are sequentially installed on the connecting pipe 301, the flowmeter 304 and the second electromagnetic valve 305 are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, medium flow matched with the number of chickens in each chicken cage 7 is monitored in real time through the flowmeter 304, detected data are transmitted to the controller, and when the medium flow value reaches a set value, the controller controls the second electromagnetic valve 305 to be closed, so that accurate flow control is implemented.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, in order to prevent residual drinking water, microorganisms and bacteria, or residual liquid medicine from remaining in the connection tube 301, the vaccine effect is affected; the connecting pipe 301 is arranged as a pipe body with an inclined pipe section structure, the included angle between the inclined pipe section of the connecting pipe 301 and the horizontal plane is 3-7 degrees, and the structure can ensure that the liquid retained in the connecting pipe 301 is completely discharged through the liquid supply nipple 302, so that no residue exists in the pipe; the connecting pipe 301 is provided with the connecting sleeve, the water dispenser 303 is connected with the connecting sleeve through the connecting rod, the water dispenser 303 is horizontally assembled and hung on the connecting pipe 301, the water storage capacity of the horizontally arranged water dispenser 303 can be guaranteed to the greatest extent, and enough water intake required by chickens is provided.
In the above embodiment, in order to enable the beverage or liquid medicine retained in the connection pipe 301 to flow back into the liquid distribution pipe 203 after the second electromagnetic valve 305 is closed, the connection pipe 301 should be designed to have a structure in which the front end is a straight pipe and the rear end is an inclined pipe, the flow meter 304 is mounted on the straight pipe section, and the second electromagnetic valve 305 is mounted at the end of the straight pipe section or the front end of the inclined pipe. As shown in fig. 5, the second solenoid valve 305 is mounted to the front end of the inclined pipe section.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the liquid collecting tank 4 is provided as a tank body with an open structure, so as to facilitate the collection and transportation of the wastewater; the waste water discharge ports of the cleaning pipeline liquid distribution devices 2 are extended to the inside of the liquid collecting tank 4 in parallel, so that waste water is prevented from splashing out of the liquid collecting tank 4 due to overhigh waste water discharge ports; through being connected the tip and the waste water collecting vat of collecting vat 4, can carry the waste water in the collecting vat 4 to the collecting vat in concentrate the storage fast, be convenient for the centralized processing of waste water then.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the raffinate recovery system 5 includes a liquid inlet pipe 501, a liquid return barrel 502, a liquid return pump 503 and a liquid return pipe 504, one end of the liquid inlet pipe 501 is connected with a liquid medicine recovery end of a pipeline of the self-cleaning pipeline liquid distribution device 2, a third electromagnetic valve 505 electrically connected with a controller is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe 501, the other end of the liquid inlet pipe 501 is connected with the liquid return barrel 502, a liquid outlet of the liquid return barrel 502 is connected with the liquid return pipe 504, and the liquid return pump 503 is arranged on the liquid return pipe 504; when the medicine is applied, the first electromagnetic valve 209 and the third electromagnetic valve 505 are controlled by the controller to be closed, when the quantitative medicine distribution of the medicine liquid is completed, the third electromagnetic valve 505 is controlled by the controller to be opened, the medicine liquid retained in the medicine distribution pipe 203 can be conveyed to the liquid return barrel 502 for storage through the liquid inlet pipe 501, the medicine liquid in the liquid return barrel 502 is recycled through the liquid return pipe 504 under the action of the liquid return pump 503, the medicine liquid can be prevented from being directly discharged to cause environmental pollution, the medicine liquid is recycled to avoid the waste of the medicine liquid, and the vaccine cost is saved.

the self-cleaning pipeline liquid distribution device (2) is hoisted on a chicken coop (7) through an assembly frame (6) and is used for conveying a medium conveyed by the liquid supply system (1) to each application end carried on the self-cleaning pipeline liquid distribution device (2), and the self-cleaning pipeline liquid distribution device (2) has the function of automatically cleaning the inner wall of a pipeline;
the self-cleaning pipeline liquid distribution device (2) comprises a forward and reverse rotation motor (201), a supporting mechanism (202), a liquid distribution pipe (203), a screw rod (204), a guide rod (205), a cleaning member (206), a three-way connecting end (207), a liquid discharge end (208) and a first electromagnetic valve (209), wherein the forward and reverse rotation motor (201) is fixedly arranged on an assembly frame (6) through the supporting mechanism (202), the liquid distribution pipe (203) is in flange connection with the bottom end of the supporting mechanism (202), the screw rod (204) is connected with the output end of the forward and reverse rotation motor (201) through a coupler, the screw rod (204) is coaxially arranged in the liquid distribution pipe (203), one end of the guide rod (205) is fixedly connected with the supporting mechanism (202), the guide rod (205) is parallel to the screw rod (204), the cleaning member (206) is connected onto the screw rod (204), the side edge of the cleaning member (206) is tightly attached to the inner wall of the liquid distribution pipe (203), the third end (207) of the three-way connecting end (207) is connected with the third end of the three-way connecting end (207) of the three-way connecting pipe (5), the first electromagnetic valve (209) is arranged on the liquid discharge end (208), and the forward and reverse rotating motor (201) and the first electromagnetic valve (209) are respectively and electrically connected with the controller;
the supporting mechanism (202) comprises an annular mounting plate (2021) and a connecting cylinder (2022), the connecting cylinder (2022) is connected to the bottom of the annular mounting plate (2021), the annular mounting plate (2021) is arranged on the assembly frame (6) in a penetrating mode, the connecting cylinder (2022) is communicated with the liquid distribution pipe (203) up and down, the diameter of the inner pipe wall is the same, a flange connection disc is correspondingly arranged at the bottom end of the connecting cylinder (2022) and the top end of the liquid distribution pipe (203), and the connecting cylinder (2022) and the liquid distribution pipe (203) are fixedly connected through bolt and nut matching locking of the two flange connection discs;

the connecting pipe (301) is a pipe body with an inclined pipe section structure, an included angle between the inclined pipe section of the connecting pipe (301) and the horizontal plane is 3-7 degrees, a connecting sleeve is arranged on the connecting pipe (301), the water dispenser (303) is connected with the connecting sleeve through a connecting rod, and the water dispenser (303) is horizontally assembled and suspended on the connecting pipe (301);
the liquid collecting tank (4) is transversely arranged at the bottom ends of the respective cleaning pipeline liquid distribution devices (2) and is used for cleaning pipeline wastewater collection;
