2. The manufacturing method of the electric heating film material with uniform heating is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, adding acrylic resin liquid, ethanol, propylene glycol methyl ether and deionized water into a dispersion kettle, fully stirring, adding conductive carbon black, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent into the dispersion kettle, fully dispersing and uniformly stirring, transferring the dispersed material into a sand mill for grinding for 3-4 times, wherein the measured fineness is below 15 mu m, otherwise, continuing grinding until the fineness meets the requirement, transferring the ground material into the dispersion kettle, sequentially adding the deionized water, V610, conductive metal powder, water-based wax, triethanolamine, a corrosion inhibitor and the defoaming agent into the dispersion kettle, and fully dispersing uniformly to obtain heating slurry for later use, namely conductive carbon slurry;

s3, designing a graphene heating pattern, printing conductive carbon paste according to a preset pattern by using printing equipment to manufacture a film with a shielding circuit, printing the heating paste on the reverse side of the film with the shielding circuit according to the preset conductive circuit pattern by using the printing equipment, adjusting the resistance of the heating paste to meet the power design requirement according to the requirement, and printing the conductive carbon paste on the heating carbon paste according to the preset pattern by using the printing equipment;
s6, carrying out hot-pressing compounding on the metal current carrying strip, the film printed with the silver paste circuit and the heating carbon paste circuit, and the hot-melt adhesive film by using a compounding machine, wherein the metal current carrying strip is positioned in the middle of the heating carbon paste film and the pre-coated film, and the current conveying part of the metal current carrying strip is in contact with the silver paste but not in contact with the heating carbon paste;

s8, connecting the electric heating film prepared in the S7 with a cold pressing terminal or a welding process according to requirements, wherein a metal current carrying strip printed with an electromagnetic shielding layer is communicated with a zero line of the power supply, and current carrying strips of heating carbon paste are respectively connected with a zero line and a live line of the power supply;
s7, attaching the upper surface and the lower surface of the electric heating film which is connected with the power supply to an insulating protective layer, connecting the insulating protective layer to the ground wire of the power supply, and finally placing the electric heating film on a heat sealing device for heat sealing.
