The insulator is an important component of the power transmission line and is an indispensable insulating material for transmitting electric energy. When the transmission line is exposed in the field for a long time, the insulator in operation is damaged under the influence of the mechanical load of the change of the dead weight of the lead, wind power, ice and snow, environmental temperature and the like, and factors such as lightning stroke, attached dirt, external force damage and the like, so that the safe and stable operation of the transmission line is influenced.
