The invention relates to a three-spring elastic shaft automatic feeding screw tightening device, which is used for quickly and automatically replacing a new energy electric automobile battery pack and also can be used for automatically tightening screws of an automobile power assembly line; the device comprises an elastic tightening shaft, a shell and a mounting substrate, wherein the elastic tightening shaft is positioned in a cylindrical shell and is coaxial with the cylindrical shell; the elastic tightening shaft is composed of a screw sleeve, an elastic shaft and a tightening joint, the tightening joint is of a stepped shaft structure, the upper section of the tightening joint is a guide surface and is in sliding fit with the sliding bush, the middle section and the lower section of the tightening joint penetrate out of the round hole of the mounting substrate, and the middle section of the tightening joint is sequentially provided with an upper sliding ring, a return spring, a lower sliding ring and a locking nut. A spline groove is formed in the screw sleeve; the elastic shaft consists of three completely consistent spiral springs which are coaxial; the invention realizes automatic feeding in the screw tightening process, reduces the manufacturing cost and realizes the light weight of equipment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a three-spring elastic shaft automatic feeding screw tightening device which is used for quickly and automatically replacing a new energy electric automobile battery pack and also can be used for automatically tightening screws of an automobile power assembly line.
Background
With the gradual implementation of new policies in the automobile industry in our country, the proportion of electric automobiles in the production and sale of finished automobiles is higher and higher. The problem of long time consumption for charging the electric automobile is always the central importance of the development of new energy automobiles and is also one of the important factors restricting the use of the electric automobile. The quick automatic replacement of the battery pack of the electric automobile also becomes a quick battery replacement technology, and the battery pack consuming power on the electric automobile is replaced by the fully charged battery pack, so that the situation that an electric automobile owner waits for the battery to be charged for a long time can be avoided. The method has a mature technical foundation, so that the method becomes one of the important research fields in the electric automobile industry. In the quick battery replacement technology, the most reliable connection mode for installing the battery pack is screw connection. In the battery replacing process, the battery replacing equipment firstly needs to loosen a plurality of connecting bolts between a primary battery pack and a vehicle body on the automobile so as to take down the battery pack, then screws the fully charged battery pack and the vehicle body through screws, and the series of processes are all automatically completed. In the process of screwing or loosening the screw, the screw rotates and simultaneously needs to do axial feeding movement, the electric wrench only can provide power for rotating the screw, and the axial feeding of the screw needs to be realized by an automatic feeding device. Before, the automatic feeding of the screw mostly adopts a telescopic spline, and the telescopic spline ensures the joint of a screw nut and a sleeve under the assistance of a spring. However, the manufacturing of the telescopic spline has high precision requirement, so that the manufacturing cost of the device is high, and the whole device has high mass and also causes extra burden to equipment. The invention provides an automatic feeding screw tightening device with a three-spring elastic shaft, which replaces a telescopic spline mechanism with the elastic shaft, has low manufacturing cost and contributes to light weight of equipment.

Referring to fig. 4, the elastic tightening shaft 1-1 is composed of three parts, namely a screw sleeve 2-1, an elastic shaft 2-2 and a tightening joint 2-3, the elastic shaft 2-2 is positioned in the middle, two ends of the elastic shaft are respectively fixedly connected with the screw sleeve 2-1 and the tightening joint 2-3, the tightening joint 2-3 is of a stepped shaft structure, the upper section of the tightening joint is a guide surface and is in sliding fit with the sliding bush 1-3, the middle section and the lower section of the tightening joint 2-3 penetrate through a round hole of the mounting base plate 1-4, the guide surface of the tightening joint 2-3 is limited on one side of the sliding bush 1-3 due to the fact that the diameter of the guide surface of the tightening joint 2-3 is larger than the diameter of the round hole of the mounting base plate 1-4, the upper sliding ring 1-5, the return spring 1-6, the lower sliding ring 1-7 and the locking nut 1-8 are sequentially arranged on the middle section of the tightening joint 2-3, the bottom thread of the middle section fixes the locking nut 1-8, the upper sliding ring 1-5 and the mounting base plate 1-4 are always attached to the upper sliding bush 1-3 with the return spring 1-6 under the effect of the return spring 1-6, the return spring and the return spring is always separated from the upper sliding joint 2-3, and the return joint 2-3, the return joint is always separated from the return joint when the return spring 1-6.

The lower section of the tightening joint is a hexagonal prism which can be matched with a sleeve of an electric wrench for transmitting the torque of the electric wrench.
As shown in an initial state of fig. 7, the device is fixed on equipment through a mounting substrate 1-4, screws are arranged in screw sleeves 2-1, the screws are in mounting holes, the distance between a flange face of each screw and a mounting face is H, the elastic shaft 2-2 is in a natural state at the moment, the return spring 1-6 is in a small-amount compression state at the moment, and a shaft shoulder at the bottom of the upper section of the joint 2-3 is screwed down to be attached to the mounting substrate under the action of spring force.
When the screw needs to be screwed, referring to fig. 8, the electric wrench sleeve is matched with the hexagonal prism at the lower section of the screwing joint 2-3 and continuously rises for a distance H, at this time, the return spring 1-6 continuously compresses the length H, the guide surface of the screwing joint slides upwards under the guide effect of the sliding bush 1-3, the screw moves upwards under the drive of the elastic screwing shaft 1-1, the conical guide surface at the top of the screw enters the mounting hole, the external thread of the screw is axially attached to the internal thread of the threaded hole, the screw cannot continuously rise due to the blocking of the threaded hole, at this time, the elastic shaft 2-2 is compressed, the compression amount is H1, and the compression amount is just equal to the distance between the flange surface of the screw and the mounting surface, namely the feeding amount required by screwing the screw. And then, the electric wrench rotates, the elastic tightening shaft is driven by the electric wrench to rotate, axial feeding force is provided for the screw due to the fact that the elastic shaft is in a compressed state, the screw is screwed into the screw hole, and meanwhile, the compression amount of the elastic tightening shaft is gradually released until the flange face of the screw is attached to the mounting face. When the elastic tightening shaft rotates, the locking nut 1-8 screwed with the elastic tightening shaft also rotates along with the elastic tightening shaft, the reset spring is respectively isolated from the mounting base plate 1-4 and the locking nut by the upper sliding ring 1-5 at the upper part and the sliding ring 1-7 at the lower part, the abrasion of the spring is avoided, and meanwhile, the friction resistance of the device is also reduced due to the lower friction coefficient between the sliding ring and the mounting base plate as well as between the sliding ring and the locking nut.
When the screwing torque of the screw reaches a specified value, the electric wrench is disengaged, the elastic shaft 1-1 is restored to the initial position under the action of the return spring 1-6, the screwing process is completed, and the state of the device is shown in figure 9.
When the device is required to loosen an installed screw, the electric wrench is matched with the elastic tightening shaft, the lifting distance is H, the screw sleeve at the upper end of the elastic tightening shaft is matched with the screw nut, so that torque is conveniently transmitted, the electric wrench rotates reversely, the screw is loosened, and the screw moves downwards under the action of the contact force of the threads until the screw is unscrewed due to the compression of the elastic tightening shaft; the electric wrench is separated, the elastic tightening shaft is reset, the screw is separated from the mounting hole along with the tightening sleeve under the adsorption effect of the magnet in the screw sleeve 2-1, and the screw disassembling process is completed. In order to ensure that the screw is smoothly separated from the threaded hole, the upper distance H of the tightening wrench can be set to be smaller than the distance between the flange surface of the screw and the mounting surface (the distance between the screw and the screw sleeve completely), the spline fit between the screw and the screw sleeve can meet the requirement of torque transmission, and after the electric wrench stops rotating, the screw has enough descending space, so that the condition that the screw is not screwed out completely is avoided.
In addition, because the elastic tightening shaft has a certain degree of radial deformation capacity, when the alignment of the screw and the mounting hole is inaccurate, the smooth matching of the screw sleeve and the screw nut can be ensured through the elastic deformation of the elastic shaft, so that the device has a certain degree of hole position deviation adaptability.
