The analysis report output by the prior art cannot meet the comprehensive report requirement of the user, so that the use experience of the user is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, an analysis report output method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, and it should be noted that the analysis report output method is specifically applied to a data analysis platform, and the data analysis platform has a function of generating different analysis reports for different users. However, the analysis report output by the existing data analysis platform cannot meet the personalized report requirement of most users, thereby reducing the use experience of the users.
Therefore, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an analysis report output method, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S10, obtaining an analysis report to be processed;
specifically, in this embodiment, it should be noted that the data analysis platform may be applied to an electronic device capable of processing information, such as a computer, a tablet, and a smart phone.
An analysis report database is preset in the data analysis platform and is used for temporarily storing a generated to-be-processed analysis report list and a corresponding analysis report.
Therefore, in this step, the required analysis report to be processed can be directly acquired by the data analysis platform, and step S20 can be further executed.
Step S20, reading a report catalog in the analysis report according to a preset keyword;
in this step, when a desired analysis report is acquired, the analysis report needs to be preprocessed. It is understood that each analysis report includes a report catalog and corresponding report content.
Therefore, in this step, firstly, the report catalog in the analysis report needs to be preprocessed, and specifically, the report catalog in the analysis report is read according to a preset keyword, where the preset keyword may be key, name, and children, and in other cases, the keyword may also be data and time, which are all within the protection scope of this embodiment.
In this step, the report list in the analysis report is read by the preset keyword, so that the chapter name, the chapter content, and the chapter order in the report list can be obtained, and step S30 is executed.
Step S30, according to the report catalog, the report content in the analysis report is recombined according to a preset rule, and the report content comprises chapter names, chapter content and chapter sequences;
further, in this step, the analysis report preprocessed in step S20 is comprehensively processed, and specifically, when the report list in the analysis report is obtained, the report content in the corresponding analysis report is reorganized according to the report list according to a preset rule. The preset rules can comprise preset recombination rules, and the rules can meet the individualized reporting requirements of users under different dimensions and different angles.
It can be understood that, after the chapter names in the report catalog in the analysis report are recombined as required through step S20, the chapter contents corresponding to each chapter name need to be spliced together according to the sequence of the recombined chapter, so as to complete the recombination of the analysis report, so as to meet the personalized report requirement of the user.
And step S40, outputting the recombined analysis report.
Finally, in this step, the analysis report recombined in step S30 is output, and specifically, the analysis report may be output in an expression logic form meeting the user' S requirements.
When the method is used, firstly, a required analysis report is obtained, then a report directory in the analysis report is read according to a preset keyword, report contents in the analysis report are recombined according to the obtained report directory and a preset rule, and finally, the recombined analysis report is output. According to the analysis report output method, the analysis report can be recombined according to the actual report requirements of the user based on the acquired analysis report, and finally the comprehensive report actually required by the user is output, so that the personalized report requirements of the user can be effectively met, multiple modifications are not needed, the production efficiency of the analysis report is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
It should be noted that the above implementation procedures are only for illustrating the applicability of the present application, but this does not represent that the analysis report output method of the present application has only the above-mentioned one implementation procedure, and on the contrary, the analysis report output method of the present application can be incorporated into the feasible embodiments of the present application as long as the analysis report output method of the present application can be implemented.
In summary, the analysis report output method in the above embodiments of the present invention can be recombined according to the actual report requirements of the user based on the acquired analysis report, and finally output the comprehensive report actually required by the user, so that the comprehensive report requirements of the user can be effectively met, and meanwhile, multiple modifications are not required, thereby improving the production efficiency of the analysis report and improving the user experience.
