Referring to fig. 1 to 2, an embodiment of the invention provides a household appliance 100. The household appliance 100 comprises a body 10, a panel 20, a touch display screen 30, a control part 40 and a light bar 50; the panel 20 is mounted on the body 10; the touch display screen 30 is positioned below the panel 20; the light bar 50 is located below the panel 20; the touch display screen 30 comprises an OLED module 32, an LED module 34 and a touch display screen 36; the OLED module 32 is configured to display first content; the LED module 34 is used for displaying a second content related to the first content; the touch screen 36 is used for acquiring operation instructions, and the OLED module 32 and the LED module 34 are located below the touch screen 36; the control portion 40 is electrically connected to the OLED module 32, the LED module 34, the touch screen 36 and the light bar 50, and the control portion 40 is configured to obtain the operation instruction, control the OLED module 32 to display the first content and control the LED module to display the second content according to the operation instruction and the operation condition of the household appliance 100, and control the light bar 50 to display according to the operation condition of the household appliance 100.
In the household appliance 100, the complex content can be used as the first content, the simple content can be used as the second content, and the OLED module 32 is used for displaying the complex content, so that the complex content can be displayed more clearly and the visual angle is wider; the LED module 34 is used to display simple contents to reduce the size of the OLED module 32, save costs, and also to make the display layout of the home appliance 100 more flexible. The display contents of the OLED module 32 and the LED module 34 can be changed through the touch screen 36, and the operation process is easier and faster than that of a button or knob mode. The user can also obtain the operating condition information of domestic appliance 100 through the light that lamp strip 50 sent, has increased user and domestic appliance 100's interactive mode, is favorable to promoting user experience.
In the related art, a TFT (Thin Film Transistor) touch screen is used on a panel by a household appliance to display related contents, but the TFT touch screen has a poor display effect, which is mainly reflected in that a viewing angle is too narrow, brightness is insufficient, and each pixel on the TFT touch screen works no matter a displayed image is black or other colors because the TFT touch screen belongs to one type of liquid crystal screen, so that a control board correspondingly controlling the TFT touch screen needs to meet the requirement of constantly controlling all pixels to work when selecting a type, and the control board needs to be configured at a high cost because the requirement of the control board is high.
In the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the OLED module 32 may be used to display the first content, and the portion of the OLED module 32 that does not display the first content remains in a non-light emitting state, that is, the pixel point that does not display the first content may remain in a non-operating state, so when the control unit 40 that controls the OLED module 32 is selected, the control unit 40 does not need to constantly control all the pixel points to operate, the requirement on the control unit 40 is low, and the control unit 40 with a low price may be selected, so that the cost may be saved by using the OLED module 32 as compared to the TFT.
Specifically, the home appliance 100 may be used for the home appliance 100 for displaying contents of an operation menu, an operation state, and the like of the home appliance 100. The household appliance 100 may be a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric steamer, a steaming oven, a micro-steaming oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, etc., and the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking the example that the household appliance 100 is the micro-steaming oven, but the specific kind of the household appliance 100 is not limited.
The OLED module 32 may include an OLED device having a display function, which has higher display brightness, wider visible range, and relatively lower power consumption.
The LED module 34 may include an LED device having a display function, and the LED device displays contents by controlling on and off of the light emitting diode, so that the LED module is suitable for displaying simple contents, and the manufacturing cost, power consumption, and the like of the LED device are low. The LED module 34 may be fabricated in the form of an LED nixie tube.
The light bar 50 may include LED devices capable of emitting light of different colors, and different operation conditions of the household appliance can be represented by different display effects. Specifically, the light bar 50 may be a bar-shaped light array composed of LED lights capable of emitting lights of different colors.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the panel 20 is not designed to be perforated, and the panel 20 covers the entire touch display screen 30. It is understood that in other embodiments, the panel 20 may also be formed with through holes where the touch display screen 30 is mounted. The control part 40 may be disposed under the touch display screen 30.
The operation instructions acquired by the touch screen 36 may include instructions triggered by touch positions and touch gestures to implement certain logic operations. Both touch location and touch gestures may be triggered by a user on the panel 20 or touch screen 36.
The control unit 40 can acquire the operation instruction acquired by the touch panel 36, and the control unit 40 changes the first content and the second content according to the touch position and the touch gesture of the user. For example, in the household electrical appliance 100, a user touches a portion of the panel 20 corresponding to the touch screen 36 to trigger an operation instruction, so as to change the first content and the second content, for example, change parameters such as a function mode, a temperature, a time, and a power of the household electrical appliance 100.
It should be noted that, in the above operation instruction, the first content and the second content may be changed, and accordingly, the operating state of the household appliance 100 may also be controlled, so that the first content and the second content are associated with the operating state of the household appliance 100, and the operating state of the household appliance 100 is constantly reflected on the first content and the second content.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a voice module 70, and the control part 70 is configured to control the voice module 70 to broadcast voice information according to an operation condition of the household appliance 100. Therefore, the household appliance 100 can interact with the user in a voice broadcasting mode, and a mode for acquiring the running condition of the household appliance 100 by the user is increased.
Specifically, the voice module 70 may be provided below the panel 20. The voice module 70 receives a voice broadcasting instruction sent by the control part, and broadcasts voice related to the first content and the second content according to the voice broadcasting instruction, so as to prompt the current working state of the household appliance 100 and prompt the next operation guide. For example, when the household electrical appliance 100 is a micro-steaming oven, after the micro-steaming oven reaches the preheating temperature, the voice module 70 broadcasts voices such as "preheating temperature is reached" and "please open the oven door to put food in". After food is put in and the oven door is closed, the voice module 70 can broadcast a voice of "please press the start key to continue cooking". After the micro-steamer finishes cooking, the voice module 70 can broadcast "cooked, please enjoy" voice ".
In setting the adjustable parameter, the voice module 70 reports "maximum temperature", "maximum time", or "maximum power" voice when the adjustable parameter is adjusted to the maximum value. Upon switching the micro-steaming oven to the grill mode, the voice module 70 may broadcast a "grill mode" voice. After the user sets the cooking parameters, the control unit 40 determines the gesture operation of the user on the touch panel 36, and controls the voice module 70 to voice-prompt "start cooking" or "continue cooking".
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a circuit board 60. The control portion 40 is disposed on the circuit board 60, and the OLED module 32, the LED module 34, and the light bar 50 are disposed between the touch screen 36 and the circuit board 60.
Thus, the integration level of the home appliance 100 may be improved, and the connection of the home appliance 100 and the home appliance 100 may be facilitated.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 1, the OLED module 32 may be disposed on the left side of the LED module, and the light bar 50 may be disposed on the front side of the touch display screen 30. It is understood that in other embodiments, the light bar 50 can be disposed at other positions, such as embedded in the surface of the panel 20.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the OLED module 32 is connected to a first connector, the LED module 34 is connected to a second connector, and the touch screen 36 is connected to a third connector. The circuit board 60 is provided with a fourth connector 62, a fifth connector 64 and a sixth connector 66. The first connector is connected to the fourth connector 62, the second connector is connected to the fifth connector 64, and the third connector is connected to the sixth connector 66.
In this manner, circuit board 60 and OLED module 32 are connected by first and fourth connectors 62, circuit board 60 and LED module 34 are connected by second and fifth connectors 54, and circuit board 60 and touch screen 36 are connected by third and sixth connectors 56, facilitating installation and maintenance of OLED module 32, LED module 34 and touch screen 36.
Specifically, the first connector and the fourth connector 62, the second connector and the fifth connector 64, and the third connector and the sixth connector 66 may be connected by the flexible circuit board 80. The flexible circuit board 80 is light, thin and easy to bend, so that the integration level of the household appliance 100 can be further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the first connector and the fourth connector 62, the second connector and the fifth connector 64, and the third connector and the sixth connector 66 may be connected by other devices that can achieve the connection function, and the connection is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the number of LED modules 34 is two. Wherein the second content displayed by one LED module 34 is different from the second content displayed by another LED module 34.
Thus, the requirement of the kind of the second content, that is, more kinds of the second content can be displayed, and the display content of the home appliance 100 is enriched. For example, the second content may include temperature, time, power, and gear content. For another example, when the household appliance 100 is a micro-steamer, one of the LED modules 34 may display temperature and the other LED module 34 may display time. Or when the household appliance 100 is an induction cooker, one of the LED modules 34 may display power and the other LED module 34 may display time. Or when the household appliance 100 is a refrigerator, one of the LED modules 34 may display the gear position and the other LED module 34 may display the temperature.
Of course, in other embodiments, the number of LED modules 34 may be other, and may be determined according to the actual needs. A greater number of LED modules 34 may display more second content as the structure of the household appliance 100 allows.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the arrangement of the OLED module 52 and the two LED modules 34 may be flexibly configured, may be arranged according to the size and shape of the panel 20, and may also optimize the appearance of the household appliance 100 through the flexible arrangement of the OLED module 52 and the LED modules 34. Therefore, the touch display screen 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a strong applicability, and particularly, when the display structures or sizes of the household appliances 100 of different models need to be changed, the touch display screen 30 can be adapted to the household appliances 100 of different models by flexibly arranging the OLED module 32 and the LED module 34, which is beneficial to saving the time cost in the development process of the household appliance 100 product and reducing the development cost of the display structure re-mold design.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 to 5 respectively show three different arrangement forms of the OLED module 32, the LED module 34 and the light bar 50 on the household appliance 100, the OLED module 32 and the LED module 34 can be flexibly arranged according to the structure of the panel 20, the household appliance 100 can be adapted to different types of household appliances 100, and the universality of the household appliance 100 is improved. Of course, the OLED module 32, the LED module 34 and the light bar 50 are not limited to the arrangement shown in fig. 3 to 5, and can be flexibly changed according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
More, the distance between the OLED module 32 and the two LED modules 34 can be flexibly changed, and when the distance is larger, the display portion of the household appliance 100 can be made to have a larger size in appearance, and the aesthetic appearance of the household appliance 100 is improved. When having a smaller pitch, the home appliance 100 can be made more compact.
In some embodiments, the first content includes a function menu and the second content includes adjustable parameters associated with the function menu.
Therefore, the OLED module 32 has a good display effect, high brightness and a large viewing angle, and can better display complex graphics and characters such as a function menu; the adjustable parameters are simple in content, the displayed content and the position are basically fixed, and the LED module 34 is used for displaying, so that the size of the OLED module 32 is reduced, and the cost is saved.
In particular, the function menu may generally include a plurality of functions, for example, for a micro-steamer, the function menu includes microwave, steam, and grill functions. Moreover, each function generally has corresponding adjustable parameters, and the adjustable parameters may include parameters such as temperature, time, power, and the like.
