Abstract
The invention discloses a device for testing an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in an offline manner, which comprises a control box, and a control module, an indication module and an output module which are arranged on the control box, wherein the control module is provided with a closing button and an opening button; the indicating module is provided with a switching-off indicating lamp, a switching-on indicating lamp and a three-phase switching-on indicating lamp and is used for displaying the working state of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker and detecting the contact closing condition of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in the switching-on state; the output module is provided with a connecting circuit and a plug socket for connecting the testing device and the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker; the continuous production time of LF refining is prolonged, and the maintenance safety of electrical maintenance personnel is effectively ensured; potential fault hidden dangers of an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker are detected in time; the function of the high-voltage circuit breaker is ensured to be intact before the high-voltage circuit breaker is used on line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refining furnaces, and particularly relates to a device and a method for offline testing an LF refining 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker.
Background
The LF refining furnace of a steel plant adopts a 35kV high-voltage cabinet to supply power, wherein a 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker of a transformer power supply of the refining furnace is switched off or on, the closing and opening of molten steel of each smelting furnace is carried out 8-10 times on average, the mechanical impact of a 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker mechanism is serious when the closing and opening of the refining furnace are frequent, the failure rate is high, off-line maintenance is often needed, and in addition, the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker after the off-line maintenance cannot judge whether the on-line use requirement is met.
Therefore, a device and a method for off-line testing of an LF-refined 35kV high voltage circuit breaker are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device and a method for testing an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in an off-line manner.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a device for testing an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in an offline mode comprises a control box, and a control module, an indicating module and an output module which are installed on the control box, wherein the control module is provided with a closing button and an opening button, and the closing button and the opening button are connected with an opening coil and a closing coil of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker through the output module and used for controlling opening and closing of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker; the indicating module is provided with a switching-off indicating lamp, a switching-on indicating lamp and a three-phase switching-on indicating lamp and is used for displaying the working state of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker and detecting the contact closing condition of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in the switching-on state; the output module is provided with a connecting circuit and a plug socket for connecting the testing device and the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker.
Specifically, the circuit breaker is further provided with a power supply module, the power supply module is provided with a DC220V power supply and a DC24V power supply, the DC220V power supply supplies power to the control module, and the DC24V power supply supplies power to the indication module.
A method for off-line testing of an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker comprises the following steps:
1) pressing a closing button SB1, switching on a power supply to enable a 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker to be closed through a closing loop, simultaneously enabling an auxiliary contact K11 of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker to act to enable a D4 indicating lamp to be in a closing position to be turned on, and enabling D1, D2 and D3 indicating lamps to be turned on if a main contact of three-phase closing is closed;
2) the switching-off button SB2 is pressed, the power supply is switched on, the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker is switched off through the switching-off loop, meanwhile, the auxiliary contact K12 of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker enables the switching-off D5 indicator lamp to be turned on, the three-phase switching-on main contact is switched off, and the D1, D2 and D3 indicator lamps are turned off.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: 1) the LF refining continuous production time is prolonged, and the device is independently installed and separated from the original control system, so that the high-voltage circuit breaker can be maintained offline conveniently by electric personnel under the condition of no production stop;
2) the maintenance safety of electrical maintenance personnel is effectively ensured, and the operation on a high-voltage cabinet is not needed;
3) potential fault hidden dangers of an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker are detected in time; the function of the high-voltage circuit breaker is ensured to be intact before the high-voltage circuit breaker is used on line;
4) the production requirement of the steel-making LF refining furnace on fast pace and full load is effectively met;
5) can be used as a training device to improve the maintenance level of electrical maintenance personnel.

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the device for off-line testing of the LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker comprises a power supply module, a control module, an indication module and an output module, wherein each module is arranged in a control box with the length of 450CM and the width of 400 CM.
The power supply module consists of 2 types of voltages, one type is a direct current DC220V control power supply for the opening and closing of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker, namely the power supply used as the control module, and the other type is a direct current DC24V power supply for the opening and closing state indicator lamp of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker, namely the power supply used as the indication module.
The output module consists of a connecting line and a secondary plug seat for a 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker and is used for connecting the testing device and the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker.
The control module is completed by a closing button and an opening button which are arranged on a control box door, and is connected with an opening coil and a closing coil of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker through an output module to form a loop so as to control the opening and closing operations of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker.
The indicating module consists of a switching-off indicating lamp, a switching-on indicating lamp and 3 three-phase switching-on indicating lamps of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker, which are arranged on a control box door, and is used for indicating the working state of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker and detecting the contact closing condition of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker under the switching-on state.
A method for off-line testing of an LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker comprises the following steps:
1) pressing a closing button SB1, switching on a power supply to enable a 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker to be closed through a closing loop, simultaneously enabling an auxiliary contact K11 of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker to act to enable a D4 indicating lamp to be in a closing position to be turned on, and enabling D1, D2 and D3 indicating lamps to be turned on if a main contact of three-phase closing is closed;
2) the switching-off button SB2 is pressed, the power supply is switched on, the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker is switched off through the switching-off loop, meanwhile, the auxiliary contact K12 of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker enables the switching-off D5 indicator lamp to be turned on, the three-phase switching-on main contact is switched off, and the D1, D2 and D3 indicator lamps are turned off.
K1, K2 and K3 all represent main contacts, and KK and K12 represent auxiliary contacts of a closing lamp and an opening lamp respectively.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any structural changes made under the teaching of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention, which is similar or similar to the technical solutions of the present invention.

The device for testing the LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in an offline mode is characterized by comprising a control box, a control module, an indicating module and an output module, wherein the control module, the indicating module and the output module are installed on the control box, the control module is provided with a closing button and an opening button, and the closing button and the opening button are connected with an opening coil and a closing coil of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker through the output module and are used for controlling opening and closing of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker; the indicating module is provided with a switching-off indicating lamp, a switching-on indicating lamp and a three-phase switching-on indicating lamp and is used for displaying the working state of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker and detecting the contact closing condition of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker in the switching-on state; the output module is provided with a connecting circuit and a plug socket for connecting the testing device and the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the circuit breaker further comprises a power module having a DC220V power supply and a DC24V power supply, the DC220V power supply supplies power to the control module, and the DC24V power supply supplies power to the indication module.
3. The method for off-line testing of the LF refined 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker based on the claims 1-2 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) pressing a closing button SB1, switching on a power supply to enable a 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker to be closed through a closing loop, simultaneously enabling an auxiliary contact K11 of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker to act to enable a D4 indicating lamp to be in a closing position to be turned on, and enabling D1, D2 and D3 indicating lamps to be turned on if a main contact of three-phase closing is closed;
2) the switching-off button SB2 is pressed, the power supply is switched on, the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker is switched off through the switching-off loop, meanwhile, the auxiliary contact K12 of the 35kV high-voltage circuit breaker enables the switching-off D5 indicator lamp to be turned on, the three-phase switching-on main contact is switched off, and the D1, D2 and D3 indicator lamps are turned off.
