Background
In a high-voltage power supply system, a high-voltage circuit breaker has the functions of cutting off and switching on a load circuit and a fault circuit, can prevent the expansion of accidents, ensures safe operation and can be matched and linked with a relay protection device, and the high-voltage circuit breaker gradually replaces a load switch to become necessary power supply equipment in the high-voltage power supply system. The high-voltage circuit breaker can perform frequent operation or break short-circuit current for many times within the working current range; the control power supply and the energy storage power supply are both supplied by a direct current system, do not depend on alternating current commercial power, are suitable for reclosing operation, have extremely high operation reliability and service life, and are handcart type high-voltage circuit breakers widely used in the industry.
The high-voltage circuit breaker can work continuously safely and reliably, needs to be maintained and tested periodically, and needs to be maintained in time when a fault occurs so as to reduce the power failure time. However, the following problems occur in the daily operation and maintenance work:
1. the circuit breaker needs to be opened and closed for multiple times, influences the operation of the circuit breaker and an energy storage power supply, namely a direct current system in a substation, and consumes the capacity of a storage battery.
2. Frequent circuit breakers are frequently switched on and off, a large amount of repeated and non-important displacement signals can be generated in a background of a power supply dispatching command center, and the operation of a distribution network automation system is interfered.
3. The direct current system fault can be caused by carelessness, the relay protection device is influenced, the circuit breaker is operated mistakenly or refused to operate, and the reliable operation of the power supply system is influenced.
4. When the breaker is required to be overhauled in the experimental switching-on and switching-off of the working position, the breaker needs to be pushed into the working position, and if the breaker has a fault, the switching-on and switching-off operation can influence the safe and stable operation of the whole power supply system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects in the prior art and provides a maintenance operation device for a drawout high-voltage circuit breaker.
The invention relates to a maintenance operation device of a drawout high-voltage circuit breaker, which is realized by the following technical scheme that the device consists of a special maintenance operation box and a special maintenance operation vehicle; the special overhaul operation box is connected with the drawout breaker through a multi-pin aviation plug, a self-control power supply module, an energy storage loop and a working state and working position signal acquisition and display loop are arranged in the special overhaul operation box, the self-control power supply module consists of a direct current control power supply and an energy storage power supply, the special overhaul operation box introduces a single-phase alternating current 220V power supply as a main power supply of the device, the main power supply is controlled by an alternating current miniature breaker K1 and is reduced into two power supplies with different voltage levels through a small dry-type transformer, wherein the U1 and the U2, the U1 and the U2 are respectively converted into the direct current control power supply and the energy storage power supply of the breaker through rectifier bridges D1 and D2 and filter capacitors C1 and C2 of the respective loops, the energy storage loop consists of the energy storage power supply, the energy storage button and an energy storage motor, when the energy storage miniature, the energy storage loop is switched on, the energy storage power supply provides 98V direct current power supply for the energy storage motor, the energy storage motor runs, the mechanical mechanism compresses the energy storage spring, the circuit breaker completes energy storage operation, and the working state and working position signal acquisition and display loop consists of a control power supply, a working miniature circuit breaker, a circuit breaker travel switch auxiliary contact, a circuit breaker working state auxiliary contact and four indicator lamps; when the circuit breaker is manually swung to a working position or a test position in the maintenance special operation vehicle, the corresponding travel switch is switched on, the corresponding auxiliary contact is closed, the control power supply, the working miniature circuit breaker, the travel switch auxiliary contact and the corresponding indicator light form a loop, and the corresponding position indicator light of the circuit breaker is turned on. When the circuit breaker works in closing or opening, the corresponding working state auxiliary contact is closed, the control power supply, the working miniature circuit breaker, the working state auxiliary contact and the corresponding indicator lamp form a loop, and the corresponding working state indicator lamp of the circuit breaker is lightened; by observing the display condition of each indicator lamp on the surface of the special operation box for overhauling, whether the breaker is at a working position or a test position and is in a closing state or an opening state can be judged; the maintenance special-purpose operation vehicle consists of a traditional operation vehicle and a movable guide rail, and the draw-out type circuit breaker is placed on the traditional operation vehicle provided with the movable guide rail.
The total power supply is reduced to U1 and U2 by a small dry transformer, wherein U1 is 87V, and U2 is 98V.
The traditional operation car and the movable guide rail are formed to lengthen an operation platform, and the problems that the traditional operation car can only simulate a state that the circuit breaker is in a test position, cannot simulate a state that the circuit breaker is in a working position, and cannot overhaul and maintain the state fault of the working position of the circuit breaker are solved.
The drawout high-voltage circuit breaker overhaul operating device can simulate all the operations of the circuit breaker in a central high-voltage switch cabinet, is convenient for the maintenance and overhaul of the circuit breaker, does not influence a direct-current system and a relay protection device, and can also avoid connecting fault equipment into a high-voltage power supply system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can simulate all the operations of the drawout high-voltage circuit breaker in the middle-positioned high-voltage switch cabinet by transforming the traditional circuit breaker operating vehicle and additionally installing the special operating box for maintenance, is convenient for the maintenance of the circuit breaker and does not influence a relay protection device and a high-voltage power supply system.

The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a self-control power module is arranged in the special operation box for overhaul, the self-control power module is composed of a direct-current control power supply and an energy storage power supply, a single-phase alternating-current 220V power supply is introduced into the special operation box for overhaul as a main power supply of the device and is controlled by an alternating-current miniature circuit breaker K1, the 220V alternating-current power supply (U) of the main power supply is reduced into two power supplies with different voltage levels through a small dry-type transformer (B), wherein U1 is 87V, U2 is 98V, U1 and U2 are respectively converted into a direct-current control power supply and an energy storage power supply of the circuit breaker through a rectifier bridge D1 and D2 of each loop and a filter capacitor C1 and a filter capacitor C2, and K1, K2 and K3 are alternating-current miniature circuit breakers and are used for switching on and off the main power supply, the power supply U1 and the power supply U2. By the self-control power supply module, the VD4 circuit breaker can completely get rid of the dependence on a direct current system in a transformer substation during maintenance.
The special overhaul operation box is connected with the drawout breaker through a multi-pin aviation plug, after an energy storage loop is connected, the breaker is subjected to energy storage operation according to the diagram shown in fig. 2, in the diagram, HM is an energy storage power supply, HK is an energy storage button, MS is an energy storage motor, BS1 and BS2 are auxiliary contacts of an energy storage motor travel switch, and UD1 and UD2 are energy storage indicating lamps. And the special maintenance operation box acquires and displays the working state and the working position of the circuit breaker according to the signal shown in figure 3. In fig. 3, KM is a control power supply, BT1 and BT2 are breaker working position and test position auxiliary contacts, RL1 is a closing latching relay, MC is a closing relay, M01 is a breaking relay, BB0 is a breaker working state auxiliary contact, and HD and LD are state indicator lamps.

The device is connected with the circuit breaker schematically as shown in figure 5, the special maintenance operation box is connected with the draw-out circuit breaker through a multi-pin aviation plug, and the draw-out circuit breaker is placed on the special maintenance operation vehicle. The device can simulate all operations of the circuit breaker in a central high-voltage switch cabinet, is convenient for maintenance and repair of the circuit breaker, does not affect a direct-current system and a relay protection device, and can also avoid connecting fault equipment into a high-voltage power supply system. The device can adjust the control circuit according to actual circuit breaker model, adapts to the maintenance of other models of pull-out circuit breakers, has higher spreading value.
