a detection cup support 700 connected to the driving mechanism 400 and having two cup placing holes 210, wherein the two detection cups 300 in the cup placing holes 710 may be the same or different, and the excitation liquid injection needle 220 disposed on the box 200 corresponds to the detection object; the light shielding mechanism 800 is connected with the driving mechanism 400, the detection cup bracket 700 reciprocates among the cup placing hole 210, the reading mechanism 500 and the cup throwing mechanism 600 and completes the actions of placing, reading and discarding the detection cup 300, and the light shielding mechanism 800 shields the detection cup when reading;
when the reading mechanism reads the first detection cup 300, the light shielding mechanism 800 moves to the cup opening of the detection cup 300 to shield light; when the reading mechanism 500 reads the second detection cup 300, the light shielding mechanism 800 moves to the cup placing hole 210 to shield light.

when the detection objects in the detection cup 300 are different, the excitation liquid in the excitation liquid injection needle 220 corresponds to the detection objects, the detection objects are not influenced mutually in the detection process, the detection of two different detection objects by the same mechanism can be realized, and the efficiency and the accuracy are improved.
