When a feature "comprises or includes" a feature or some of its coverage, this indicates that other features are not excluded and may further include other features, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The embodiment of the invention provides a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit. The wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is an indoor part of a split wall-mounted room air conditioner and is used for adjusting indoor air, such as refrigeration/heating, dehumidification, fresh air introduction and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the indoor unit of the wall-mounted air conditioner shown in fig. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit shown in fig. 2 when switching to the front blowing mode.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit according to the embodiment of the present invention may generally include a cabinet 10, a windshield 20, and an air deflector 30. The casing 10 is provided with an air outlet 12 which is opened forward and downward. The cabinet 10 defines an accommodating space for accommodating components of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit. The air outlet 12 may be opened at a lower portion of the front side of the casing 10 so as to be opened forward and downward. The air outlet 12 is used for discharging the air flow in the cabinet 10 to the indoor environment to condition the indoor air. The discharged air flow refers to an air flow that is acted on by a fan in the cabinet 10 to accelerate the flow of air flowing through the air outlet 12 for conditioning the indoor environment, such as cool air in a cooling mode, hot air in a heating mode, fresh air in a fresh air mode, and the like. The casing 10 may be a long strip horizontally disposed along a length direction (a transverse direction indicated in fig. 1), and the air outlet 12 may be a long strip with a length direction parallel to the length direction of the casing 10, as shown in fig. 1.
The wind shield 20 is mounted to the casing 10 to be vertically translatable, and the wind shield 20 includes a vertical baffle 21 for shielding the air outlet 12 at the front side of the air outlet 12. When the wind shield 20 moves to the position shown in fig. 2, the wind shield 12 is shielded at the front side of the wind outlet 12, so that the wind outlet air flow in the casing 10 cannot be blown forward. When the wind shield 20 moves to the position shown in fig. 3, it is far from the front side of the air outlet 12 so as not to obstruct the normal forward or upward forward blowing of the air outlet flow. The air deflector 30 is rotatably installed at the air outlet 12. Specifically, the air deflector 30 has a long strip shape with a longitudinal direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the housing 10, and a rotation axis x thereof is parallel to the longitudinal direction thereof.
The windshield 20 and the air deflection 30 have a linked relationship to move together to a down-blowing condition shown in fig. 2 or a forward-blowing condition shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 2, in the down-blowing state, the air guide plate 30 is located at the front side of the air outlet 12, and the vertical baffle 21 is located in front of the air guide plate 30 to guide the air flow downward together. When the air conditioner is used for heating, a down-blowing mode can be selected, so that hot air can more easily reach the ground, the carpet type air supply effect is realized, and the problem that the indoor bottom space cannot be heated due to small hot air density is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in the forward blowing state, the air guide plate 30 is positioned at the lower side of the air outlet 12 to guide the air flow forward, and the top end of the vertical baffle 21 is spaced from the upper end of the air outlet 12 so that the vertical baffle 21 avoids the forward blowing air flow. When the air conditioner is used for refrigerating, a front blowing mode can be selected, so that the cold air is blown for a longer distance, and then gradually sinks to form a shower type refrigerating effect.
Since the windshield 20 and the air deflector 30 are linked, there is no need to provide two sets of driving mechanisms, and only one of them needs to be driven by the motor 71, which simplifies the internal structure of the casing 10. The interlocking connection also allows the relative positional relationship between the wind shield 20 and the wind deflector 30 to be set, and the forward blowing state and the downward blowing state to be achieved more accurately.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the enclosure 10 has a duct 50 therein, the duct 50 being defined by front duct walls 200 and rear duct walls 100 spaced apart from each other. The outlet ends of the front duct wall 200 and the rear duct wall 100 are connected to the upper and lower ends of the air outlet 12, respectively, for guiding the air flow in the cabinet 10 to the air outlet 12. The top of the casing 10 is provided with an air inlet 11, and a cross-flow fan 40 with an axis extending along the transverse direction is arranged at the inlet of the air duct 50. The three-stage heat exchanger 60 surrounds the upper side of the cross flow fan 40. When the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit operates in a refrigerating mode or a heating mode, indoor air enters the interior of the shell 10 through the air inlet 11, exchanges heat with the three-stage heat exchanger 60, is finally sucked into the air duct 50 by the cross-flow fan 40, and flows to the air outlet 12.
In the down-blowing state, one end of the air deflector 30 abuts against the front air duct wall 200, so that the air flow flowing along the front air duct wall 200 can be better transited to the air deflector 30, and the air deflector 30 is guided, so that the flow loss is reduced. In the forward blowing state. The other end of the air deflector 30 abuts against the lower end of the air outlet 12, so that the air flow flowing along the rear air duct wall 100 can be better transferred to the air deflector 30, guided by the air deflector 30, and flow loss is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the upper surface of the air deflector 30 in the forward blowing state is arc-shaped, and the tangent line at the front end of the arc-shaped is directed forward and upward, so as to guide the airflow to flow upward, facilitate increasing the upward angle of the airflow, blow out the cold air at a larger upward angle (the included angle between the air blowing angle and the horizontal plane), avoid the human body, and scatter downward after reaching the highest point, so as to realize the shower-type refrigeration experience.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a state of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit shown in fig. 2 between a forward blowing mode and a downward blowing mode.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the wind shield 20 and the wind deflector 30 are configured to be movable to a state between a down-blowing state and a forward-blowing state so that the air flow of the air outlet 12 is blown out simultaneously forward and downward.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the windshield 20 in fig. 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the windshield 20 further includes two side plates 22 extending rearward from both lateral ends of the vertical barrier 21, respectively, and the two side plates 22 are respectively mounted to both lateral sides of the chassis 10 so as to be translatable up and down. The provision of two side plates 22 provides a more aesthetically pleasing appearance to both sides of the windshield 20, and facilitates the provision of a connecting and driving structure at the lateral ends of the chassis 10. In the down-blowing state, the upper end of the vertical baffle 21 abuts against the upper end of the air outlet 12, and the outer surfaces of the vertical baffle 21 and the two side plates 22 are flush with the outer surface of the casing 10, so that the windshield 20 and the casing 10 form a complete butt joint appearance effect. When the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is in a non-operating state, the wind shield 20 can be in the state, so that the appearance is more attractive.
The windshield 20 also includes a floor 23. Two lateral sides of the bottom plate 23 are respectively connected with two side plates 22 and are positioned below the bottom wall of the casing 10. Thus, the bottom appearance of the windshield 20 is more complete and beautiful. The bottom plate 23 is provided with an air outlet 230 opposite to the air outlet 12 to allow the air flow to flow downward. That is, the air-out air in the casing 10 flows down, and needs to flow through the air outlet 12 first and then blow to the indoor environment through the air outlet 230. The vertical baffle 21, the bottom plate 23 and the two side plates 22 constitute an integrally formed integral piece.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a driving mechanism of the wind shield 20 and the wind deflector 30 of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit.
In some embodiments, the wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit utilizes a rack and pinion mechanism to effect the linkage of the air deflection plate 30 and the windshield 20. As shown in fig. 6, the end of the wind deflector 30 is provided with a first gear 31, and the wind deflector 20 is formed with a first rack 211 extending up and down, which is engaged with the first gear 31, so as to drive the first gear 31 to rotate when the wind deflector 20 translates up and down, thereby driving the wind deflector 30 to rotate. Specifically, the number of the first gears 31 may be two, which are respectively disposed at two ends of the air deflector 30 in the length direction, so that the two sides of the air deflector 30 are both subjected to torque, and the rotation is more stable.
Fig. 7 is another angular schematic view of fig. 6.
In some embodiments, the wall station air conditioner indoor unit utilizes a rack and pinion mechanism to drive the windshield 20 up and down. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lateral both ends of the casing 10 have mounting plates 13, and the mounting plates 13 are provided with rack and pinion mechanisms for driving the windshield 20 to translate up and down. The mounting plate 13 has a plurality of ear plates 132 for attachment to the end caps of the housing 10 by screws. The rack and pinion mechanism includes a motor 71, a second gear 72 and a second rack 73 that are intermeshed. The motor 71 is disposed inside the mounting plate 13, the second gear 72 is mounted on the motor 71, the second rack 73 is disposed inside the mounting plate 13 in an up-down translational manner, and a part of the second rack is extended to the outside of the mounting plate 13 through a vertical strip yielding hole 131 formed in the mounting plate 13 and is connected with the side plate 22 of the windshield 20.
When the motor 71 drives the second gear 72 to rotate, the second gear 72 drives the second rack 73 to translate up and down, so as to drive the windshield 20 to translate up and down.
In this embodiment, the main structure of the rack and pinion mechanism is mounted on the lateral side of the casing 10, so that the appearance of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is not affected.
By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the invention consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
