Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A control method of a portable air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes an inner fan, an outer fan, and a compressor 15, is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1, a control method of a portable air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
and S01, in the running process of the portable air conditioner, if the portable air conditioner is determined to be switched from the highest wind level to the lowest wind level, obtaining the indoor environment temperature. It should be noted that, in the operation process of the portable air conditioner, if it is determined that the portable air conditioner is switched from the highest wind level to the lowest wind level, the obtaining module obtains the indoor environment temperature, and the obtaining module may be set as a temperature sensor.
And S02, when the indoor environment temperature is larger than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value, controlling the rotating speed of the inner fan and the operating frequency of the compressor to be synchronously reduced, and controlling the rotating speed of the outer fan to be reduced after delay, wherein the inner fan and the outer fan finish speed reduction actions at the same time. It should be noted that the control module can be in communication connection with the acquisition module, the acquisition module acquires indoor ambient temperature and can transmit the indoor ambient temperature to the control module, and when the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value, the control module controls the synchronous reduction of the rotating speed of the inner fan and the operating frequency of the compressor and controls the delayed reduction of the rotating speed of the outer fan.
It should be noted that, in the operation process of the portable air conditioner, if it is determined that the portable air conditioner is switched from the highest wind level to the lowest wind level, when the indoor environment temperature is less than the preset temperature threshold, it is determined that the portable air conditioner is in the low-temperature working condition, and the air conditioner is controlled to enter the normal frequency-reduction mode. In the operation process of the portable air conditioner, if the portable air conditioner is determined to be switched from the highest wind level to the lowest wind level, when the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value, the portable air conditioner is determined to be in a high-temperature working condition, and the portable air conditioner is controlled to enter a high-load frequency reduction mode. The preset temperature threshold value can be 35 ℃ by default, the portable air conditioner is switched from a high windshield to a low windshield according to the operation logic of the portable air conditioner, the inner fan windshield rapidly operates according to the set reduction, the frequency of the compressor is reduced synchronously, and the frequency of the compressor is reduced after the inner fan windshield is reduced in place due to the fact that the reduction speed of the inner fan windshield is higher than that of the compressor, at the moment, the system pressure of the portable air conditioner can be kept in a higher state, particularly, the portable air conditioner is more obvious under the high-temperature working condition and is called as high load.
Specifically, the portable air conditioner has a cooling mode. Under the refrigeration mode, in the use process of the portable air conditioner, a user switches the windshield in the refrigeration running process of the portable air conditioner, detects the current windshield of the portable air conditioner and the target windshield set by the user, and judges whether the current windshield of the portable air conditioner is the highest windshield or not and whether the target windshield set by the user is the lowest windshield or not. If the current windshield of the portable air conditioner is the highest windshield and the target windshield set by a user is the lowest windshield, the portable air conditioner is judged to be in a high-temperature working condition, the portable air conditioner is controlled to enter a high-load frequency reduction mode, the indoor environment temperature is obtained, when the indoor environment temperature is larger than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value, the rotating speed of the inner fan and the operating frequency of the compressor are controlled to be synchronously reduced, the rotating speed of the outer fan is controlled to be reduced after delay, when the rotating speed of the inner fan and the operating frequency of the compressor are synchronously reduced, the outer fan does not start to reduce speed, the system pressure of the portable air conditioner is ensured to be rapidly reduced, the outer fan starts to reduce speed according to the setting when the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced to a certain value, the outer fan starts to reduce speed when the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced enough, the system pressure of the portable air conditioner cannot rise when the rotating speed of the outer fan is reduced, the situation that the portable air conditioner is protected to stop when the user reduces the windshield is avoided, and the inner fan and the outer fan does not start to reduce speed at the same time, the speed reduction action is required to reduce the working noise of the portable air conditioner, can be reduced, and the noise of the portable air conditioner is beneficial to the improvement of the user.
Further, in the use process of the portable air conditioner, a user switches the windshield in the refrigeration running process of the portable air conditioner, detects the current windshield of the portable air conditioner and the target windshield set by the user, judges whether the current windshield of the portable air conditioner is the highest windshield and the target windshield set by the user is the lowest windshield, and controls the portable air conditioner to enter a normal frequency reduction mode if the current windshield of the portable air conditioner is the highest windshield and the target windshield set by the user is the lowest windshield. It should be noted that, through experimental tests, the portable air conditioner is particularly prone to failure when switching from the highest windshield to the lowest windshield, and shutdown protection cannot occur when switching between other windshields.
Therefore, in the operation process of the portable air conditioner, if the portable air conditioner is determined to be switched from the highest wind level to the lowest wind level, when the indoor environment temperature is larger than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value, the rotating speed of the inner fan and the operating frequency of the compressor are controlled to be synchronously reduced, the pressure in the portable air conditioner system can be quickly reduced, then the rotating speed of the outer fan is controlled to be reduced, the pressure in the portable air conditioner system cannot be rebounded and increased, the portable air conditioner can be prevented from being protected and stopped when a user reduces the wind level, the working noise of the portable air conditioner can be reduced, and the use comfort of the portable air conditioner is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, controlling the speed of the outer fan to decrease after the delay comprises: the method comprises the steps of determining a target operation frequency of a compressor according to the indoor environment temperature, obtaining the current operation frequency of the compressor, determining a reference frequency according to the target operation frequency and the current operation frequency, and controlling the rotating speed of an outer fan to start to be reduced by a control module when the operation frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency. When the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, the target operation frequency of the compressor is determined, the current operation frequency of the compressor is obtained, the reference frequency is determined according to the target operation frequency and the current operation frequency, and when the operation frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency, the rotating speed of the outer fan is controlled to start to be reduced, so that the technical effects that the rotating speed of the inner fan and the operation frequency of the compressor are reduced firstly, and the rotating speed of the outer fan is reduced later are achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, determining a reference frequency from the target operating frequency and the current operating frequency comprises: calculating the average frequency between the target operating frequency and the current operating frequency, and using the average frequency as the reference frequency, it can also be understood that the target operating frequency and the current operating frequency are added to calculate the average value, and the average value of the target operating frequency and the current operating frequency is used as the reference frequency, so that the reference frequency can be conveniently calculated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, controlling the synchronous reduction of the rotational speed of the inner fan and the operating frequency of the compressor comprises: and controlling the running frequency of the compressor to reduce by adopting the first frequency reduction rate, controlling the rotating speed of the inner fan to synchronously reduce by adopting the first frequency reduction rate, and controlling the compressor to reduce the running frequency at the first frequency reduction rate before the running frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency. And when the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced by adopting a second frequency reduction rate, and the rotating speed of the inner fan is controlled to be synchronously reduced by adopting the second speed reduction rate, so that the frequency reduction action of the compressor and the speed reduction action of the inner fan are simultaneously finished, wherein the first frequency reduction rate is smaller than the second frequency reduction rate, and the first speed reduction rate is smaller than the second speed reduction rate. When the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency, the outer fan is controlled to start to decelerate according to the setting, and the inner fan, the outer fan and the compressor can be guaranteed to finish decelerating and reducing the frequency at the same time point. It should be noted that the inner fan and the outer fan do not start to decelerate at the same time, but the deceleration is required to be completed within the same time, and the second down-conversion rate needs to be calculated.
In some embodiments of the invention, controlling the rotational speed of the outer fan to start decreasing comprises: and controlling the rotating speed of the outer fan to be reduced by adopting a third speed reduction rate so as to enable the inner fan and the outer fan to simultaneously complete speed reduction action. When the running frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency, the outer fan is controlled to decelerate according to the third deceleration rate, so that the inner fan and the outer fan can complete the deceleration action at the same time, and the occurrence of the condition of protective shutdown when the portable air conditioner reduces the windshield can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, during the deceleration of the outer wind turbine, the control method further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the temperature of a condenser pipe of the portable air conditioner, controlling the outer fan to stop decelerating when the temperature of the condenser pipe is larger than or equal to a first preset temperature, and controlling the outer fan to continue decelerating until the condenser pipe Wen Xiaoyu reaches the first preset temperature. The temperature of the condenser tube is always detected in the process of reducing the speed of the outer fan, the temperature of the condenser tube is compared with a first preset temperature, if the temperature of the condenser tube is larger than or equal to the first preset temperature, the condenser tube Wen Piangao needs to keep the outer fan running at the current rotating speed, but the frequency reduction of the compressor is kept unchanged, the purpose of reducing the system pressure of the portable air conditioner is achieved, the high-pressure/high-temperature protection of the condenser is effectively prevented, a user can freely switch a windshield without the phenomenon of gear shifting shutdown, and if the first preset temperature of the condenser tube Wen Xiaoyu is reached, the temperature of the condenser tube is lower at the moment, and the rotating speed of the outer fan is controlled to be reduced to the target rotating speed continuously.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the external wind turbine is controlled to stop the deceleration, the control method further includes: and adjusting the frequency reduction rate of the compressor and the speed reduction rate of the inner fan so as to simultaneously complete the frequency reduction action of the compressor, the speed reduction action of the inner fan and the speed reduction action of the outer fan. So set up and can effectively prevent condenser high pressure/high temperature protection, the user can freely switch the windscreen and the phenomenon of the shut down of shifting can not appear.
One specific embodiment of the control method of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 2, and the control method includes the steps of:
s10, a user switches the windshield in the refrigerating operation process of the prototype (portable air conditioner).
S20, detecting a current windshield D1 of the portable air conditioner and a target windshield D2 set by a user, and judging whether the D1 is the highest windshield or not and whether the D2 is the lowest windshield or not.
S30, if the current windshield D1 is the highest windshield and the target windshield D2 set by the user is the lowest windshield, the step S40 is carried out; otherwise, controlling the air conditioner (portable air conditioner) to enter a normal frequency-reducing mode.
S40, detecting the current environment temperature T4, comparing the current environment temperature T4 with a first preset temperature T0:
if T4 is less than T0, the system of the portable air conditioner judges as a low-temperature working condition, and the air conditioner is controlled to enter a normal frequency reduction mode;
if T4 is larger than or equal to T0, the system of the portable air conditioner judges as a high-temperature working condition, and the high-load frequency reduction mode is controlled to enter.
S50, determining the operating frequency H1 of a target windshield D2 according to the current environment temperature T4, acquiring the operating frequency H2 of the current windshield D1 of the compressor, and calculating a reference frequency H3 in the frequency reduction process of the compressor (compressor), wherein H3= (H1 + H2)/2 is preferred;
controlling the compressor and the inner fan to simultaneously start frequency reduction and speed reduction actions according to the setting until a target value;
and detecting the current running frequency of the compressor, and when the frequency of the compressor is reduced to the reference frequency H3, controlling the outer fan to start to decelerate according to the setting. The compressor frequency is decreased at the set first down-conversion rate before decreasing to the reference frequency H3. The inner fan and the outer fan do not start to decelerate at the same time, but the deceleration is required to be finished in the same time. The compressor frequency is decreased to the reference frequency H3 and then at the second downconversion rate.
The condenser tube temperature T3 is always detected in the process of decelerating the outer fan, and the condenser tube temperature T3 is compared with a first preset temperature T3:
s60, if T3 is larger than or equal to T3, the temperature T3 of the condenser tube is higher, the outer fan needs to be kept running at the current rotating speed, the compressor frequency reduction is kept unchanged, the temperature T3 of the condenser tube is detected all the time, and the purpose of reducing the system pressure is achieved;
if T3< T3, the temperature of the condenser pipe T3 is smaller, and the outer fan can be controlled to continue to rotate down to the target value.
The steps realize the reliability of the user switching the windshield under high load, firstly reduce the frequency of the running air conditioner and the rotating speed of the inner fan, and then reduce the rotating speed of the outer fan to a target value. The temperature of the condenser pipe is detected all the time in the process of speed reduction, if the condenser pipe Wen Yali is higher than the normal, the operation of the outer fan is kept under the current rotating speed, but the frequency reduction of the compressor is kept unchanged, the purpose of reducing the system pressure is realized, the high-pressure/high-temperature protection of the condenser is effectively prevented, and a user can freely switch a windshield without the phenomenon of gear shifting and shutdown.
