In summary, when the present invention is used, the telescopic member 11 is activated, the top end of the telescopic member 11 is shortened to drive the piston head 12 to slide downwards in the vertical tube 1, the space of the surge chamber 17 is increased, meanwhile, the second one-way valve 1502 is opened, the outside water flows through the second one-way valve 1502 and enters the inrush current chamber 17, the water flow drives the floating garbage on the water surface to enter the collecting hopper 5, then the telescopic piece 11 is extended, the top end of the telescopic piece 11 drives the piston head 12 to slide upwards in the vertical pipe 1, water in the inrush current chamber 17 passes through the first one-way valve 14 and the spray pipe 7 and is sprayed to the enclosing piece 6, the water flow is reflected by the enclosing piece 6 to form an inrush current which flows towards the opening of the collecting hopper 5, the inrush current drives the floating garbage on the water surface to enter the collecting hopper 5, therefore, garbage floating on the water surface is collected in advance, salvage operation is not needed to be performed regularly and timely, labor intensity is reduced, and meanwhile salvage risks are reduced; easily sunken rubbish sinks to flourishing material shell 2 in, and is concrete, in rubbish such as broken cloth, leaf sinks to flourishing material shell 2's dense net end 202 gradually, avoids sinking the end phenomenon, alleviates environmental pollution, and honeycomb holes 201 does benefit to the water flow simultaneously, reduces the rivers impact force. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. A device for collecting water surface floating garbage, comprising: the device comprises a base mechanism, a vertical pipe (1), a collecting mechanism and a current gushing mechanism, wherein the vertical pipe (1) is vertically fixed on the top end of the base mechanism, the collecting mechanism is arranged on the top end of the vertical pipe (1), and the current gushing mechanism is positioned in the middle position of the height of the vertical pipe (1);
the collecting mechanism comprises a bracket (3) and a collecting hopper (5), the bracket (3) is fixed on the top end of the vertical pipe (1), the collecting hopper (5) is positioned inside the bracket (3), the outer surface of the collecting hopper (5) is tightly attached to the inner surface of the bracket (3), and a plurality of water filtering holes (503) are uniformly formed in the collecting hopper (5);
the inrush current mechanism comprises a piston assembly, a partition plate (15) and a plurality of spray pipes (7), the piston assembly is arranged at the inner bottom of a vertical pipe (1), the partition plate (15) is fixedly arranged at the inner top of the vertical pipe (1), an inrush current chamber (17) is formed among the vertical pipe (1), the partition plate (15) and the piston assembly, the spray pipes (7) are distributed along the radial direction of the vertical pipe (1), the inner ends of the spray pipes (7) are communicated with the inrush current chamber (17), the spray pipes (7) are distributed obliquely upwards, first one-way valves (14) are arranged in the spray pipes (7), the first one-way valves (14) are used for discharging water in the inrush current chamber (17) into the spray pipes (7), a flow guide pipe (1501) is arranged on the partition plate (15), and two ends of the flow guide pipe (1501) respectively extend to the outer sides of the top end and the bottom end of the partition plate (15), a second one-way valve (1502) is arranged in the flow guide pipe (1501), and the second one-way valve (1502) is used for guiding water into the inrush current chamber (17);
the inrush current mechanism further comprises a surrounding and blocking piece (6), a plurality of mounting rods (8) are arranged on the outer surface of the bracket (3), the surrounding and blocking piece (6) is fixed among the outer ends of the mounting rods (8), and the outer ends of the spray pipes (7) are distributed towards the inner wall of the surrounding and blocking piece (6);
the material guide device is characterized in that the bracket (3) is of a funnel-shaped structure, an annular plate (301) is arranged on the top surface of the bracket (3) along the circumferential direction, a plurality of material guide openings (302) are formed in the top end of the annular plate (301), the material guide openings (302) are distributed at intervals, and arc-shaped notches are adopted in the material guide openings (302);
the piston assembly comprises a telescopic piece (11) and a piston head (12), the telescopic piece (11) and the piston head (12) are both arranged at the inner bottom of the vertical pipe (1), the bottom end of the telescopic piece (11) is fixed on the top surface of the base mechanism, the piston head (12) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the telescopic piece (11), the side surface of the piston head (12) and the inner wall of the vertical pipe (1) are tightly attached to each other, the telescopic piece (11) can drive the piston head (12) to slide up and down along the inner cavity of the vertical pipe (1), a limit ring (13) is arranged in the vertical pipe (1), and the limit ring (13) is positioned right above the piston head (12);
a cylinder (16) is vertically fixed on the top surface of the isolation plate (15), an insertion rod (4) is movably arranged in the cylinder (16), a sliding block is arranged at the bottom end of the insertion rod (4), the sliding block is slidably arranged in the inner cavity of the cylinder (16), and the collecting hopper (5) is movably arranged at the top end of the insertion rod (4);
the top of inserted bar (4) is equipped with fixed block (401), the bottom surface of collecting fill (5) is equipped with roating seat (501), roating seat (501) rotate through the pivot and set up on the periphery of fixed block (401), the top inboard of collecting fill (5) is equipped with chamfer (502), the vertical hangers that are equipped with in top of collecting fill (5).

The apparatus for collecting water surface floating garbage according to claim 1, wherein: the enclosing and blocking piece (6) adopts an annular enclosing baffle, the inner wall of the annular enclosing baffle is provided with an arc-shaped reflecting surface, and the arc-shaped reflecting surface is distributed at the position corresponding to the outer end of the spray pipe (7).
