Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wiping equipment, in particular to a scouring fabric and a washing product made of multiple strands of fibers.
Background
The scouring fabric is obtained by knitting or weaving yarns, and then the sponge core is packaged in a woven bag to form the scouring article. Such scouring fabrics perform well in removing solid soils because they can form a number of curves in the surface which can act as scrapers upon contact with the soil.
However, these scouring fabrics have poor final soil removal effect due to single fabric material, small bending angle and the like in actual use, and the expected effect cannot be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a scouring fabric made of a plurality of strands of fibres which solves the above mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a scouring fabric made of a plurality of strands of fibers, comprising a flat film and composite fiber yarns,
the flat film and the composite fiber yarn are alternately woven to form an offset interweaving ring;
the composite fiber yarn is formed by winding natural bamboo fiber and acrylic fiber mutually to form a single-stranded composite fiber yarn.
As a refinement of the invention, the flat film is a plastic film.
As an improvement of the invention, the offset knitting effect of the offset interlacing ring is formed by the fact that the cross-sectional dimension of the composite fiber yarn is double the cross-sectional dimension of the flat film.
As a refinement of the invention, the flat film is a plastic film with a thickness of 25 μm and a width of 0.68 mm.
As an improvement of the invention, the scrubbing fabric is arranged into a bag-shaped structure, and the sponge core is arranged inside the scrubbing fabric in a sewing mode.
As an improvement of the invention, the scrubbing fabric is arranged into a cloth strip-shaped structure, and the scrubbing fabric is fixed on the surface of the sponge through an adhesive.
As an improvement of the present invention, the scouring fabric is secured to the cleaning article in a mechanical arrangement.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

2. the fabric is scoured.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1, a scouring fabric made of a plurality of strands of fibers, including a flat film and composite fiber yarns,
the flat film and the composite fiber yarn are alternately woven to form an offset interweaving ring;
the composite fiber yarn is formed by winding natural bamboo fiber and acrylic fiber mutually to form a single-stranded composite fiber yarn.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the flat film is a plastic film.
As an embodiment of the invention, the offset knitting effect of the offset interlacing loops is formed by a composite fibre yarn having a cross-sectional dimension double that of the flat film.
As an embodiment of the invention, the flat film is a plastic film with a thickness of 25 micrometers and a width of 0.68 millimeters.
As an embodiment of the invention, the scouring fabric is arranged into a bag-shaped structure, and the sponge core is arranged inside the scouring fabric in a sewing mode.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the scouring fabric is provided in a cloth strip-like structure, and is fixed to the surface of the sponge by an adhesive.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the scouring fabric is secured to the cleaning article using a mechanical structure.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the invention provides a scouring fabric made of a plurality of strands of fibers, which is formed by wrapping a knitted fabric on the outer surface of a sponge core 1. In the first step, the flat film and the composite fiber yarn are alternately woven into the scouring fabric 2, the scouring fabric 2 is sewn into a bag shape, and the sponge core 1 is wrapped in the bag shape to form the final wiping component for wiping oil stains.
The scouring fabric 2 is mainly formed by interlacing and knitting a single-strand flat film and a single-strand composite fiber yarn. The composite fiber yarn is formed by winding a strand of natural bamboo fiber and a strand of acrylic fiber into a strand, and then the single strand of composite fiber yarn and the single strand of flat film are alternately knitted into an independent offset interweaving ring. Because the cross-sectional dimensions of the single flat film, the single natural bamboo fibre, and the single acrylic filament are the same, the scouring fabric 2 obtained when knitted is non-uniform throughout the cloth, with an offset in size and an offset in weight. The scouring fabric 2 is formed from a series of offset interwoven loops. The annular scouring fabric 2 has a strong washing power for large-area dirt and oil-film-forming dirt. For the flat film, a plastic film with a thickness of 25 micrometers and a width of 0.68 mm is usually used, and the plastic film can be made of polypropylene, polystyrene, etc. and can be used for scraping or wiping off bulky solid oil stains through the rigidity of the plastic film. For the composite fiber yarn, the natural bamboo fiber is adopted, so that the composite fiber yarn is environment-friendly and practical, the washing capacity on dirt can be exerted, and the acrylic fiber yarn can easily peel off the dirt.
The scrubbing fabric made of the multi-strand fibers provided by the invention adopts an independent offset interweaving ring structure, can play an effective role in removing oil and dirt no matter what the scrubbing direction is, and can greatly improve the oil removing and dirt removing effects of the scrubbing fabric.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments or portions thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
