Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种外墙彩绘用涂料及其制备方法,包括以下成分:水、纯丙烯酸乳液、助剂、填料、钝化剂、水泥、水性色浆、紫外光吸收剂及光稳定剂,通过用钝化剂加入水泥,搅拌形成膏状物质,再加入母料中,使水泥不能直接产生水化反应达到彩绘涂料可长期储存的效果,且性能不变。另外,采用多种助剂,表面活性稳定剂等,使涂料储存时间达到9‑12个月,且性能稳,并具有良好的附着力、耐高温、不易退色等优点。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种外墙彩绘用涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在振兴乡村建设,美化乡村环境的发展趋势下,越来越多乡村房屋、街道外墙采用各种彩色图案进行环境美化,创造宜居环境,为美丽乡村建设勾勒出出一道道靓丽的风景线,为此目的,需要使用到的各种颜色的绘画颜料。而目前市面上大多采用丙烯颜料进行绘画、但丙烯颜料存在诸多缺陷,如:附着力差、强度不高、耐候性差、易褪色、不耐高温等。
因此,亟需一种克服丙烯颜料附着力差、强度不高、耐候性差、易褪色等缺点的涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外墙彩绘用涂料,使其具备良好的附着力、强度高、良好的耐候性、不易褪色。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种外墙彩绘用涂料,包括以下成分:水、填料、纯丙烯酸乳液和助剂,所述助剂用于和纯丙烯酸乳液、水和填料混合形成母料;还包括钝化剂和水泥,所述钝化剂用于加入水泥中形成膏状物质;水性色浆、紫外光吸收剂及光稳定剂,其中,各组分的重量份数如下:

进一步的,所述水泥包括防藻水泥、耐火水泥、含硼水泥、氧化镁水泥、高铝水泥、铝酸盐水泥,水泥的强度高,耐高温,耐腐蚀。
进一步的,所述填料为石英砂,石英砂主要成份:二氧化硅。
进一步的,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠,所述润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚,所述分散剂为改性丙烯酸铵盐,所述成膜助剂为醇酯,所述纤维素醚的粘度为15000---30000,所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐型,彩绘涂料中配合了有机硅、无机硅、使得自洁能力变强

在纯丙烯酸乳液中按配比加入水、填料和各种助剂形成母料;
将钝化剂加入水泥中,搅拌形成膏状物质;
将膏状物质加入母料中,搅拌均匀;
加入水性色浆、紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂,搅拌均匀。
