Abstract
The invention discloses a portable combination beam rib plate team lifting tool which comprises a base support, a lifting frame, a connecting assembly and a spiral tensioner, wherein the base support and the lifting frame are respectively provided with a connecting surface and a fixing surface, the fixing surface and the connecting surface are opposite, the connecting surface of the base support is provided with a screwing device, the screwing device is fixed on the upper flange of a combination beam, the fixing surface of the base support far away from the screwing device is rotatably connected with one end of the lifting frame, the connecting assembly is fixed on the connecting surface at the other end of the lifting frame, the connecting structural rib plate is detachable from the other end of the connecting assembly, and two ends of the spiral tensioner are respectively fixed on the fixing surface of the base support and the fixing surface of the lifting frame. The tool for hoisting the rib plate of the combined beam has the advantages of being capable of achieving the tool for hoisting the rib plate of the combined beam, simple and convenient to operate, high in installation efficiency, capable of saving the cost of a truck crane, saving labor, greatly improving the working efficiency and capable of being repeatedly used.

Background
At present, in the large-scale steel structure industry, especially in the offshore oil industry, the construction projects of jacket offshore platforms, jack-up drilling platforms, deepwater floating platforms and the like are more and more, deck plates are used as the most basic structures, the main bearing structures of the deck plates are large-scale combined beams, and a large number of reinforcing structure rib plates are required to be installed and welded at the positions of web ribs of the combined beams, and the weight of the reinforcing structure rib plates is 15 kilograms, 30 kilograms, 70 kilograms or even hundreds of kilograms. When the conventional rib plate is installed, a plurality of guide horse row plates need to be welded at the flange and the web, the rib plate cannot be installed in place at one time, only can be partially installed in place and then is gradually installed in place by means of crowbars and the like, the construction difficulty is high, the construction efficiency is low, and the difficulty in taking out the rib plate again is high if secondary adjustment is needed after the rib plate is installed in place. Or the truck crane is used for hoisting the rib plates to match with the installation operation, but the production cost is very high.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a portable combination beam rib plate team lifting tool which comprises a base support, a lifting frame, a connecting assembly and a spiral tensioner, wherein the base support and the lifting frame are respectively provided with a connecting surface and a fixing surface, the fixing surface and the connecting surface are opposite, the connecting surface of the base support is provided with a screwing device, the screwing device is fixed on the upper flange of the combination beam, the fixing surface of the base support far away from the screwing device is rotatably connected with one end of the lifting frame, the connecting assembly is fixed on the connecting surface of the other end of the lifting frame, the connecting assembly can be detached from the connecting structural rib plate at the other end of the connecting assembly, and two ends of the spiral tensioner are respectively fixed on the fixing surface of the base support and the fixing surface of the lifting frame.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the connecting assembly comprises a clamping ring, a steel plate clamp and a guide chain, the clamping ring is fixed on the connecting surface of the hoisting frame, the steel plate clamp is detachably connected with a structural rib plate, and the clamping ring is connected with the steel plate clamp through the guide chain.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the base support is of a square configuration with reinforcing rods disposed therein.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the screwing device is provided with a clamping groove structure, and the base support is fixed on an upper flange of the composite beam through the clamping groove structure.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a reinforcing rod is arranged inside the hoisting frame.
According to one embodiment of the invention the hoisting frame has a width which gradually increases in a direction away from the connecting element.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the length of the hoisting frame is not less than the length of the foundation support.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the material of the base support and the hoisting frame is square steel.
The invention has the technical effects that:
1. the spiral strainer is fixed on the upper flange of the composite beam through the base support, the spiral strainer is fixed on the base support and the hoisting frame, namely, an included angle between the hoisting frame and the base support is operated by the spiral strainer, the connecting surface of the hoisting frame is connected with the steel plate clip through the snap ring and the guide chain, and the steel plate clip clamps the structural rib plate, so that the tool for hoisting the rib plate of the composite beam can be realized.
2. According to the invention, the spiral tensioner is operated to hoist the structural rib plate to the rib part preset installation position of the composite beam, so that the efficiency and the safety of rib plate installation are greatly improved, and the use and the cost of the truck crane are saved; when the assembly gap needs to be adjusted, the secondary adjustment assembly is easy to take out; simple manufacture, repeatedly usable installs fast and dismantles, has improved overall efficiency of construction.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention comprises: the device comprises a base support 1, a screwing device 11, a hoisting frame 3, a screw tightening device 2 and a connecting assembly 4. Wherein coupling assembling 4 includes: a snap ring 41, a guide chain 42 and a steel plate clip 43.
As shown in fig. 2, the base bracket 1 is square, is formed by welding square steel, and is screwed and fixed on the upper flange of the composite beam 6 through the screw hole and the bolt of the screwing device 11 of the clamping groove structure of the base bracket.
As shown in fig. 2, the hoisting frame 3 is triangular and formed by welding square steel, two legs of the hoisting frame are fixed to the end portions of two sides of the base support 1 through hinges respectively, and the two spiral tensioners 2 are fixed to the base support 1 and the hoisting frame 3 through spot welding respectively, i.e. an included angle between the hoisting frame 3 and the base support 1 is operated by the two spiral tensioners 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the top of the hoisting frame 3 is connected with a steel plate clip 43 through a snap ring 41 and a guide chain 42. The steel plate clips 43 clamp the structural ribs.
During operation, the lifting of the lifting frame 3 is regulated and controlled by rotating the two spiral tensioners 2, so that the structural rib plate 5 is lifted to the appointed installation position of the rib part of the combined beam 6. The operation is simple and convenient, the installation efficiency is high, the cost of the truck crane is saved, the labor is saved, the work efficiency is greatly improved, and the device can be repeatedly used.
