firstly, sleeving two garbage bag rolls (11) with different colors on two shaft sleeves (10) respectively, leading the head ends of the two garbage bag rolls (11) to a power device (14) on the rear wall surface of two through holes I (4) through a fixed rod (132) and a movable rod (134), leading the head ends of the garbage bags out of the two through holes I (4), and then closing an upper plate (2);
step two, if a garbage bag is required to be taken, a display screen on the front wall surface of the upper plate (2) is scanned, the control unit (16) is used for processing scanned information, a motor II (143) of the power device (14) on the rear side of the through hole I (4) is controlled to rotate, the garbage bag selected by a citizen is pulled out, after the garbage bag with a proper length is pulled out, the control unit (16) drives the motor I (136) to rotate, the movable rod (134) is made to approach to the direction of the fixed rod (132), the garbage bag is clamped and limited, meanwhile, the auxiliary device (12) prevents the garbage bag roll (11) from releasing too many garbage bags, the garbage bags inside the shell (1) are stacked, and the citizen can pull the garbage bags outside the shell (1) to tear the garbage bags and take the garbage bags;
step three, when the citizen has damaged garbage bags which cannot be used, the display screen on the front wall surface of the upper plate (2) can be scanned, the power device (14) behind the placing groove (7) is driven to work through the control unit (16), the citizen places the damaged garbage bags in the placing groove (7), the motor III (173) drives the helical blades (174) to rotate, the damaged garbage bags enter the accommodating pipe (171) through the power device (14) behind the placing groove (7), and the helical blades (174) are aligned, compressed and then enter the accommodating mechanism (176) to accommodate the damaged garbage bags;
step four, after the containing mechanism (176) is filled, the lower plate (8) is opened, the containing mechanism (176) is taken out of the inner cavity of the shell (1), then bolts (1765) on two sides of the containing mechanism (176) are taken down, the box body I (1761) and the box body II (1762) are separated, and therefore garbage bags in the box body I (1761) and the box body II (1762) are taken out.
