技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件,具体涉及一种混合动力传动系统。
背景技术
目前采用混合动力(油电混合技术)技术作为车辆动力源成为车辆发展的主流趋势。主流混合动力系统一般包含一个小排量发动机、一个发电电机、一个较大功率的驱动电机以及简单的传动轴系。低速或需要频繁起停的工况可以仅用电机进行动力输出,需要极限加速时则可以同时使用电机和发动机进行动力输出,而在高速时,可以仅用发动机来作为动力输出,以达到高效率,高动力的目的。
但目前市面上的混合动力系统一般存在以下问题:结构较单一,极限车速较低,适应性较差;为匹配更多的车型和得到更优的效率和性能,多挡位的混合动力装置成为开发方向,但平行轴系存在先天的动力中断的缺陷,行星排式的结构较为复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种混合动力传动系统,以减轻或消除至少一个上述的技术问题。
本发明所述的一种混合动力传动系统,包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、第一输入轴、第二输入轴、第三输入轴、第一离合器、第二离合器、第三离合器和第四离合器,所述第一电机的转子与所述发动机的输出端相连,所述第二输入轴同轴套设于所述第一输入轴上,所述第一输入轴同轴套设于所述第二输入轴上,所述第一电机的转子与所述第一离合器的输入端相连,所述第二离合器的输入端、所述第三离合器的输入端和所述第四离合器的输入端均与所述第一离合器的输出端相连,所述第二离合器的输出端与所述第一输入轴相连,所述第三离合器的输出端与所述第二输入轴相连,所述第四离合器的输出端与所述第三输入轴相连,所述第二离合器的输入端、所述第三离合器的输入端和所述第四离合器的输入端均与所述第二电机的转子相连。
进一步,所述第一输入轴上连接有第一输入齿轮,所述第二输入轴上连接有第二输入齿轮,所述第三输入轴上连接有第三输入齿轮。

如图1所示的一种混合动力传动系统,包括发动机1、第一电机2、第二电机3、第一输入轴8、第二输入轴9、第三输入轴10、第一离合器4、第二离合器5、第三离合器6和第四离合器7,第一电机2的转子与发动机1的输出端相连,第二输入轴9同轴套设于第一输入轴8上,第一输入轴8同轴套设于第二输入轴9上,第一电机2的转子与第一离合器4的输入端相连,第二离合器5的输入端、第三离合器6的输入端和第四离合器7的输入端均与第一离合器4的输出端相连,第二离合器5的输出端与第一输入轴8相连,第三离合器6的输出端与第二输入轴9相连,第四离合器7的输出端与第三输入轴10相连,第二离合器5的输入端、第三离合器6的输入端和第四离合器7的输入端均与第二电机3的转子相连。第一输入轴8、第二输入轴9和第三输入轴10构成输入轴组件。
在本实施例中,第一输入轴8上连接有第一输入齿轮11,第二输入轴9上连接有第二输入齿轮12,第三输入轴10上连接有第三输入齿轮13。
在本实施例中,还包括中间轴14和差速器19,中间轴14上连接有输出齿轮18、与第一输入齿轮11啮合的第一中间齿轮15、与第二输入齿轮12啮合的第二中间齿轮16以及与第三输入齿轮13啮合的第三中间齿轮17,差速器19的差速器输入齿轮与输出齿轮18啮合。

在本实施例中,为了提高集成化,节省布置空间,混合动力传动系统采用下述布置方式,第一电机2位于发动机1的左侧,第二电机3位于第一电机2的左侧,输入轴组件位于第二电机3的左侧。进一步,第二离合器5的输出端与第一输入轴8的右端部相连,第三离合器6的输出端与第二输入轴9的右端部相连,第四离合器7的输出端与第三输入轴10的右端部相连。
在本实施例中,为了提高集成化,第二离合器5的输入端、第三离合器6的输入端、第四离合器7的输入端均以及第一离合器4的输出端连为一体。在其他实施方式中,第二离合器5的输入端、第三离合器6的输入端和第四离合器7的输入端也可以通过传动连接机构与第一离合器4的输出端相连。
在本实施例中,第二电机3设置在第二离合器5的外围,第二离合器5的输入端直接与第二电机3的转子连接,第三离合器6的输入端和第四离合器7的输入端通过间接与第二电机3的转子连接。第一电机2设置在第一离合器4的外围,第一电机2的转子与第一离合器4的输入端连接。
上述的混合动力传动系统具有三个挡位,三个挡位分别对应三种传动速比,且可以实现在所有挡位下的纯电模式、纯发动机模式和并联模式。上述的混合动力传动系统工作模式具体如下:
当第二离合器5结合,第三离合器6和第四离合器7均分离,即实现一挡。
当第三离合器6结合,第二离合器5和第四离合器7均分离,即实现二挡。
当第四离合器7结合,第二离合器5和第三离合器6均分离,即实现三挡。
当在一挡、二挡或者三挡时,第一离合器4分离,发动机1和第一电机2不工作,此时为纯电模式。优选的,般纯电模式一般用于城市低速工况。
当在一挡、二挡或者三挡时,第一离合器4结合,第一电机2和第二电机3不工作,此时为纯发动机模式。优选的,纯发动机模式一般用于高速巡航。
当在一挡、二挡或者三挡时,同时启动发动机1和第二电机3,第一离合器4结合,第二电机3与发动机1扭矩同时作用在第二离合器5或第三离合器6或第四离合器7的输入端,此时实现混合并联模式。此时输入扭矩存在两个动力源,极大的提高了汽车的加速性能。
当在一挡、二挡或者三挡时,可脱开当前在挡的离合器,同时结合另一空闲离合器,即可实现无动力中断的换挡。
由于第一电机2的转子直接与发动机1相连,第一电机2可启动发动机1,发动机1运行时,可实现带动第一电机2给电池充电。
当车辆在减速制动或者滑行时,第二离合器5结合,车辆的惯性可驱动差速器19、中间轴14、第一输入轴8,进而带动第二电机3转子转动发电,实现能量回收。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别主要在于第一电机2、输入轴组件和第二电机3的布置位置存在区别。在本实施例中,为了降低装配难度,发动机1位于第一电机2的右侧,输入轴组件位于第一电机2的左侧,第二电机3位于输入轴组件的左侧。在本实施例中,还包括连接轴20,第三输入轴10同轴套设在连接轴20上,连接轴20的左端与第二电机3的转子固定连接,连接轴20的右端部与第一离合器4的输出端相连,第二离合器5的输出端与第一输入轴8的左端部相连,第三离合器6的输出端与第二输入轴9的左端部相连,第四离合器7的输出端与第三输入轴10的左端部相连。
在本实施例中,第一输入轴8的右端部上连接有第一输入齿轮11,第二输入轴9的右端部上连接有第二输入齿轮12,第三输入轴10的右端部上连接有第三输入齿轮13。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、第一输入轴、第二输入轴、第三输入轴、第一离合器、第二离合器、第三离合器和第四离合器,所述第一电机的转子与所述发动机的输出端相连,所述第二输入轴同轴套设于所述第一输入轴上,所述第一输入轴同轴套设于所述第二输入轴上,所述第一电机的转子与所述第一离合器的输入端相连,所述第二离合器的输入端、所述第三离合器的输入端和所述第四离合器的输入端均与所述第一离合器的输出端相连,所述第二离合器的输出端与所述第一输入轴相连,所述第三离合器的输出端与所述第二输入轴相连,所述第四离合器的输出端与所述第三输入轴相连,所述第二离合器的输入端、所述第三离合器的输入端和所述第四离合器的输入端均与所述第二电机的转子相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第一输入轴上连接有第一输入齿轮,所述第二输入轴上连接有第二输入齿轮,所述第三输入轴上连接有第三输入齿轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:还包括中间轴和差速器,所述中间轴上连接有输出齿轮、与所述第一输入齿轮啮合的第一中间齿轮、与所述第二输入齿轮啮合的第二中间齿轮以及与所述第三输入齿轮啮合的第三中间齿轮,所述差速器的差速器输入齿轮与所述输出齿轮啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第一输入齿轮和所述第一中间齿轮之间的传动比大于所述第二输入齿轮和所述第二中间齿轮之间的传动比,所述第二输入齿轮和所述第二中间齿轮之间的传动比大于所述第三输入齿轮和所述第三中间齿轮之间的传动比。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第一电机位于所述发动机的左侧,所述第二电机位于所述第一电机的左侧,所述第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述第三输入轴均位于所述第二电机的左侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第二离合器的输出端与所述第一输入轴的右端部相连,所述第三离合器的输出端与所述第二输入轴的右端部相连,所述第四离合器的输出端与所述第三输入轴的右端部相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述发动机位于所述第一电机的右侧,所述第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述第三输入轴均位于所述第一电机的左侧,所述第二电机位于所述第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述第三输入轴的左侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:还包括连接轴,所述第三输入轴同轴套设在所述连接轴上,所述连接轴的左端与所述第二电机的转子固定连接,所述连接轴的右端部与所述第一离合器的输出端相连,所述第二离合器的输出端与所述第一输入轴的左端部相连,所述第三离合器的输出端与所述第二输入轴的左端部相连,所述第四离合器的输出端与所述第三输入轴的左端部相连。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第二离合器的输入端、所述第三离合器的输入端、所述第四离合器的输入端均以及所述第一离合器的输出端连为一体。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述第二电机设置在所述第二离合器的外围,所述第一电机设置在所述第一离合器的外围。
