when the printing plate roller 3 drives the sliding sealing plate 74 to rotate, when the compression spring 10 rotates to the position of the lower half circle, the compression spring 10 is stretched under the gravity of the stirring plate 11, the stirring plate 11 reaches the bottom end of the ink box 1 to stir the ink precipitated at the bottom end, and after the ink is carried by the stirring plate 11, the ink flows into the ink box 1 along the through hole; the printing effect in the packaging bag printing process is further enhanced; if the rotating speed of the plate cylinder 3 is higher, the plate cylinder 3 is easy to throw off and splash the ink in the ink box 1, so that the ink is wasted; according to the invention, by arranging the ink baffle plate 14, when ink splashes out, the ink firstly touches the ink baffle plate 14, and then flows into the ink box 1 along the arc shape of the ink baffle plate 14; the waste of printing ink is reduced, and the environmental protection in the printing process of the packaging bag is enhanced.
