Description

Wire rod surface treatment equipment and treatment method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal surface oxide skin treatment, in particular to a wire rod surface treatment device and a wire rod surface treatment method.
Background
The wire rod is produced to be actually used, a period of time is usually needed, the surface of the wire rod is rusted due to various reasons in the period of time, and the actual use is affected, so that the surface of the wire rod needs to be subjected to rust removal treatment before the wire rod is used.
The wire rod derusting machine in the prior art generally adopts the brush roll to derust the surface of the wire rod, the brush roll of the wire rod derusting machine is horizontally arranged, the wire rod can only be derusted from the upper part and the lower part of the wire rod, because the wire rod is circular in cross section, the closer to the two sides of the wire rod, the smaller the pressure of the grinding roll on the brush roll to the wire rod is, the smaller the friction force is, the unclean regions of about 5 degrees exist on the two sides of the wire rod respectively, and the dead angle exists in derusting.
The steel wire derusting machine with the application number of '201910947031.0' proposes that two conical steering rollers are respectively installed oppositely on an upper beam and a lower beam, in the 52 th-56 th paragraph of the specification embodiment in the patent, as shown in fig. 18-21, a steel wire group is twisted by itself at a small angle after passing between the two conical steering rollers, so that the steel wire group is gathered on an inclined plane for a brush roller to derust, and then two small-angle areas on two side surfaces of the steel wire which cannot be brushed originally are twisted to form a grinding brush, but at the moment, a grinding brush dead angle area also exists, the treatment method is that the steel wire group is subsequently twisted back by two flat rollers, namely, each steel wire in the steel wire group is twisted again, the grinding brush dead angle area is twisted again and replaced to carry out grinding brush, and the surface of the steel wire is free of dead angles. However, when the surface of the wire rod is treated by adopting the structure, when the diameter or the material of the wire rod changes, the torsion angle is too small or even the wire rod is not twisted, so that the effectiveness of the treatment method is reduced, and the surface of the wire rod still has an area which is not completely treated.

In a further aspect, the axis of the brush roll is at an angle of 45 ° to the horizontal. Because the included angle between the axis of the brush roller and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees, the first surface treatment device and the second surface treatment device have the same structure and only need to be adjusted head and tail.
In a further scheme, the surface treatment device is used for treating a wire rod group formed by arranging a plurality of wire rods side by side, the surface treatment device further comprises a wire rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism, at least one wire rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism is positioned in front of the surface treatment device along the wire rod conveying direction, a wire rod passing channel capable of passing through the wire rod group is arranged on the wire rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism, and the extending direction of the wire rod passing channel is the same as the extending direction of a brush roller in the surface treatment device; and a grinding and brushing channel is formed between two brush rolls in each pair of brush rolls and is opposite to the strip passing channel.
The wire rod group is adjusted to the inclined plane parallel to the brush roller through the wire rod passing channel in the wire rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism, so that the wire rod group can directly enter the grinding and brushing channel between the brush rollers for grinding and brushing, and the phenomenon that the wire rod group is bent and deformed when entering the grinding and brushing channel to influence the grinding and brushing effect on the service life of the brush roller is avoided. Meanwhile, the height arrangement adjusting mechanism of the wire rod group also plays a certain supporting role on the wire rod group, and the wire rod group and the two ends of the brush roll are prevented from directly falling to influence the grinding and brushing effect.
In a further scheme, the mechanism for adjusting the height of the coil strip group comprises a frame, at least one pair of bearing seats are arranged on the frame, each bearing seat is provided with a plurality of wheel seats arranged along the length direction of the bearing seat, each wheel seat is at least rotatably provided with a wheel disc, the pair of bearing seats comprises an upper bearing seat and a lower bearing seat which are arranged oppositely from top to bottom, the wheel seat on the upper bearing seat is a first wheel seat, the wheel seat on the lower bearing seat is a second wheel seat, the wheel disc on the first wheel seat is a first wheel disc, the wheel disc on the second wheel seat is a second wheel disc, the first wheel disc and the second wheel disc correspond to each other one by one, and a strip passing gap for the coil strip to pass through is reserved between the corresponding first wheel disc and the second wheel disc; all the strip passing gaps are combined to form the strip passing channel.
The first wheel disc and the second wheel disc correspond to each other one by one, and strip passing gaps for the wire rod to pass through are reserved between the corresponding first wheel disc and the corresponding second wheel disc; all the strip passing gaps are combined to form the strip passing channel, and the friction between the wire rod group and the strip passing channel is rolling friction, so that the feeding of the wire rod group is facilitated.
In a further scheme, the axis of the brush roll and the horizontal plane form an included angle; the upper bearing seat is provided with a head end and a tail end along the length direction of the upper bearing seat, the first wheel seats are sequentially staggered downwards from the head end to the tail end of the upper bearing seat in the vertical direction, and the second wheel seats are sequentially staggered downwards from the head end to the tail end of the upper bearing seat in the vertical direction, so that the strip passing gaps are sequentially staggered in the vertical direction, and the strip passing channels are parallel to brush rollers in the same surface treatment device; and the head and tail ends of the bearing seat in the first surface treatment device and the bearing seat in the second surface treatment device face opposite directions.
Because on bear the seat on a plurality of first wheel seats in vertical direction by last head end to the tail end of bearing the seat stagger in proper order, bear the second wheel seat on the seat down also in vertical direction by last head end to the tail end of bearing the seat stagger in proper order, just make the strip crack of crossing between corresponding first rim plate and the second rim plate stagger in proper order in vertical direction, formed and the horizontal plane between be the strip passageway of crossing that the contained angle set up, the wire rod group will assemble through this after crossing the strip passageway and supply the descaling roller rust cleaning on an inclined plane, the coil diameter that does not need the carousel is very big, manufacturing cost is lower. Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The specific embodiment of the invention is as follows:
example (b): as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the invention provides a wire rod surface treatment device, which comprises a frame 1, wherein a plurality of surface treatment devices are arranged on the frame 1, and each surface treatment device comprises a surface treatment mechanism for performing grinding and derusting on the surface of an adjusted wire rod 2.
The surface treatment mechanism comprises at least one pair of brush rolls for brushing the peripheral surface of the wire rod, and the peripheral surface of the wire rod comprises two opposite first brushing end surfaces 25 and the remaining two opposite second brushing end surfaces 26. The two brush rolls of each pair of brush rolls are arranged in parallel with each other. A brushing channel 7 is formed between two brush rolls of each pair of brush rolls.
In this embodiment, the number of the surface treatment devices is at least two, and the at least two surface treatment devices include at least one first surface treatment device 3 and at least one second surface treatment device 4. The brush roller in the first surface treatment device 3 is a first brush roller 5, the brush roller in the second surface treatment device 4 is a second brush roller 6, and the extending direction of the first brush roller 5 and the extending direction of the second brush roller 6 are perpendicular. And the axial directions of the first brush roller 5 and the second brush roller 6 are both vertical to the conveying direction of the wire rod 2.
The brush roll comprises a roll core, and the outer wall of the roll core is wrapped with abrasive wires. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the wire rod 2 is conveyed through the brushing channel 7 between the two first brush rolls 5, the two parallel first brush rolls 5 brush the two opposing first brushing end faces 25 of the wire rod 2. Subsequently, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the wire rod 2 is conveyed further through the brushing channel 7 between the two second brush rolls 6, and the two parallel second brush rolls 6 brush the remaining two opposite second brushing faces 26 of the wire rod 2, so that the entire outer wall of the wire rod 2 is brushed.
When a plurality of wire rods 2 need to be brushed simultaneously, as shown in fig. 6-10, the plurality of wire rods 2 need to be arranged side by side to form a wire rod group. The rod assembly is fed through the brushing channel 7 between the two first brush rolls 5, the two parallel first brush rolls 5 brushing the two opposing first brushing end faces 25 of the rods 2 of the rod assembly. The rod assembly is then conveyed further through the brushing channel 7 between the two second brush rollers 6, and the two parallel second brush rollers 6 brush the remaining two opposite second brushing end faces 26 of the rods 2 of the rod assembly, thereby completing the overall brushing of the outer walls of the rods 2.
But because the first brush roller 5 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the second brush roller 6. The arrangement order of the coil groups is greatly changed when the coil groups are brushed by the two first brush rollers 5 and enter the second brush roller 6 for brushing. By way of example. If the first brush roller 5 is arranged in parallel to the horizontal plane and the second brush rollers 6 are arranged perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the wire rods 2 in the wire rod group need to rotate 90 degrees after being ground by the first brush roller 5 to enter the grinding and brushing channel 7 between the two second brush rollers 6 for grinding and brushing, and the wire rods 2 are damaged or even broken due to the fact that the rotation angle is too large.
In order to avoid that an excessive rotation angle may cause the wire rod 2 to be damaged or even broken. In the scheme, the included angle between the axis of the brush roller and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees. After the wire rod group is brushed by the two first brush rollers 5, the wire rod group is continuously conveyed until the wire rods 2 in the wire rod group all fall back to the same horizontal plane. And then the wire rod group is introduced into a second surface treatment mechanism for treatment, and the wire rod group does not need to rotate by an angle of 90 degrees.
And as a preferred embodiment, the included angle between the axis of the brush roller and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees in the scheme. Because the included angle between the axis of the brush roller and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees, the first surface treatment device 3 and the second surface treatment device 4 are identical in structure and only need to be arranged oppositely at the head end and the tail end, and the surface treatment devices with different structures are not required to be assembled.
In the scheme, the surface treatment device also comprises a plurality of coil rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanisms, and at least one coil rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism is positioned in front of the surface treatment mechanism in the surface treatment device along the conveying direction of the coil rods 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the coil rod group height adjusting mechanism includes a plurality of pairs of bearing seats 9, and the plurality of pairs of bearing seats 9 are arranged along the conveying direction of the coil rod group. Wherein each pair of bearing seats 9 comprises an upper bearing seat 10 and a lower bearing seat 11 which are oppositely arranged up and down. Each bearing seat 9 is provided with a plurality of wheel seats 12 arranged along the length direction of the bearing seat 9, and each wheel seat 12 is at least rotatably provided with a wheel disc 24. In the scheme, the wheel seat 12 on the upper bearing seat 10 is a first wheel seat, the wheel seat 12 on the lower bearing seat 11 is a second wheel seat, the wheel disc 24 on the first wheel seat is a first wheel disc 13, the wheel disc 24 on the second wheel seat is a second wheel disc 14, the first wheel disc 13 corresponds to the second wheel disc 14 one by one, and a strip-passing gap 27 through which the wire rod 2 can pass is reserved between the corresponding first wheel disc 13 and the second wheel disc 14.
Each bearing seat 9 is provided with a head end and a tail end along the length direction thereof, and the plurality of wheel seats 12 on each bearing seat 9 are sequentially staggered downwards from the head end to the tail end of the bearing seat 9. Therefore, the first wheel seats on the upper bearing seat 10 of each pair of bearing seats 9 are sequentially staggered downwards from the head end to the tail end of the upper bearing seat 10 in the vertical direction, and the second wheel seats are sequentially staggered downwards from the head end to the tail end of the lower bearing seat 11 in the vertical direction. As a specific embodiment, the lower end surface of the upper bearing seat 10 extends downward along the length direction thereof, the upper end surface of the lower bearing seat 11 is parallel to the lower end surface of the upper bearing seat 10, the plurality of first wheel seats are arranged along the length direction of the upper bearing seat 10 and arranged on the lower end surface of the upper bearing seat 10, and the plurality of second wheel seats are arranged along the length direction of the upper bearing seat 10 and arranged on the upper end surface of the lower bearing seat 11. The sizes of the first wheel seat and the second wheel seat are kept consistent. When the wheel seat is installed, the wheel seat 12 can be directly installed on the lower end face of the upper bearing seat 10 or the upper end face of the lower bearing seat 11, and the wheel seat is sequentially staggered downwards from the head end to the tail end of the bearing seat 9 without positioning in height, so that the wheel seat is convenient to install.
In the present embodiment, when there are a plurality of wheel discs 24 on the wheel seat 12, the wheel discs 24 in the same wheel seat 12 are arranged along the length direction of the upper bearing seat 10, and the diameters of the wheel discs 24 in the same wheel seat 12 sequentially increase in an equal difference manner along the direction from the head end to the tail end of the upper bearing seat 10. Therefore, the strip passing gaps 27 between the first wheel disc 13 and the second wheel disc 14 are sequentially staggered in the vertical direction, all the strip passing gaps are combined to form a strip passing channel which forms an included angle with the horizontal plane, the extending direction of the strip passing channel is the same as the extending direction of the grinding and brushing channel 7 between the two brush rollers in the surface treatment equipment to which the coil strip group height arrangement adjusting mechanism belongs, and the strip passing channel is opposite to the grinding and brushing channel 7 between the two brush rollers in the surface treatment equipment to which the coil strip group height arrangement adjusting mechanism belongs.
When the wire rod group passes through the wire rod passing channel, the wire rod 2 is inevitably positioned at the height of the wire rod passing gap under the action of the first wheel disc 13 and the second wheel disc 14 on the wire rod passing gap, and the wire rod group is positioned on an inclined plane because the wire rod passing gaps 27 are staggered in sequence in the vertical direction and the heights of the adjacent wire rods 2 in the wire rod group are sequentially decreased in an equal difference mode along the direction from the head end to the tail end of the bearing seat 9.
As shown in fig. 6, when the wire rod group enters the first surface treatment device, the wire rod group first passes through the wire rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism in the first surface treatment device, so that the wire rods 2 in the wire rod group are adjusted in height, so that the wire rods 2 in the wire rod group converge on an inclined plane, the arrangement direction of the wire rod group is the same as the extending direction of the first brush rolls 5 in the first surface treatment device, and the abrasive passage of the wire rod group is opposite to the abrasive passage between the two first brush rolls 5. And then the wire rod group directly enters the grinding and brushing channel 7 between the two first brush rollers 5 along the conveying direction of the wire rods 2 to be ground and brushed, so that the phenomenon that the grinding and brushing effect is influenced by the bending deformation when the wire rod group enters the grinding and brushing channel 7 is avoided, and the service life of the brush rollers is influenced. Meanwhile, the height arrangement adjusting mechanism of the wire rod group also plays a certain supporting role on the wire rod group, and the wire rod group and the two ends of the brush roll are prevented from directly falling to influence the grinding and brushing effect.
The conveying of the coil rod groups is continued until the coil rods 2 in the coil rod groups fall back to approximately the same level.
The coil pack then enters a second surface treatment apparatus. The same as in the first surface treatment device, the wire rod group firstly passes through the wire rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism in the second surface treatment device, so that the wire rods 2 in the wire rod group are subjected to height adjustment, the wire rods 2 in the wire rod group are converged on an inclined plane, the arrangement direction of the wire rod group is the same as the extending direction of the first brush rolls 5 in the first surface treatment device, and the abrasive material channels between the two first brush rolls 5 of the wire rod group are opposite. The wire rod groups are then brushed in the conveying direction of the wire rods 2 directly into the brushing channel 7 between the two first brush rolls 5, so that the surface treatment of the individual wire rods 2 in the wire rod groups is completed.
Compared with the method that a rotating disc with the diameter increasing gradually is sleeved on a shaft to form a conical steering roller, the wire rod group is twisted through the two steering rollers arranged oppositely, so that the wire rod group is positioned on an inclined surface. The coil rod group height arrangement adjusting mechanism enables the coil rod group to be positioned on an inclined plane, and meanwhile, the coil diameter of the rotary disc is not required to be large, and the production cost is low. The problem of deformation of the turntable does not occur.
And in order to avoid interference between adjacent wire rods 2, each wheel disc 24 is provided with an annular groove-shaped roller way 15, the roller ways 15 are arranged around the outer annular wall of the wheel disc 24, and the roller ways 15 can only pass through a single wire rod 2. The above-mentioned strip passing gap 27 is formed between the roller ways 15 of the corresponding first wheel disc 13 and second wheel disc 14. The wire rods 2 are limited by the roller way 15, so that interference between the adjacent wire rods 2 is avoided.
Meanwhile, in order to avoid the situation that the wire rod 2 is scratched due to unsmooth rotation of the turntables caused by interference between two adjacent turntables, a gap is reserved between two adjacent wheel discs 24 in the same wheel seat 12. Specifically, the wall of the wheel disc 24 in the present embodiment is provided with a slight protrusion, and a gap is left between two adjacent wheel discs 24 through the protrusion.
And it is easy to understand that during the guiding of the wire rod 2, the wheel disc 24 is inevitably worn and needs to be replaced, since the wire rod 2 is continuously fed. In the scheme, each wheel seat 12 is detachably connected with the bearing seat 9. When one of the wheel discs 24 is worn and cannot be used, the wheel seat 12 where the wheel disc 24 is located is detached from the bearing seat 9 for replacement, so that the wheel disc is convenient and quick, and other wheel discs 24 do not need to be replaced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the bearing seat 9 is provided with a plurality of positioning installation grooves 16, and the positioning installation grooves 16 correspond to the wheel seats 12 one to one. In the upper carrier 10, the plurality of positioning installation grooves 16 are located on the lower end surface of the upper carrier 10. In the lower bearing seat 11, the plurality of positioning installation grooves 16 are located on the upper end surface of the lower bearing seat 11. Meanwhile, each bearing seat 9 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 17, and the number of the mounting holes 17 corresponds to the number of the wheel seats 12 one by one. The wall of one side of the mounting hole 17 is provided with a bolt 18, and when the wheel seat 12 is inserted into the corresponding positioning mounting groove 16, the bolt 18 passes through the wall of the mounting hole 17 to extend into the positioning mounting groove 16 and be connected with the wheel seat 12. The wheel base 12 can be disassembled and assembled only by turning the bolt 18, and the turning of the bolt 18 is facilitated by the installation hole 17. And after the wheel seat 12 is inserted into the corresponding positioning installation groove 16, the bolt 18 can directly penetrate through the hole wall of the installation hole 17 to be connected with the wheel seat 12, so that the step of finding and positioning is omitted, and the installation is more convenient and quicker.
Meanwhile, each wheel seat 12 is detachably provided with a fixed shaft 19, the fixed shaft 19 extends along the length direction of the bearing seat 9, and the wheel disc 24 on each wheel seat 12 can be rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft 19. As a specific installation manner of the fixed shaft 19, the wheel seat 12 in this embodiment includes an installation plate 23, and when the wheel seat 12 is inserted into the positioning installation groove 16, the installation plate 23 abuts against the groove bottom of the positioning installation groove 16. The mounting plate 23 is provided with two parallel side plates 22, and the fixed shaft 19 penetrates through the two side plates 22. The fixed shaft 19 is also provided with a slot 20. When the fixing shaft 19 penetrates the two side plates 22, the slot 20 is exposed outside the side plates 22. And a plug-in unit 21 is inserted into the slot 20, and the plug-in unit 21 is connected with the side plate 22 through a screw, so that the fixed shaft 19 and the side plate 22 are kept relatively fixed.
When the wheel disc 24 is worn, the bolt 18 in the mounting hole 17 is firstly twisted to remove the wheel seat 12 from the bearing seat 9. The screw on plug 21 is then twisted and plug 21 is removed from slot 20 on fixed shaft 19. Then the fixed shaft 19 can be drawn out from the side plate 22, and the wheel disc 24 on the fixed shaft 19 can be taken down for replacement, which is convenient and fast. And the wheel seat 12 does not need to be replaced, the service life of the wheel seat 12 is prolonged, and materials are saved.
In the scheme, the upper bearing seats 10 of the plurality of pairs of bearing seats 9 are arranged along the conveying direction of the wire rod 2 and are positioned at the same height, and the two adjacent upper bearing seats 10 are staggered along the length direction of the upper bearing seats 10. Similarly, the lower bearing seats 11 of the multiple pairs of bearing seats 9 are arranged along the conveying direction of the wire rod 2 and are located at the same height, and the two adjacent lower bearing seats 11 are arranged in a staggered manner along the length direction of the lower bearing seats 11.
It will be readily understood that there will be a space of at least two side plates 22 between two wheel seats 12 on the same carrier 9, and that the wire rod 2 passing through this space and the carrier 9 will have no disc 24 to guide it. And through the wheel seat 12 on two adjacent bearing seats 9 along the length direction staggered arrangement of bearing seat 9, even if a certain interval is left between the wheel discs 24 on two adjacent wheel seats 12 on the same bearing seat 9 due to reasons such as the thickness of the wheel seat 12, the wheel seats 12 on other bearing seats 9 can fill the gap of the interval in the conveying direction of the wire rod 2, so that the wire rod 2 penetrating through the interval can also be guided through the wheel discs 24 on other bearing seats 9, and the problem that the wire rod 2 penetrating through the interval between the wheel discs 24 on two wheel seats 12 does not have the wheel disc 24 to guide the wire rod is avoided.
Further, in order to ensure that the guided wire rod group is on an inclined plane. The wheel discs 24 for guiding the same wire rod 2 in two wheel seats 12 adjacent in the conveying direction of the wire rod 2 are of equal diameter. And the diameters of the wheel discs 24 used for guiding the running direction of two adjacent wire rods 2 in two adjacent wheel seats 12 in the conveying direction of the wire rods 2 are sequentially increased in an equal difference mode along the direction from the head end to the tail end of the bearing seat 9. So that the heights of the adjacent wire rods 2 are sequentially decreased in an equal difference manner along the direction from the head end to the tail end of the bearing seat 9, and the wire rod group guided by the wheel discs 24 on the plurality of bearing seats 9 can be forced to be on an inclined surface.
As shown in fig. 11, the present invention also provides a method for processing the surface of a wire rod, comprising the following steps:
s1, arranging a plurality of first surface treatment devices and a plurality of second surface treatment devices in the conveying direction of the wire rod, wherein each of the first surface treatment devices and the second surface treatment devices comprises at least one pair of brush rolls for brushing the peripheral surface of the wire rod, the peripheral surface of the wire rod comprises two opposite first brushing end surfaces and the rest two opposite second brushing end surfaces, the two brush rolls in each pair of brush rolls are arranged in parallel, and the axial direction of each brush roll is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the wire rod; the extending direction of the brush roller in the first surface treatment device is vertical to the extending direction of the brush roller in the second surface treatment device;
s2, driving the wire rod to feed and pass through between two brush rollers in the first surface treatment device, and brushing two opposite first brushing end surfaces on the wire rod by the two brush rollers in the first surface treatment device;
and S3, driving the wire rod to continuously feed and pass between two brush rollers in the second surface treatment device, and brushing two opposite second brushing end surfaces on the wire rod by the two brush rollers in the second surface treatment device to finish the surface treatment of the wire rod.
If the number of the wire rods 2 is plural, S1 further includes: a plurality of wire rods are arranged side by side to form a wire rod group.
At this time, the specific steps of S2 are: adjusting the height of each wire rod in the wire rod group to enable the wire rods in the wire rod group to be arranged along the extending direction of the first brush roller; the rod sets are fed through a first surface treatment device between two brush rolls that brush the two opposing first brushed end faces of each rod in the rod set.
The specific steps of S3 are: the feeding of the coil rod group is continued until all the coil rods in the coil rod group are on the same horizontal plane. Adjusting the height of each wire rod in the wire rod group to enable the wire rods in the wire rod group to be arranged along the extending direction of the second brush roller; the rod sets are fed through a first surface treatment device between two brush rolls that brush the two opposing first brushed end faces of each rod in the rod set.
