Abstract
The invention relates to garbage treatment equipment, in particular to an intelligent integrated device for converting municipal garbage into electric energy, which comprises a sorting unit and an incinerator, wherein the sorting unit is at least used for sorting a first discharge port of municipal kitchen garbage and a second discharge port of municipal building garbage, the first discharge port is connected with a mixer, the second discharge port is connected with a fermentation fertilizer making device, and a sealing device is arranged between the mixer and the fermentation fertilizer making device; the second discharge port is connected with a feed port of an incinerator, the incinerator is connected with a hot slag collector through a chute, the discharge port of the hot slag collector is connected with a chain conveyor, and the chain conveyor is positioned at the lower end of the fermentation fertilizer making device; and a second flue for collecting and conveying flue gas is arranged on the incinerator. The invention has high garbage utilization rate and less heat emission.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a garbage disposal system, in particular to an intelligent integrated device for converting municipal garbage into electric energy.
Background

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the dry garbage is classified by the sorting unit 3, the dry garbage enters the fermentation fertilizer making device 15 and the incinerator 5 through the first discharge port 21 and the second discharge port 22 respectively, the garbage entering the fermentation fertilizer making device 15 finally enters a fertilizer making process, the garbage enters the incinerator 5, the combustion heat is mainly output through the second flue 4 to be used for power generation, the combustion solid residues enter the chain conveyor 17 after high-temperature killing, and the combustion solid residues are retained on the chain conveyor 17 to enable the heat of the residues to be released enough so that only a pair of solid garbage in the fermentation fertilizer making device 15 can heat compost. The finally released residual garbage can be recycled, for example, the residual garbage can be used for road base filling materials and the like, and preferably, a crusher 18 can be connected to the discharge port of the chain conveyor 17 for facilitating the recycling of the residual garbage. Preferably: the chain conveyor 17 is arranged in the pit for less heat loss.
