the endoscope cleaning and conveying mechanism can convey the endoscope 36 after the initial washing in the endoscope initial washing tank 15 to the desired endoscope in-washing tank 16, and can convey the endoscope 36 after the initial washing in-endoscope tank 16 to the endoscope drying tank 17 in sequence so that the desired drying can be performed in the endoscope drying tank 17.
Specifically, the endoscope 36 may be in a conventional form, that is, the conventional endoscope 36 may be cleaned and sterilized as needed, and during cleaning and sterilization, the endoscope cleaning and sterilizing tank set may provide a desired cleaning and sterilizing environment; the cleaning and disinfecting environment is specifically a state that can provide cleaning and disinfecting needs for the endoscope 36, such as containing cleaning and disinfecting liquid and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tanks can be contained in the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group, wherein one endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank can form an endoscope initial cleaning tank 15, one or more endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tanks can form an endoscope middle cleaning tank 16, or a plurality of endoscope middle cleaning tanks 16 are formed at the same time, the number of the endoscope middle cleaning tanks 16 can be selected according to actual needs, generally, the plurality of endoscope middle cleaning tanks 16 can be used for realizing the cleaning and disinfecting again after the initial cleaning, so that the simultaneous cleaning of a plurality of endoscopes 36 can be met, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved. In addition, an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank is required to form an endoscope drying tank 17, generally, when the endoscope 36 is cleaned and disinfected, the endoscope is firstly cleaned in an endoscope initial cleaning tank 15, then cleaned and disinfected again in an endoscope middle cleaning tank 16, and finally, the endoscope 36 is dried by the endoscope drying tank 17, namely, the cleaning process of the endoscope 36 is completed after the drying process;
in particular, in order to detect the endoscope 36 during the cleaning process, the endoscope 36 needs to be detected by detecting leakage, open-end, and the like when the endoscope 36 is primarily cleaned in the endoscope primary cleaning tank 15, secondarily cleaned and sterilized in the endoscope intermediate cleaning tank 16, and dried in the endoscope drying tank 17. In order to realize that endoscope 36 and endoscope just washtrough 15, washtrough 16 and the quick adaptation of scope drying bath 17 are connected in the endoscope, endoscope 36 can endoscope just washtrough 15 through cleaning and disinfecting quick coupling mechanism, washtrough 16 and the quick adaptation of scope drying bath 17 are connected in the endoscope, all be connected with on every cleaning and disinfecting quick coupling mechanism and survey and pass through the interior washing pipeline that leaks hunting, through surveying and can carry out required hourglass to the endoscope 36 with cleaning and disinfecting quick coupling mechanism adaptation connection in leaking hunting, survey and pass through and/or interior washing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the primary endoscope washing disinfectant can be conveyed into the primary endoscope washing tank 15 by the primary endoscope washing disinfectant conveying mechanism, and the immersion type washing and disinfection of the endoscope 36 arranged in the primary endoscope washing tank 15 can be realized by using the primary endoscope washing disinfectant. The conveying mechanism of the cleaning disinfectant in the middle washing tank can convey the cleaning disinfectant in the endoscope into the washing tank 16 of the endoscope, and the cleaning disinfectant in the endoscope can carry out soaking type cleaning and disinfection on the endoscope 36 arranged in the washing tank 16 of the endoscope. In specific implementation, the types of the endoscope cleaning disinfectant and the endoscope primary cleaning disinfectant are different, the endoscope primary cleaning disinfectant is mainly used for cleaning the endoscope 36 for proteins, bloodstains and the like, and the endoscope cleaning disinfectant is mainly used for sterilizing the endoscope 36 after primary cleaning. The specific types of the endoscope primary washing disinfectant and the endoscope intermediate washing disinfectant can be selected according to actual needs, as long as the requirements for washing the endoscope 36 can be met;
since the endoscope drying tank 17 is mainly used for drying the endoscope 36, it is not necessary to supply a cleaning disinfectant into the endoscope drying tank 17. Certainly, during the immersion type disinfection process in the endoscope initial washing tank 15 and the endoscope middle washing tank 16, the operations of leak detection, open detection and internal cleaning can be performed, or the operations of leak detection, open detection, immersion type cleaning and disinfection and the internal cleaning of the endoscope 36 are performed firstly, wherein the internal cleaning specifically means that the cleaning disinfectant is fed into the endoscope 36.
In the embodiment of the invention, the endoscope cleaning and carrying mechanism can be used for cleaning and carrying the endoscope 36, for example, after the initial cleaning in the endoscope initial cleaning tank 15 is finished, the endoscope 36 after the initial cleaning is transferred to the endoscope in-cleaning tank 16 through the endoscope cleaning and carrying mechanism, or the endoscope 36 after the endoscope in-cleaning tank 16 is cleaned and disinfected again is transferred to the endoscope drying tank 17, and the carrying process of the endoscope 36 by the endoscope cleaning and carrying mechanism can be determined according to the specific cleaning process;
as shown in fig. 1, the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting device further comprises a cleaning device shell 1 capable of accommodating an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group, wherein an endoscope initial cleaning tank 15, an endoscope middle cleaning tank 16 and an endoscope drying tank 17 are sequentially distributed in the cleaning device shell 1;
the cleaning machine is characterized in that an endoscope cleaning inlet 2 corresponding to the endoscope primary cleaning groove 15 and an endoscope cleaning outlet 4 corresponding to the endoscope drying groove 17 are arranged on the cleaning machine shell 1, an endoscope 36 to be cleaned can be placed in the endoscope primary cleaning groove 15 through the endoscope cleaning inlet 2, and the endoscope 36 dried by the endoscope drying groove 17 is sent out of the cleaning machine shell 1 from the endoscope cleaning outlet 4.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning machine shell 1 is rectangular or in other required shapes, so long as the storage of the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group can be realized. The inner mirror initial washing tank 15, the inner mirror middle washing tank 16 and the inner mirror drying tank 17 are sequentially distributed in the cleaning machine shell 1, specifically, the inner mirror middle washing tank 16 is arranged between the inner mirror initial washing tank 15 and the inner mirror drying tank 17, when a plurality of inner mirror middle washing tanks 16 exist, the plurality of inner mirror middle washing tanks 16 are sequentially arranged, the inner mirror initial washing tank 15, the inner mirror middle washing tank 16 and the inner mirror drying tank 17 are preferably arranged into a straight line, and the inner mirror initial washing tank 15, the inner mirror middle washing tank 16 and the inner mirror drying tank 17 are coaxially distributed;

as shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank includes a tank body bracket 48, a drawer tank 47 disposed in the tank body bracket 48, and a tank body cover 46 disposed on the tank body bracket 48, wherein the tank body cover 46 is located above the drawer tank 47 and can be adapted to the drawer tank 47;
when the endoscope initial washing tank 15 or the endoscope drying tank 17 is formed by using the washing and disinfecting tank, the drawer groove 47 can move in the tank bracket 48, so that the drawer groove 47 can penetrate out of the casing 1 of the washing machine, so that the endoscope 36 can be placed in the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope initial washing tank 15, or the dried endoscope 36 can be taken out of the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope drying tank 17.
In the embodiment of the invention, the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17 can adopt the same structural form, can also adopt different structural forms, and can be selected according to the requirements. In specific implementation, the same endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank is adopted for the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17, and specific conditions of the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank are explained below;
in specific implementation, the drawer groove 47 can be accommodated in the groove body bracket 48, the groove body cover 46 is supported at the upper end of the groove body bracket 48, the groove body cover 46 is matched with the drawer groove 47, specifically, the shape, size and the like of the groove body cover 46 are consistent or similar to those of the drawer groove 47, and a cover body can be formed above the drawer groove 47. Specifically, for the endoscope initial washing tank 15 and the endoscope middle washing tank 16, the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope 36 are mainly performed in the drawer groove 47, and the through, leakage detection, inner cleaning and soaking cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope 36 can be realized in the drawer groove 47. In addition, other corresponding operations can be satisfied by the cooperation of the tank body cover 46 and the drawer tank 47. For the endoscope drying groove 17, the leakage detection, the communication detection and the drying of the endoscope 36 are mainly positioned in the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope drying groove 17;
as can be seen from the above description, when the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17 are all located in the cleaning machine housing 1; when the endoscope 36 is cleaned, the endoscope 36 needs to be placed in the endoscope initial washing tank 15, then cleaned and disinfected again through one of the endoscope intermediate washing tanks 16, and finally the endoscope 36 is taken out from the endoscope drying tank 17 after the near-endoscope drying part 17 is dried.
In the embodiment of the invention, the drawer grooves 47 in the endoscope initial washing tank 15 and the endoscope drying tank 17 need to be capable of moving in the tank bracket 48, that is, the drawer groove 47 in the endoscope initial washing tank 15 can penetrate out of the cleaning machine shell 1 from the endoscope cleaning inlet 2, so that the endoscope 36 can be directly placed in the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope initial washing tank 15; and the endoscope 36 cleaned and dried in the drawer groove 47 in the endoscope drying groove 17 can be taken out after the drawer groove 47 in the endoscope drying groove 17 penetrates out of the cleaning machine shell 1 from the endoscope cleaning outlet 4.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the drawer slot 47 can move in the slot bracket 48, that is, the drawer slot 47 can form a drawer state matching form after moving in the slot bracket 48, which is well known to those skilled in the art. Opening of the drawer slot 47 can be accomplished after the drawer slot 47 is able to move within the slot support 48 to facilitate placement of the endoscope 36 directly within the drawer slot 47. Of course, for the endoscope wash tank 16, the endoscope 36 is placed into the drawer tank 47 through the tank body cover 46. The endoscope 36 can be connected with the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism in an adaptive way no matter the endoscope 36 is directly placed in the drawer groove 47 or placed in the drawer groove 47 through the groove body cover 46. Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing the drawer groove 47 moved from the inside of the groove body bracket 48, with the drawer groove 47 in an open state;
during specific implementation, set up drawer groove direction connecting block 44 in drawer groove 47's both sides, set up drawer groove guide rail 49 on cell body support 48 simultaneously, drawer groove direction connecting block 44 can with drawer groove guide rail 49 adaptation connection, utilize the adaptation connection between drawer groove direction connecting block 44 and drawer groove guide rail 49, can lead to the motion of drawer groove 47 in cell body support 48, drawer groove direction connecting block 44, drawer groove guide rail 49 specifically can adopt required form, as long as can realize carrying out the motion to drawer groove 47 and leading can. Generally, the movement of the drawer slot 47 in the slot body bracket 48 is driven by a motor and the like, and the form of the movement drive of the drawer slot 47 can be selected according to actual needs, for example, a common drive form such as a stepping motor and the like is adopted, and particularly, the form can be selected according to needs as long as the drive of the drawer slot 47 can be realized, the drawer slot 47 is withdrawn from the slot body bracket 48, and the drawer slot 47 in an open state is moved back to the slot body bracket 48 again;
further, a tank cover and a drying air knife 51 for drying the endoscope 36 are arranged in the tank cover 46, and the tank cover 46 can be closed as required; the drying air knife 51 is in adaptive connection with a high-pressure fan 55 for providing a drying air source; after the endoscope 36 is initially washed, the high-pressure air provided by the high-pressure fan 55 can be blown out by the drying air knife 51 to dry the endoscope 36;
in the embodiment of the invention, the groove body cover is arranged in the groove body cover 46, the groove body cover 46 can be closed through the groove body cover, at the moment, the drawer groove 47 can be closed, so that a relatively closed environment can be provided, and the pollution to the cleaning environment caused in the cleaning and disinfecting process is avoided. When the endoscope 36 which needs to be cleaned and disinfected is transferred from the drawer groove 47, the drying air knife 51 needs to be used for drying the endoscope 36 by blowing air, so that the liquid on the endoscope 36 is prevented from being scattered in the cleaning and disinfecting field environment, and the safety and the reliability of the cleaning and disinfecting process are further improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the slot body cover includes an upper cover body 50 and a lower cover body 52, wherein the upper cover body 50 is located above the lower cover body 52, the drying air knife 51 is located between the upper cover body 50 and the lower cover body 52, the upper cover body 50, the lower cover body 52 and the drying air knife 51 all move in the slot body cover 46 in an electric driving manner, and the specific movement manner of the upper cover body 50, the lower cover body 52 and the drying air knife 51 in the slot body cover 46 may be in the form of an existing electric rolling door or an electric curtain. Generally, when the lower cover 52 is in the open state, the endoscope 36 is not influenced to be placed in the drawer groove 47, the lower cover 52 can prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing into the groove body cover 46 during the cleaning process of the endoscope 36, and when the endoscope 36 needs to be dried by blowing, the lower cover 52 needs to be in the closed state, and the upper cover 50 is in the open state, at this time, the endoscope 36 in the drawer groove 47 can be dried by using the drying air knife 51. Specifically, the upper cover 50 is in an open state, specifically, the upper cover 50 can be used to close the tank body cover 46, and the lower cover 52 is in a retracted closed state, specifically, one end of the lower cover 52 located in the tank body cover 46 does not close the area below the lower cover 52;
the high-pressure fan 55 can specifically adopt the existing common form, the high-pressure fan 55 can provide the required high-pressure gas, the high-pressure fan 55 is connected with the drying air knife 51 through the air knife connecting pipe 54, the high-pressure gas generated by the high-pressure fan 55 enters the drying air knife 51 through the air knife connecting pipe 54, so that the high-pressure gas can be sprayed out through the drying air knife 51, and the endoscope 36 can be dried by utilizing the sprayed high-pressure gas. The technical means commonly used in the technical field can be adopted to realize that the high-pressure gas is sprayed out through the drying air knife 51;
in addition, an air knife guide groove 53 is arranged on one side of the tank body cover 46, the air knife guide groove 53 penetrates through the corresponding side wall of the tank body cover 46, the length direction of the air knife guide groove 53 is consistent with the moving direction of the drying air knife 51 in the tank body cover 46, the drying air knife 51 can be conveniently connected with an air knife connecting pipe 54 through the air knife guide groove 53, can move in the tank body cover 46 through the air knife guide groove 53, and can be kept connected and matched with the high-pressure fan 55 in the moving process;
further, the primary cleaning tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism can be a primary cleaning tank hot water filling mechanism which can fill hot water into the drawer groove 47 of the primary cleaning tank 15 for the inner mirror, a primary cleaning tank cleaning disinfectant filling mechanism which can fill cleaning disinfectant into the drawer groove 47 of the primary cleaning tank 15 for the inner mirror, and a primary cleaning tank high-pressure cold water filling mechanism which can spray high-pressure cold water into the drawer groove 47 of the primary cleaning tank 15 for the inner mirror;

In the embodiment of the invention, hot water can be filled into the drawer groove 47 through the primary washing groove hot water filling mechanism, the required disinfectant liquid can be filled into the drawer groove 47 through the primary washing groove cleaning disinfectant liquid filling mechanism, and the required high-pressure cold water can be sprayed into the drawer groove 47 through the primary washing groove high-pressure cold water filling mechanism;
specifically, the initial washing tank hot water filling mechanism comprises a hot water pump 22 and a hot water pump connecting pipe 23 connected with a liquid outlet of the hot water pump 22, and the hot water pump connecting pipe 23 is connected and communicated with the drawer groove 47, so that required hot water can be pumped into the drawer groove 47 through the hot water pump connecting pipe 23 by the hot water pump 22. The hot water pump 22 can adopt the existing common form, and the temperature of the hot water pumped into the drawer groove 47 by the hot water pump 22 can be selected according to the requirement so as to meet the requirement of cleaning and disinfecting the endoscope 36;
the initial washing tank cleaning disinfectant liquid filling mechanism comprises a cleaning disinfectant liquid pump 21 and a cleaning disinfectant liquid connecting pipe 24 connected with the cleaning disinfectant liquid pump 21, the cleaning disinfectant liquid connecting pipe 24 is further connected with and communicated with the drawer groove 47, the required cleaning disinfectant liquid can be pumped into the drawer groove 47 through the cleaning disinfectant liquid pump 21 and the cleaning disinfectant liquid connecting pipe 24, the cleaning disinfectant liquid pump 21 can specifically adopt the existing common form, and the pumped cleaning disinfectant liquid can specifically meet the requirement of cleaning and disinfecting the endoscope 36. Generally, the hot water pump connection pipe 23 and the cleaning and disinfecting liquid connection pipe 24 are flexible pipes, so that the pumping of hot water and/or cleaning and disinfecting liquid is not affected when the drawer groove 47 moves in the tank body bracket 3;
the high-pressure cold water filling mechanism of the initial washing tank is provided with pumping power by a high-pressure cold water pump, a plurality of high-pressure cold water spray nozzles 34 are arranged in the tank body cover 46, and the high-pressure cold water spray nozzles 34 can be uniformly distributed in the tank body cover 46. The high-pressure cold water spray head 34 is connected with the cold water pipe 25, the liquid flowmeter 26 is arranged on the cold water pipe 25, and the cold water pipe 25 is connected and communicated with the high-pressure cold water pump. After the high-pressure cold water spray head 34 sprays high-pressure cold water at high pressure, the sprayed high-pressure cold water can be directly sprayed on the surface of the endoscope 36, and the surface of the endoscope 36 can be cleaned. The high pressure cold water spray head 34, the liquid flow meter 26 and the high pressure cold water pump may take conventional forms.
In specific implementation, the middle washing tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism can adopt the same form as the initial washing tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism. In addition, as can be seen from the above description, the endoscope preliminary bath 15 and the endoscope intermediate bath 16 can respectively perform cleaning and disinfection for different purposes, and therefore, although the intermediate bath cleaning disinfectant liquid conveying mechanism and the preliminary bath cleaning disinfectant liquid conveying mechanism may have the same structure, the types of cleaning disinfectant liquid conveyed by the intermediate bath cleaning disinfectant liquid conveying mechanism and the intermediate bath cleaning disinfectant liquid conveying mechanism are different, that is, the preliminary bath cleaning disinfectant liquid filling mechanism and the intermediate bath cleaning disinfectant liquid filling mechanism respectively convey different types of disinfectant liquid.
Of course, in specific implementation, the endoscope drying tank 17 may also be provided with a cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism, which may be in the same form as the primary washing tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism, but during the drying process, it is not necessary to fill hot water, cold water or any cleaning disinfectant into the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope drying tank 17 through the drying tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism.
Furthermore, the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism comprises a cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the drawer tank 47, the through and leakage detecting inner cleaning pipeline is positioned below the bottom of the drawer tank 47, and the through and leakage detecting cleaning pipeline can be in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29;
the inner leakage detecting and cleaning pipeline comprises a leakage detecting connecting pipeline for detecting leakage and an inner cleaning detecting and cleaning connecting pipeline for detecting inner cleaning.
As can be seen from the above description, the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope intermediate washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17 are required to be connected and matched with the rapid cleaning and disinfecting connection mechanism so as to be capable of being connected and matched with the endoscope 36 rapidly. In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning and disinfecting quick connection mechanism comprises a cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 is in a block shape, the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 is arranged at the bottom of a drawer tank 47, wherein one part of the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 is positioned in the drawer tank 47, the other part of the cleaning and disinfecting layer connector body 29 is positioned outside the bottom of the drawer tank 47, the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 can be conveniently in adaptive connection with an endoscope 36 by utilizing the part positioned in the drawer tank 47 of the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, and the part positioned outside the bottom of the drawer tank 47 of the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 can be conveniently connected with a cleaning pipeline in the leakage detection and detection device.
In specific implementation, the inner leak-detecting and through-detecting cleaning pipeline is positioned below the bottom of the drawer groove 47, namely outside the drawer groove 47, and the endoscope 36 is not influenced to be arranged in the drawer groove 47. The inner leakage detecting and cleaning pipeline comprises a leakage detecting connecting pipeline for detecting leakage and an inner cleaning detecting and cleaning connecting pipeline for detecting inner cleaning. The cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 is arranged and matched in the corresponding drawer grooves 47 in the endoscope primary washing tank 15, the endoscope intermediate washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17.
Further, the leakage detection connecting pipeline comprises a connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 connected and communicated with the cleaning and disinfection groove connector body 29, a leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20 connected with the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 and a leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe 58 which can be in adaptive connection with the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20, the leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe 58 can be communicated with the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 through the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20, and a gas pressure sensor 30 is arranged on the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33.
In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the connector body leak detection connection pipe 33 is connected and communicated with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, the other end of the connector body leak detection connection pipe 33 is connected with the leak detection control solenoid valve 20, and the leak detection control solenoid valve 20 can be connected with the leak detection and ventilation air intake manifold 58 through the leak detection connection pipe 60. The gas pressure sensor 30 is arranged on the joint body leakage detection connecting pipe 33, and the gas pressure sensor 30 and the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20 can adopt the existing common form and can be specifically selected according to actual requirements. When the endoscope 36 needs to be subjected to leak detection, the leak detection control electromagnetic valve 20 needs to be in an open state, and then gas for leak detection is loaded into the endoscope 36 through the leak detection and communication air inlet main pipe 58, the leak detection connecting pipe 60, the connector body leak detection connecting pipe 33 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29. After the leak detection gas is loaded, the gas pressure sensor 30 is used for monitoring a specific gas pressure value, when the gas pressure monitored by the gas pressure sensor 30 is smaller than a set gas pressure value, the gas leakage condition is considered to exist, and otherwise, the gas leakage condition can be judged to be normal. the communication measuring connecting pipe group 62 can be communicated with the leakage measuring and communication measuring air inlet main pipe 58 through a communication measuring control electromagnetic valve 61, and each communication measuring connecting pipe in the communication measuring connecting pipe group 62 is provided with a communication measuring one-way valve 18; the inner cleaning connecting pipe group 45 can be connected with the inner cleaning power pipeline in a matching way through the inner cleaning control electromagnetic valve 31.

When the endoscope 36 is communicated, the air is required to be utilized for communication, and when the endoscope 36 is cleaned internally, the cleaning disinfectant in the drawer groove 47 can be generally utilized; therefore, in order to enable the through-flow and the internal cleaning, the joint body through-inner-cleaning connection tube group 32 can be fittingly connected to the internal-cleaning connection tube group 45 and the through-connection tube group 62 by the through-cleaning connection tee joint group, respectively. In general, the number of inner cleaning connection pipes in the inner cleaning connection pipe group 45 and the number of through connection pipes in the through connection pipe group 62 are the same as the number of joint body through inner cleaning connection pipes in the joint body through inner cleaning connection pipe group 32. The number of the through-measuring cleaning connecting tee joints in the through-measuring cleaning connecting tee joint group is consistent with the number of the through-measuring cleaning connecting pipes in the connector body through-measuring inner cleaning connecting pipe group 32, so that the through-measuring inner cleaning connecting pipe in the connector body is respectively in adaptive connection with an inner cleaning connecting pipe and a through-measuring connecting tee joint 43.

When the endoscope 36 needs to be internally cleaned, the automatic circulation pump 57 draws liquid from the liquid discharge pipe 27 through the internal cleaning power first connecting pipe 56, and then enters the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting port 41 of the endoscope 36 through the internal cleaning power second connecting pipe 59, the internal cleaning control solenoid valve 31, the internal cleaning connecting pipe group 45, the connector body through internal cleaning connecting pipe group 32 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 to achieve the required internal cleaning. The liquid cleaned in can be returned to the drawer tank 47 again.
The automatic circulation pump 57 and the liquid discharge control solenoid valve 28 may be of conventional forms.
As shown in fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11, the quick cleaning and disinfecting coupling mechanism further comprises a cleaning and disinfecting load frame capable of being fittingly coupled to the endoscope 36 and a load frame coupling body 38 capable of being fittingly coupled to the cleaning and disinfecting tank coupling body 29;
the endoscope 36 can be fixed in a cleaning and disinfecting load frame, the load frame joint body 38 comprises at least one load frame leak detection connector and a plurality of load frame communication cleaning and disinfecting connectors, an endoscope leak detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 can be connected and communicated with the load frame leak detection connectors on the load frame joint body, and an endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interface 41 of the endoscope 36 can be correspondingly connected with the load frame communication cleaning and disinfecting connectors one by one;
after the loading frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 are aligned, connected and matched, the endoscope leakage detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 can be in adaptive connection with the leakage detection connecting pipeline through the loading frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, and the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 41 of the endoscope 36 can be in adaptive connection with the through inner cleaning connecting pipeline through the loading frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29.
Generally, the endoscope 36 includes at least one endoscope leak detection interface 42 and at least one endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interface 41, and the specific number of the endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interfaces 41 and the endoscope leak detection interfaces 42 on the endoscope 36 is related to the type of the selected endoscope 36, and the like.
As can be seen from the above description, the leak detection gas is supplied to the endoscope leak detection joint 42 of the endoscope 36 through the leak detection connection pipe via the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, and the gas to be measured or the cleaning and disinfecting liquid required for the internal cleaning can be applied to the endoscope leak detection cleaning and disinfecting port 41 in the endoscope 36 through the internal cleaning connection pipe via the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29.
In order to quickly implement the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope 36, in the embodiment of the present invention, the endoscope 36 to be cleaned and disinfected needs to be fixedly stored in the cleaning and disinfection load frame, that is, the endoscope 36 is fixed with the cleaning and disinfection load frame, and the endoscope 36 is further matched with the load frame connector body 38 in the cleaning and disinfection load frame, where the matching of the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector body 38 at least includes: the endoscope leak detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 can be connected and communicated with the load frame leak detection connector on the load frame connector body 38, and the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 28 of the endoscope 36 can be connected and communicated with the load frame through cleaning and disinfecting connector. During the cleaning and sterilization of the endoscope 36, it is desirable to maintain the connection between the endoscope 36 and the load frame adapter body 38.
In specific implementation, when the endoscope 36 is cleaned and disinfected, after the endoscope 36 is placed in the drawer groove 47, the endoscope 36 is in corresponding and matched connection with the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body 29 in the drawer groove 47 through the load frame joint body 38, and after the load frame joint body 38 is in corresponding connection with the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body 29, the endoscope 36 can be respectively in adaptive connection with the leakage detection connecting pipeline and the through detection inner cleaning connecting pipeline, so that the required leakage detection operation of the endoscope 36 can be realized through the leakage detection connecting pipeline, and the required through detection and inner cleaning operation of the endoscope 36 can be realized through the through detection inner cleaning connecting pipeline;
as shown in fig. 8 and 12, the load frame connector body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 are fixedly connected by a fixing mechanism 63, the fixing mechanism 63 includes a connecting plate 631 and an L-shaped fixing plate 632, the connecting plate 631 is fixed on the load frame connector body 38, the L-shaped fixing plate 632 is fixedly disposed on the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, a locking hole 633 is disposed on the connecting plate 631, a locking rod 634 is movably inserted in the locking hole 633, the locking rod 634 is movably inserted on the L-shaped fixing plate 632, a return spring 635 is wound outside the locking rod 634, two ends of the return spring 635 are respectively fixedly connected on a side wall of the locking rod 634 and a side wall of the L-shaped fixing plate 632, a pull plate 636 is fixedly connected at one end of the locking rod 634 outside the locking hole 633, and the arrangement of this embodiment is used for realizing fast assembly and disassembly of the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 and the load frame connector body 38, specifically, during the installation process, the load frame joint body 38 is opposite to the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, and then the load frame joint body 38 is pressed downward, the downward movement of the load frame joint body 38 brings the connecting plate 631 to move close to the L-shaped fixing plate 632, and as the movement continues, the locking rod 634 enters the locking hole 633 to achieve the locking effect under the pushing action of the return spring 635, and in the specific embodiment, in order to fix the load frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 more firmly, the number of the fixing mechanisms 63 is two, and the two fixing mechanisms 63 are symmetrically arranged, so that the load frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 can be fixed more firmly, and at the same time, the disassembly and assembly can be more conveniently ensured.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the load frame connector 38 is also in a block shape, but may also be in other shapes, and may be specifically selected according to the requirement, as long as the door satisfies the corresponding fit between the load frame connector 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector 29. When the load frame connector body 38 is specifically connected and matched with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, matching forms such as inserting connection can be adopted, for example, a connector body matching connecting pipe is arranged on the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, a load frame connector body hole corresponding to the connector body matching connecting pipe is arranged on the load frame connector body 38, when the load frame connector body 38 is aligned with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, the connector body matching connecting pipe on the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 can be aligned with the load frame connector body hole on the load frame connector body 38, at the moment, the connector body matching connecting pipe can be inserted into the load frame connector body hole, and therefore the alignment and matching between the load frame connector body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 can be realized. After the loading frame joint body 38 is aligned and matched with the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, the connection between the endoscope 36 and the leakage detection connecting pipeline and the through inner cleaning connecting pipeline can be realized.
Of course, other connection and matching forms can be adopted between the load frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, and the connection and matching can be specifically selected according to needs, so long as the connection and matching can be realized between the endoscope 36 and the leakage detection connecting pipeline and the inner cleaning connecting pipeline, and the connection and matching are not listed. Of course, the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism can also be selected in other matching modes according to actual needs.
In order to facilitate the transfer of the endoscope 36 during the cleaning process, the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector body 38 can be fixedly stored by the load frame, i.e., the load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector body 38 form an integral structure. When the cleaned and disinfected endoscope 36 needs to be transported, the load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame joint body 38 can be transported synchronously, so that the load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame joint body 38 are conveniently and correspondingly connected and matched with the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body 29 in the drawer groove 47 in the subsequent process, and the efficiency and the reliability of connection and matching are improved.
Further, the cleaning and disinfecting load frame comprises a connector body receiving frame 37 for receiving the connector body 38 of the load frame and a main frame body 35 which is in fit connection with the connector body receiving frame 37, the connector body receiving frame 37 is positioned in the central area of the main frame body 35, the endoscope 36 is fixedly received in the main frame body 35, the load frame connector body 38 can be placed in the connector body receiving frame 37, and the load frame connector body 38 is fixed with the connector body receiving frame 37.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main frame body 35 is in a cover body shape, the joint body accommodating frame 37 is in a hollow cylindrical structure, the bottom of the joint body accommodating frame 37 is correspondingly connected with the bottom of the main frame body 35, and the whole cleaning and disinfecting load frame is also in a hollow structure, so that after the endoscope 36 is fixedly accommodated in the cleaning and disinfecting load frame, the whole cleaning and disinfecting load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame joint body 38 can be conveniently and synchronously transferred, and liquid is prevented from being taken out in the transferring process and pollution caused by the liquid is avoided.
In a specific implementation, the endoscope 36 is bound in the main frame body 35, wherein the endoscope 36 may be bound and fixed on the main frame body 35 by a wire body or the like. An endoscope leakage detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 is connected with a load frame leakage detection connector on the load frame connector body 38 through an endoscope leakage detection connecting pipe 40; the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 28 of the endoscope 36 is connected with a load frame through cleaning and disinfecting connector on the load frame connector body 38 through an endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting connecting pipe 39. Of course, when a plurality of endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interfaces 28 are present on the endoscope 36, each endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 28 is connected with the load-frame through cleaning and disinfecting connectors on the load-frame connector body 38 through an endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting connecting pipe 39 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In addition, a temperature sensor 19 is required to be arranged on the drawer groove 47, and the temperature of the liquid in the drawer groove 47 can be acquired through the temperature sensor 19. Of course, can also set up the level sensor who is used for gathering the interior liquid level state of drawer groove 47 and can realize the overflow sensor that the overflow detected, can ensure through level sensor and overflow sensor that in vivo appropriate amount liquid in drawer groove 47 can guarantee to realize soaking formula cleaning and disinfecting to endoscope 36, can avoid the too much overflow of liquid to lead to site environment's pollution again. The temperature sensor 19, the liquid level sensor and the overflow sensor may all be in the conventional forms.
As shown in fig. 2, the endoscope cleaning and carrying mechanism includes a suction connector 14 which can be connected to the load carrier connector 38 by suction, and a suction connector movement driving mechanism which can drive the suction connector 14 to move;
after the suction connector movement driving mechanism drives the suction connector 14 to be aligned and contacted with a load frame connector body 38, the suction connector 14 is connected with the load frame connector body 38 in a suction manner; after the suction connector 14 and the load frame connector body 38 are connected in a mutually suction manner, the suction connector motion driving mechanism can pull the load frame connector body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting load frame where the load frame connector body 38 is located through the suction connector 14 so as to separate the load frame connector body 38 from the connected cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, and the suction connector motion driving mechanism transfers the load frame connector body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting load frame where the load frame connector body 38 is located, which are mutually sucked with the suction connector body 14, into the corresponding in-endoscope washing tank 16 or endoscope drying tank 17 through the suction connector body 14;
when the load frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting load frame where the load frame joint body 38 is located are transferred into the endoscope washing tank 16 or the endoscope drying tank 17, the suction joint motion driving mechanism can align and match the load frame joint body 38 mutually attracted with the suction joint body 14 with the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 in the endoscope washing tank 16 or the endoscope drying tank 17 through the suction joint body 14, and after the load frame joint body 38 is aligned, connected and matched with the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, the suction joint body 14 is separated from the load frame joint body 38.
In the embodiment of the invention, the endoscope cleaning and carrying mechanism further comprises a transverse guide rail 10 and a first connecting arm 11 which is in adaptive connection with the transverse guide rail 10, wherein the length direction of the transverse guide rail 10 is the same as the arrangement direction of an endoscope initial washing tank 15, an endoscope middle washing tank 16 and an endoscope drying tank 17 in the cleaning machine shell 1. The length direction of first link arm 11 is perpendicular with transverse guide 10's direction, and first link arm 11 is vertical distribution, and first link arm 11 can move along transverse guide 10's length direction. Set up second linking arm 12 on first linking arm 11, the length direction of second linking arm 12 is perpendicular with the length direction of first linking arm 11, and the one end and the first linking arm 11 of second linking arm 12 are connected, and the other end and the attraction of second linking arm 12 connect body linking arm 13 and are connected, and the length direction and the first linking arm 11 of attraction joint body linking arm 13 are parallel to each other. The second connecting arm 12 can move along the length direction of the first connecting arm 11, and the suction connector body 14 is positioned at the end part of the suction connector body connecting arm 13 far away from the second connecting arm 12. When the suction connector body 14 is positioned right above the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17, the suction connector body 14 and the suction connector body connecting arm 13 are vertically distributed and are perpendicular to the bottom surfaces of the corresponding drawer grooves 47 in the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17.
The suction connector 14 may be in the form of an electromagnet, etc., and of course, the load frame connector 38 needs to be in the form of an adapter adapted to the suction connector 14, and when the suction connector 14 and the load frame connector 38 are connected in a suction manner, the suction force between the suction connector 14 and the load frame connector 38 is greater than the force acting on the load frame connector 38, the endoscope 36 and the washing and disinfecting load frame, so as to ensure the lifting of the endoscope 36 and the washing and disinfecting load frame connected to the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector 38. When the attraction joint body 14 is in the form of an electromagnet, the attraction joint body 14 can be attracted and connected with the load frame joint body 38 when being electrified to generate magnetism, otherwise, no magnetic attraction force exists between the attraction joint body 14, and at the moment, the attraction joint body 14 can be conveniently separated from the load frame joint body 38.
When the first connecting arm 11 moves along the length direction of the transverse guide rail 10, the suction connector body 14 can be in positive correspondence with the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 or the endoscope drying tank 17; and when the second connecting arm 12 moves along the length direction of the first connecting arm 11, the suction connector body 14 can enter the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 or the endoscope drying tank 17, or exit from the endoscope initial washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 or the endoscope drying tank 17. The driving form of the movement of the first connecting arm 11 along the length direction of the transverse guide rail 10 and the driving form of the movement of the second connecting arm 12 along the length direction of the first connecting arm 11 can both adopt the existing common driving form, such as belt transmission or other driving forms, and can be specifically selected according to the needs. Of course, the endoscope cleaning/carrying mechanism may be implemented in other forms as long as it can carry the endoscope 36 to a desired position during the cleaning/disinfecting process.
In specific implementation, a cleaning controller 5, a compressor frame 6, an air compressor 7 arranged on the compressor frame 6, a heating delivery pipe 8 and a smoke alarm 9 can be further arranged in the cleaning machine shell 1, wherein the cleaning controller 5 can adopt a conventional common form, such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and the like, and the whole cleaning process is mainly controlled. Compressed air can be provided through the air compressor 7, so that gas required in the process of communicating and leakage detection can be provided, hot water can be provided through the heating delivery pipe 8, namely, the hot water for filling can be provided for the endoscope initial washing tank 15 and the endoscope middle washing tank 16, and of course, the heating delivery pipe 8 also needs to be connected with a water heater and the like capable of heating the hot water. The smog in the cleaning machine shell body 1 can be detected through the smog alarm 9, when the smog occurs, the alarm can be given in time, and the potential safety hazard in the cleaning machine shell body 1 is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 is respectively fixed in the corresponding drawer grooves 47 of the endoscope primary washing tank 15, the endoscope middle washing tank 16 and the endoscope drying tank 17, namely, the positions of the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 are kept relatively fixed. When the suction connector body 14 is needed to be matched with the load frame connector body 38 and the needed cleaning and disinfection tank connector body 29, the endoscope cleaning and conveying mechanism is counted or positioned according to the movement, and then the movement state of the endoscope cleaning and conveying mechanism can be driven again according to the relative position of the endoscope cleaning and conveying mechanism and the cleaning and disinfection tank connector body 29, so that the suction connector body 14 and the load frame connector body 38 can be mutually connected in a suction mode and are matched with the corresponding cleaning and disinfection tank connector body 29 after being conveyed. The washing controller 15 can count or count the moving length of the endoscope washing and carrying mechanism by the conventional technical means.
Specifically, when the cleaning controller 5 is used to control automatic cleaning, the cleaning controller 5 firstly opens the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope initial washing groove 15, so that the cleaning and disinfecting load frame fixed with the endoscope 36 is manually placed in the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope initial washing groove 15, at this time, the load frame joint body 38 can be aligned and connected with the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body 29 in the endoscope initial washing groove 15, and thereafter, the cleaning controller 5 controls the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope initial washing groove 15 to be closed, namely, retreats into the cleaning machine shell 1.
After the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope initial washing groove 15 retreats into the shell 1 of the washing machine to a set position, the washing controller 5 controls to carry out the required leakage detection and communication detection, and records the result of the leakage detection and the communication detection. After the leak detection and the communication, the primary washing tank washing disinfectant conveying mechanism is used for conveying the primary washing disinfectant to the drawer tank 47, so that the endoscope 36 can be washed in an immersion manner by using the primary washing disinfectant, and in the process, the endoscope 36 can be washed in the communication inner washing connecting pipeline. After the set time has elapsed, the endoscope 36 is dried by the dry air knife 51, and thereafter, the endoscope 36 is carried into a corresponding endoscope wash tank 16 by the endoscope washing and carrying mechanism.
The step of cleaning and disinfecting the plurality of endoscopes 36 again can be performed synchronously by using the wash tanks 16 in the plurality of endoscopes, and the positions and the like in the wash tanks 16 in the endoscopes are controlled and recorded by the cleaning controller 5. The cleaning process in the endoscope washing tank 16 is generally consistent with that in the endoscope initial washing tank 16, but the endoscope 36 is put into the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope washing tank 16 through the tank body cover 46 by the endoscope cleaning and carrying mechanism, the movement of the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope washing tank 16 is not needed, and the rest cleaning and disinfecting processes can refer to the description of the endoscope initial washing tank 15. After the endoscope 36 is cleaned in the endoscope washing tank 16 for a predetermined time, the endoscope 36 is conveyed to the endoscope drying tank 17 by the endoscope cleaning and conveying mechanism.
After the endoscope 36 enters the groove body cover 46 of the endoscope drying groove 17 and enters the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope drying groove 17, the cleaning controller 5 conducts the steps of leakage detection, communication measurement and the like, and after the results of the leakage detection and the communication measurement are recorded, the endoscope 36 is finally dried by the drying air knife 51, after the drying, the drawer groove 47 of the endoscope drying groove 17 penetrates out of the cleaning machine shell 1 from the endoscope cleaning outlet 4, so that the dried endoscope 36 can be taken out by a worker, the cleaning and disinfecting process of the whole endoscope 36 is completed, the whole process is controlled by the cleaning controller 5, the automation degree is high, and the cleaning and disinfecting process is safe and reliable.
The embodiments of the present invention are disclosed as the preferred embodiments, but not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can easily understand the spirit of the present invention and make various extensions and changes without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The full-automatic endoscope cleaning machine is characterized by comprising an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group for providing a cleaning and disinfecting environment required by an endoscope (36) and a cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism for quickly and adaptively connecting the endoscope (36) and a cleaning and disinfecting tank in the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group, wherein at least one endoscope primary cleaning tank (15), a plurality of endoscope middle cleaning tanks (16) and at least one endoscope drying tank (17) can be formed by utilizing the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank in the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group; a through-leakage-detecting inner cleaning pipeline is connected to any one of the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanisms, and the endoscope (36) which is in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism can be subjected to required leakage detection, through detection and/or inner cleaning through the through-leakage-detecting inner cleaning pipeline;
the endoscope cleaning and transporting device also comprises a primary washing tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism which can convey required cleaning disinfectant into the endoscope primary washing tank (15), a middle washing tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism which can convey required cleaning disinfectant into the endoscope middle washing tank (16), and an endoscope cleaning and transporting mechanism which can transfer an endoscope (36) in cleaning to a required position;
the endoscope primary washing disinfectant can be conveyed into the endoscope primary washing tank (15) through the primary washing tank washing disinfectant conveying mechanism, so that the endoscope primary washing disinfectant in the endoscope primary washing tank (15) can be used for carrying out required soaking primary washing and disinfection on the endoscope (36); the conveying mechanism of the cleaning disinfectant in the middle washing tank can convey the cleaning disinfectant in the endoscope into the washing tank (16) in the endoscope, so that the cleaning disinfectant in the endoscope in the washing tank (16) in the endoscope can be used for carrying out required soaking, cleaning and disinfection on the endoscope (36);
the endoscope cleaning and conveying mechanism can convey the endoscope (36) which is primarily cleaned in the endoscope primary cleaning tank (15) to a required endoscope washing tank (16), and can convey the endoscope (36) which is primarily cleaned in the endoscope washing tank (16) to the endoscope drying tank (17) in sequence so as to dry the endoscope in the endoscope drying tank (17) as required.
2. The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine of claim 1, characterized by: the cleaning machine further comprises a cleaning machine shell (1) capable of accommodating the endoscope cleaning and disinfecting tank group, wherein an endoscope initial cleaning tank (15), an endoscope middle cleaning tank (16) and an endoscope drying tank (17) are sequentially distributed in the cleaning machine shell (1);
the cleaning machine is characterized in that an endoscope cleaning inlet (2) corresponding to the endoscope primary cleaning groove (15) and an endoscope cleaning outlet (4) corresponding to the endoscope drying groove (17) are arranged on the cleaning machine shell (1), the endoscope (15) to be cleaned can be placed in the endoscope primary cleaning groove (15) through the endoscope cleaning inlet (2), and the endoscope (36) dried by the endoscope drying groove (17) is sent out of the cleaning machine shell (1) from the endoscope cleaning outlet (4).

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine of claim 2, characterized by: the cleaning and disinfecting tank comprises a tank body bracket (48), a drawer tank (47) arranged in the tank body bracket (48) and a tank body cover (46) arranged on the tank body bracket (48), wherein the tank body cover (46) is positioned above the drawer tank (47) and can be matched with the drawer tank (47);
when the endoscope primary washing tank (15) or the endoscope drying tank (17) is formed by utilizing the cleaning and disinfecting tank, the drawer tank (47) can move in the tank bracket (48) so that the drawer tank (47) can penetrate out of the shell (1) of the cleaning machine, and therefore the endoscope (36) can be placed in the drawer tank (47) of the endoscope primary washing tank (15) or the dried endoscope (36) can be taken out of the drawer tank (47) of the endoscope drying tank (17).

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 3, characterized in that: a trough body cover and a drying air knife (51) for drying the endoscope (36) are arranged in the trough body cover (46), and the trough body cover (46) can be sealed as required through the trough body cover; the drying air knife (51) is in adaptive connection with a high-pressure fan (55) for providing a drying air source; after the endoscope (36) is initially cleaned, high-pressure air provided by the high-pressure fan (55) can be sprayed out by the drying air knife (51) to dry the endoscope (36) by blowing.

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that: the primary washing tank cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism comprises a primary washing tank hot water filling mechanism capable of filling hot water into a drawer groove (47) of the primary endoscope washing tank (15), a primary washing tank cleaning disinfectant filling mechanism capable of filling cleaning disinfectant into the drawer groove (47) of the primary endoscope washing tank (15), and a primary washing tank high-pressure cold water filling mechanism capable of spraying high-pressure cold water into the drawer groove (47) of the primary endoscope washing tank (15);
the primary washing tank high-pressure cold water filling mechanism comprises a high-pressure cold water pump used for providing high-pressure cold water conveying power and a plurality of high-pressure cold water spray heads (34) arranged in a drawer groove (47) of the endoscope primary washing tank (15), and high-pressure cold water can be sprayed into the drawer groove (47) of the endoscope primary washing tank (15) through the high-pressure cold water pump and the high-pressure cold water spray heads (34).

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 3 or 4, characterized by: the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism comprises a cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body (29) fixedly arranged at the bottom of the drawer tank (47), the through and leakage detecting inner cleaning pipeline is positioned below the bottom of the drawer tank (47), and the through and leakage detecting cleaning pipeline can be in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body (29);
the inner leakage detecting and cleaning pipeline comprises a leakage detecting connecting pipeline for detecting leakage and an inner cleaning detecting and cleaning connecting pipeline for detecting inner cleaning.

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 6, characterized in that: the leakage detection connecting pipeline comprises a connector body leakage detection connecting pipe (33) connected and communicated with the connector body (29) of the cleaning and disinfecting tank, a leakage detection control electromagnetic valve (20) connected with the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe (33) and a leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe (58) which is connected with the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve (20) in an adaptive mode, the leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe (58) can be communicated with the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe (33) through the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve (20), and a gas pressure sensor (30) is arranged on the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe (33).

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 6, characterized in that: the communication inner cleaning connecting pipeline comprises a connector body communication inner cleaning connecting pipe group (32) connected and communicated with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body (29), an inner cleaning connecting pipe group (45) which can be in adaptive connection with the connector body communication inner cleaning connecting pipe group (32) and a communication connecting pipe group (62) which can be in adaptive connection with the connector body communication inner cleaning connecting pipe group (32);
the communication measuring connecting pipe group (62) can be communicated with the leakage measuring and communication measuring air inlet main pipe (58) through a communication measuring control electromagnetic valve (61), and each communication measuring connecting pipe in the communication measuring connecting pipe group (62) is provided with a communication measuring one-way valve (18); the inner cleaning connecting pipe group (45) can be in adaptive connection with the inner cleaning power pipeline through the inner cleaning control electromagnetic valve (31).

The fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 6, characterized in that: the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism also comprises a cleaning and disinfecting load frame which can be in adaptive connection with the endoscope (36) and a load frame joint body (38) which can be in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body (29);
the endoscope (36) can be fixed in a cleaning and disinfecting load frame, the load frame joint body (38) comprises at least one load frame leakage detection connector and a plurality of load frame communication cleaning and disinfecting connectors, an endoscope leakage detection interface (42) of the endoscope (36) can be connected and communicated with the load frame leakage detection connectors on the load frame joint body, and an endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interface (41) of the endoscope (36) can be connected with the load frame communication cleaning and disinfecting connectors in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
after the loading frame joint body (38) is aligned, connected and matched with the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body (29), an endoscope leakage detection interface (42) of the endoscope (36) can be in adaptive connection with a leakage detection connecting pipeline through the loading frame joint body (38) and the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body (29), and an endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interface (41) of the endoscope (36) can be in adaptive connection with a communication inner cleaning connecting pipeline through the loading frame joint body (38) and the cleaning and disinfecting groove joint body (29);
the loading frame joint body (38) is fixedly connected with the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body (29) through a fixing mechanism (63), the fixing mechanism (63) comprises a connecting plate (631) and an L-shaped fixing plate (632), the connecting plate (631) is fixed on the load frame joint body (38), the L-shaped fixing plate (632) is fixedly arranged on the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body (29), the connecting plate (631) is provided with a locking hole (633), and a locking rod (634) is movably inserted in the locking hole (633), the locking rod (634) is movably inserted on the L-shaped fixing plate (632), and the locking rod (634) is wound and connected with a return spring (635), two ends of the return spring (635) are respectively fixedly connected on the side wall of the locking rod (634) and the side wall of the L-shaped fixing plate (632), one end of the locking rod (634) outside the locking hole (633) is fixedly connected with a drawing plate (636).

when the load frame joint body (38) and the cleaning and disinfecting load frame where the load frame joint body (38) is located are transferred into a washing tank (16) in an endoscope or a drying tank (17) of the endoscope, the suction joint motion driving mechanism can align and match the load frame joint body (38) which is mutually attracted with the suction joint body (14) with the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body (29) in the washing tank (16) in the endoscope or the drying tank (17) of the endoscope through the suction joint body (14), and after the load frame joint body (38) is aligned, connected and matched with the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body (29), the suction joint body (14) and the load frame joint body (38) are mutually separated.
