the endoscope 36 is arranged in the cleaning and disinfecting tank and is in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism, and after the endoscope 36 is arranged in the cleaning and disinfecting tank and is in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism, gas required for leakage detection and communication detection of the endoscope 36 and cleaning and disinfecting liquid required for cleaning the inside of the endoscope 36 can be provided through the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism through the inner cleaning pipeline; the required cleaning disinfectant is conveyed into the cleaning disinfectant tank by the cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism, so that the endoscope 36 can be soaked, cleaned and disinfected by the conveyed cleaning disinfectant.
Specifically, the endoscope 36 may be in a conventional form, that is, the conventional endoscope 36 may be cleaned and sterilized as needed, and during cleaning and sterilization, a cleaning and sterilizing tank may be used to provide a desired cleaning and sterilizing environment; the cleaning and disinfecting environment is specifically a state that can provide the cleaning and disinfecting requirements for the endoscope 36, such as containing cleaning and disinfecting liquid, and is specifically related to the cleaning and disinfecting requirements, which will be described in detail below. In specific implementation, the cleaning disinfectant can be delivered into the cleaning and disinfecting tank by the cleaning disinfectant delivery mechanism, and the type of the cleaning disinfectant is related to the requirement for specific cleaning of the endoscope 36, which is well known to those skilled in the art and is not described herein again; the endoscope 36 can be quickly placed in a required position in the cleaning and disinfecting tank through the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism, and preparation is made for subsequent leak detection, dredging detection, inner cleaning and soaking cleaning.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inner cleaning pipeline for leakage detection and communication can be in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfection quick connecting mechanism, and the gas required for leakage detection and communication detection of the endoscope 36 and the cleaning and disinfection liquid required for cleaning in the endoscope 36 can be provided through the inner cleaning pipeline for leakage detection and communication detection and the cleaning and disinfection quick connecting mechanism; the required cleaning disinfectant is conveyed into the cleaning disinfectant tank by the cleaning disinfectant conveying mechanism, so that the endoscope 36 can be soaked, cleaned and disinfected by the conveyed cleaning disinfectant.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the cleaning and disinfecting tank includes a tank body support 3, a drawer tank 2 arranged in the tank body support 3, and a tank body cover 1 arranged on the tank body support 3, wherein the tank body cover 1 is located above the drawer tank 2 and can be adapted to the drawer tank 2;
a trough body cover and a drying air knife 6 for drying the endoscope 36 are arranged in the trough body cover 1, the trough body cover 1 can be sealed as required, and after the endoscope 36 is cleaned, the endoscope 36 can be dried by blowing air through the drying air knife 6.
In the embodiment of the invention, the drawer groove 2 can be accommodated in the groove body support 3, the groove body cover 1 is supported at the upper end part of the groove body support 3, the groove body cover 1 is matched with the drawer groove 2, specifically, the shape, size and the like of the groove body cover 1 are consistent with or similar to those of the drawer groove 2, and a cover body can be formed above the drawer groove 2. Specifically, the endoscope 36 is mainly cleaned in the drawer groove 2, and the endoscope 36 also needs to be placed in the drawer groove 2 during cleaning, so that the endoscope 36 can be tested, cleaned, and soaked, cleaned and disinfected in the drawer groove 2. In addition, through cell body cover 1 and drawer groove 2 cooperation, can satisfy other corresponding operations.

Further, the drawer trough 2 can be moved in the trough body support 3, so that the endoscope 36 can be placed directly in the drawer trough 2 or in the drawer trough 2 via the trough body cover 1.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the drawer groove 2 can move in the groove body support 3, that is, the drawer groove 2 can form a matching form of a drawer state after moving in the groove body support 3, which is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again. After the drawer groove 2 can move in the groove body bracket 3, the drawer groove 2 can be opened, so that the endoscope 36 can be directly placed in the drawer groove 2, or the endoscope 36 is placed in the drawer groove 2 through the groove body cover 1; no matter the endoscope 36 is directly placed in the drawer groove 2 or placed in the drawer groove 2 through the groove body cover 1, the endoscope 36 can be in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfecting quick connecting mechanism. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the drawer trough 2 being moved from the trough body support 3, the drawer trough 2 being in an open state.

Further, the cell body cover includes upper cover body 5 that can seal cell body cover 1 upper portion and can seal lower lid 7 of cell body cover 1 lower part, dry air knife 6 is located between upper cover body 5 and the lower lid 7, dry air knife 6 can be in cell body cover 1 internal motion, dry air knife 6 and the high pressure positive blower 10 adapter coupling that is used for providing dry air supply.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the chute body cover includes an upper cover body 5 and a lower cover body 7, wherein the upper cover body 5 is located above the lower cover body 7, the drying air knife 6 is located between the upper cover body 5 and the lower cover body 7, the upper cover body 5, the lower cover body 7 and the drying air knife 6 move in the chute body cover 1 in an electrically driven manner, and the specific movement manner of the upper cover body 5, the lower cover body 7 and the drying air knife 6 in the chute body cover 1 may be in the form of a conventional electric rolling door or electric window curtain, which is known to those skilled in the art, and is not described herein again. Generally, when the lower cover 7 is in an open state, the endoscope 36 is not affected to be placed in the drawer groove 2, the lower cover 7 can be used for preventing cleaning liquid from splashing into the groove body cover 1 in the cleaning process of the endoscope 36, when the endoscope 36 needs to be dried by blowing, the lower cover 7 needs to be in a contraction closed state, the upper cover 5 needs to be in an open state, and at this time, the endoscope 36 in the drawer groove 2 can be dried by using the drying air knife 6.
The high-pressure fan 10 can specifically adopt the existing common form, the high-pressure fan 10 can provide the required high-pressure gas, the high-pressure fan 10 is connected with the drying air knife 6 through the air knife connecting pipe 9, the high-pressure gas generated by the high-pressure fan 10 enters the drying air knife 6 through the air knife connecting pipe 9, so that the high-pressure gas can be sprayed out through the drying air knife 6, and the endoscope 36 can be dried by utilizing the sprayed high-pressure gas. The high-pressure gas can be ejected through the drying air knife 6 by the conventional technical means in the technical field, and the specific implementation manner is well known to those skilled in the art and is not described herein again.

In the embodiment of the invention, hot water can be filled into the drawer groove 2 through the hot water filling mechanism, required disinfectant liquid can be filled into the drawer groove 2 through the cleaning disinfectant liquid filling mechanism, and required high-pressure cold water can be sprayed into the drawer groove 2 through the high-pressure cold water filling mechanism. Specifically, the hot water filling mechanism includes a hot water pump 22 and a hot water pump connecting pipe 23 connected to a liquid outlet of the hot water pump 22, and the hot water pump connecting pipe 23 is connected and communicated with the drawer slot 2, so that the hot water pump 22 can pump the required hot water into the drawer slot 2 through the hot water pump connecting pipe 23. The cleaning and disinfecting liquid filling mechanism comprises a cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine pump 21 and a cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine connecting pipe 24 connected with the cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine pump 21, the cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine connecting pipe 24 is further connected and communicated with the drawer groove 2, the required cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine can be pumped into the drawer groove 2 through the cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine pump 21 and the cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine connecting pipe 24, the cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine pump 21 can specifically adopt the existing common form, the pumped cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine can be specifically determined according to the cleaning and disinfecting requirements of the endoscope 36, the cleaning and disinfecting liquid medicine pump is specifically known by persons in the technical field, and the description is omitted here. Typically, the hot water pump connection 23 and the sanitizer connection 24 are flexible so as not to interfere with the pumping of hot water and/or sanitizer during movement of the drawer basin 2 within the basin support 3.
The high-pressure cold water filling mechanism is provided with pumping power by a high-pressure cold water pump, a plurality of high-pressure cold water spray nozzles 34 are arranged in the tank body cover 1, and the high-pressure cold water spray nozzles 34 can be uniformly distributed in the tank body cover 1. The high-pressure cold water spray head 34 is connected with a cold water pipe 25, a liquid flowmeter 26 is arranged on the cold water pipe 25, and the cold water pipe 25 is connected and communicated with a high-pressure cold water pump. After the high-pressure cold water spray head 34 sprays high-pressure cold water at high pressure, the sprayed high-pressure cold water can be directly sprayed on the surface of the endoscope 36, and the surface of the endoscope 36 can be cleaned. The high-pressure cold water spray head 34, the liquid flow meter 26 and the high-pressure cold water pump can all adopt the conventional forms, and are selected according to the needs, and are not described herein again.
Further, the cleaning and disinfection quick connection mechanism comprises a cleaning and disinfection tank connector body 29 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the drawer tank 2, the through and leakage detection inner cleaning pipeline is positioned below the bottom of the drawer tank 2, and the through and leakage detection cleaning pipeline can be in adaptive connection with the cleaning and disinfection tank connector body 29;
the inner leakage detecting and cleaning pipeline comprises a leakage detecting connecting pipeline for detecting leakage and an inner cleaning detecting and cleaning connecting pipeline for detecting inner cleaning.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 comprises a cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 is in a block shape, the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 is arranged at the bottom of the drawer tank 2, wherein one part of the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 is positioned in the drawer tank 2, the other part of the cleaning and disinfecting layer joint body 29 is positioned outside the bottom of the drawer tank 2, the part of the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 positioned in the drawer tank 2 can be conveniently and adaptively connected with the endoscope 36, and the part of the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 positioned outside the bottom of the drawer tank 2 can be conveniently connected with the inner cleaning pipeline for leak detection and detection.
In specific implementation, the inner cleaning pipeline for leak detection and through detection is positioned below the bottom of the drawer groove 2, namely positioned outside the drawer groove 2, so that the endoscope 36 is not influenced to be arranged in the drawer groove 2; the inner leakage detecting and through cleaning pipeline comprises a leakage detecting connecting pipeline used for detecting leakage and an inner through cleaning connecting pipeline used for detecting through cleaning.
Further, the leakage detection connecting pipeline comprises a connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 connected and communicated with the cleaning and disinfection groove connector body 29, a leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20 connected with the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 and a leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe 13 which can be in adaptive connection with the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20, the leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe 13 can be communicated with the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 through the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20, and a gas pressure sensor 30 is arranged on the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33.
In the embodiment of the invention, one end of the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 is connected and communicated with the cleaning and disinfection groove connector body 29, the other end of the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 is connected with the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20, and the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20 can be connected with the leakage detection and ventilation air inlet main pipe 13 through the leakage detection connecting pipe 15. The gas pressure sensor 30 is arranged on the joint body leakage detection connecting pipe 33, and the gas pressure sensor 30 and the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20 can adopt the existing common form and can be specifically selected according to actual requirements. When the endoscope 36 needs to be subjected to leakage detection, the leakage detection control electromagnetic valve 20 needs to be in an open state, and then leaked gas is loaded into the endoscope 36 through the leakage detection and communication air inlet main pipe 13, the leakage detection connecting pipe 15, the connector body leakage detection connecting pipe 33 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29; after the leak detection gas is loaded, the gas pressure sensor 30 is used for monitoring a specific gas pressure value, when the gas pressure monitored by the gas pressure sensor 30 is smaller than a set gas pressure value, the gas leakage condition is considered to exist, otherwise, the gas leakage condition can be judged to be normal. The specific implementation standard for leak detection and judgment of the endoscope 36 may be the same as the existing standard, and is specifically selected and determined according to the needs, which is not described herein again.
Further, the through-measuring inner-cleaning connection pipeline comprises a connector through-measuring inner-cleaning connection pipe group 32 connected and communicated with the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, an inner-cleaning connection pipe group 45 capable of being in adaptive connection with the connector through-measuring inner-cleaning connection pipe group 32, and a through-measuring connection pipe group 17 capable of being in adaptive connection with the connector through-measuring inner-cleaning connection pipe group 32;
the through-measuring connecting pipe group 17 can be communicated with the leakage-measuring and through-measuring air inlet main pipe 13 through a through-measuring control electromagnetic valve 16, and each through-measuring connecting pipe in the through-measuring connecting pipe group 17 is provided with a through-measuring one-way valve 18; the inner cleaning connecting pipe group 45 can be connected with the inner cleaning power pipeline in a matching way through the inner cleaning control electromagnetic valve 31.
In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the connector body through internal cleaning connection tube group 32 is connected to the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29, the connector body through internal cleaning connection tube group 32 has a plurality of connector body through internal cleaning connection tubes therein, the number of the connector body through internal cleaning connection tubes in the connector body through internal cleaning connection tube group 32 is not less than the number of the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting ports 41 of the endoscope 36, and generally, the connector body through internal cleaning connection tubes can be connected to the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting ports 41 of the endoscope 36 through the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
When the endoscope 36 is communicated, the air is required to be utilized for communication, and when the endoscope 36 is cleaned internally, the cleaning disinfectant in the drawer tank 2 can be generally utilized; therefore, in order to enable the through-flow and the internal cleaning, the joint body through-inner-cleaning connection tube group 32 can be respectively connected to the internal-cleaning connection tube group 45 and the through-measurement connection tube group 17 by the through-cleaning connection tee joint group. In general, the number of inner cleaning connection pipes in the inner cleaning connection pipe group 45 and the number of through connection pipes in the through connection pipe group 17 are the same as the number of joint body through inner cleaning connection pipes in the joint body through inner cleaning connection pipe group 32. The number of the through-measuring cleaning connecting tee joints in the through-measuring cleaning connecting tee joint group is consistent with the number of the through-measuring cleaning connecting pipes in the connector body through-measuring inner cleaning connecting pipe group 32, so that the through-measuring inner cleaning connecting pipe in the connector body is respectively in adaptive connection with an inner cleaning connecting pipe and a through-measuring connecting tee joint 43.

In the embodiment of the invention, the drain pipe 27 is arranged at the bottom of the drawer groove 2, the drain pipe 27 is connected and communicated with the drawer groove 2, the drain control electromagnetic valve 28 is arranged on the drain pipe 27, so that the drain state of the drain pipe 27 can be controlled through the drain control electromagnetic valve 28, and the liquid in the drawer groove 2 can be discharged through the drain pipe 27. The liquid outlet of the automatic circulating pump 12 is in adaptive connection with the inner cleaning control electromagnetic valve 31 through the inner cleaning power second connecting pipeline 14, the liquid inlet of the automatic circulating pump 12 is in adaptive connection with the liquid discharge pipe 27 arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the drawer groove 2 through the inner cleaning power first connecting pipeline 11, and the joint part of the inner cleaning power first connecting pipeline 11 and the liquid discharge pipe 27 is located between the liquid discharge control electromagnetic valve 28 and the bottom of the drawer groove 2.
When the endoscope 36 needs to be cleaned internally, the automatic circulation pump 12 draws liquid from the liquid discharge pipe 27 through the internal cleaning power first connecting pipe 11, and then enters the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 41 of the endoscope 36 through the internal cleaning power second connecting pipe 14, the internal cleaning control electromagnetic valve 31, the internal cleaning connecting pipe group 45, the connector body through internal cleaning connecting pipe group 32 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank connector body 29 to realize the required internal cleaning. The liquid cleaned in can be returned to the drawer tub 2 again.
The automatic circulation pump 12 and the liquid discharge control solenoid valve 28 may both adopt conventional forms, and may be specifically selected according to actual needs, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, further comprising a wash and disinfect load frame that is capable of mating with endoscope 36, and a load frame coupler body 38 that is capable of mating with the wash and disinfect slot coupler body;
the load frame joint body 38 comprises at least one load frame leak detection connector and a plurality of load frame communication cleaning and disinfection connectors, an endoscope leak detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 can be connected and communicated with the load frame leak detection connectors on the load frame joint body, and an endoscope communication cleaning and disinfection interface 41 of the endoscope 36 can be correspondingly connected with the load frame communication cleaning and disinfection connectors one by one;
after the loading frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 are aligned, connected and matched, the endoscope leakage detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 can be in adaptive connection with the leakage detection connecting pipeline through the loading frame joint body 38 and the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29, and the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 41 of the endoscope 36 can be in adaptive connection with the through inner cleaning connecting pipeline.
Generally, the endoscope 36 includes at least one endoscope leak detection interface 42 and at least one endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interface 41, and the specific number of the endoscope communication cleaning and disinfecting interfaces 41 and the endoscope leak detection interfaces 42 on the endoscope 36 is related to the type of the selected endoscope 36, and is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein again.
As can be seen from the above description, the leak detection gas is delivered to the endoscope leak detection joint 42 of the endoscope 36 through the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 by the leak detection connecting pipeline, and the gas to be detected or the cleaning and disinfecting liquid required for internal cleaning can be loaded to the endoscope leak detection cleaning and disinfecting interface 41 in the endoscope 36 through the cleaning and disinfecting tank joint body 29 by the through-detection internal cleaning connecting pipeline, so that the manner of specifically achieving leak detection, through detection and internal cleaning can be referred to the above description, which is well known to those skilled in the art, and is not described herein again.
In order to quickly implement the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope 36, in the embodiment of the present invention, the endoscope 36 to be cleaned and disinfected needs to be fixedly stored in the cleaning and disinfection load frame, that is, the endoscope 36 is fixed with the cleaning and disinfection load frame, and the endoscope 36 is further matched with the load frame connector body 38 in the cleaning and disinfection load frame, where the matching of the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector body 38 at least includes: the endoscope leak detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 can be connected and communicated with the load frame leak detection connector on the load frame connector body 38, and the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 28 of the endoscope 36 can be connected and communicated with the load frame through cleaning and disinfecting connector. During the cleaning and sterilization of the endoscope 36, it is desirable to maintain the connection between the endoscope 36 and the load frame adapter body 38.

In order to facilitate the transfer of the endoscope 36 during the cleaning process, the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector body 38 can be fixedly received by the load frame, i.e., the load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame connector body 38 form an integral structure. When the cleaned and disinfected endoscope 36 needs to be transported, the load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame joint body 38 can be transported synchronously, so that the load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame joint body 29 in the drawer groove 2 in the subsequent process can be conveniently and correspondingly connected and matched, and the efficiency and the reliability of connection and matching are improved.
Further, the cleaning and disinfecting load frame comprises a connector body receiving frame 37 for receiving the connector body 38 of the load frame and a main frame body 35 which is in fit connection with the connector body receiving frame 37, the connector body receiving frame 37 is positioned in the central area of the main frame body 35, the endoscope 36 is fixedly received in the main frame body 35, the load frame connector body 38 can be placed in the connector body receiving frame 37, and the load frame connector body 38 is fixed with the connector body receiving frame 37.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main frame body 35 is in a cover body shape, the joint body accommodating frame 37 is in a hollow cylindrical structure, the bottom of the joint body accommodating frame 37 is correspondingly connected with the bottom of the main frame body 35, and the whole cleaning and disinfecting load frame is also in a hollow structure, so that when the endoscope 36 is fixedly accommodated in the cleaning and disinfecting load frame, the whole cleaning and disinfecting load frame, the endoscope 36 and the load frame joint body 38 can be conveniently and synchronously transferred, and liquid is prevented from being brought out in the transferring process and pollution caused by the liquid is avoided.
In a specific implementation, the endoscope 36 is bound in the main frame body 35, wherein the endoscope 36 may be bound and fixed on the main frame body 35 by a wire body or the like. An endoscope leakage detection interface 42 of the endoscope 36 is connected with a load frame leakage detection connector on the load frame connector body 38 through an endoscope leakage detection connecting pipe 40; the endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 28 of the endoscope 36 is connected with the load frame through cleaning and disinfecting connector on the load frame connector body 38 through an endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting connecting pipe 39. Of course, when a plurality of endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interfaces 28 are present on the endoscope 36, each endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting interface 28 is connected with the load-frame through cleaning and disinfecting connectors on the load-frame connector body 38 through an endoscope through cleaning and disinfecting connecting pipe 39 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
As shown in fig. 1, 10 and 10, in the using process of the drying air knife 6, the high pressure fan 10 works to transmit air into the turbine 461 through the second air transmission pipe 469, and then the air is input into the air knife connecting pipe 9 through the first air transmission pipe 468, so as to realize air intake in the drying air knife 6, the drying air knife 6 performs drying processing, the rotating disc 462 is driven to rotate in the air transmission process in the turbine 461, the rotating connecting rod 465 is driven to perform circular arc turnover around the fixed shaft 464 under the cooperation of the fixed column 463 and the first through groove 466, and the guide block 801 is driven to move in the air knife guide groove 8 under the cooperation of the second through groove 467 and the air knife connecting pipe 9 in the rotation process of the rotating connecting rod 465, so as to drive the drying air knife 6 to move on the groove body, thereby realizing comprehensive drying processing.
In addition, a temperature sensor 19 is required to be arranged on the drawer groove 2, and the temperature of the liquid in the drawer groove 2 can be acquired through the temperature sensor 19. Of course, can also set up the level sensor who is used for gathering liquid level state in the drawer groove 2 and can realize the overflow sensor that the overflow detected, can ensure through level sensor and overflow sensor that proper amount liquid in the drawer groove 2 in vivo can guarantee to realize soaking formula cleaning and disinfecting to endoscope 36, can avoid the too much overflow of liquid to lead to site environment's pollution again. The temperature measuring sensor 19, the liquid level sensor and the overflow sensor can all adopt the existing common forms, and can be selected specifically according to the needs, and are not described herein again.
