As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foil, including a stand 101, a primary color-coating assembly 102, and a secondary color-coating assembly 103; the primary color coating assembly 102 comprises a first upper roller 104, a first lower roller 105 and a first color pool 106, wherein the first upper roller 104 and the first lower roller 105 are arranged in parallel, the first upper roller 104 is positioned right above the first lower roller 105, the first upper roller 104 is horizontally arranged, the first color pool 106 is positioned right below the first lower roller 105, and the middle lower part of the first lower roller 105 is immersed in the color pool; the secondary pigment coating assembly 103 comprises a second upper roller 107, a second lower roller 108 and a second pigment pool 109, wherein the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108 are arranged in parallel, the second upper roller 107 is positioned right above the second lower roller 108, the second upper roller 107 is horizontally arranged, the second pigment pool 109 is positioned right below the second lower roller 108, and the middle lower part of the second lower roller 108 is immersed in pigment in the pigment pool; the first upper roller 104 is parallel to the second upper roller 107, the height of the lower surface of the first upper roller 104 is equal to that of the lower surface of the second upper roller 107, and the distance between the lower surface of the first upper roller 104 and the upper surface of the first lower roller 105 is smaller than that between the lower surface of the second upper roller 107 and the upper surface of the second lower roller 108; the first upper roller 104, the second upper roller 107, the first lower roller 105 and the second lower roller 108 are respectively rotatably connected with the bracket 101, and the second lower roller 108 can move up and down relative to the bracket 101.
In the roll coater for high-performance single-color fabric foil provided in this embodiment, in the working process, the substrate (the film before the pigment is coated) passes through the gap between the first upper roller 104 and the lower roller, the first lower roller 105 coats the pigment in the first pigment pool 106 onto the lower surface of the substrate, the thickness of the pigment coated on the lower surface of the substrate by the first lower roller 105 is half of the preset thickness (the total thickness of the pigment layer required to be coated on the lower surface of the substrate), for convenience of description, the pigment layer coated for the first time is called as the first pigment layer 143, since the thickness of the first pigment layer 143 is smaller than the preset thickness, the drying efficiency of the first pigment layer 143 is improved in the conveying process after the first pigment layer 143 is coated, the substrate is conveyed between the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108 after the first pigment layer 143 is dried, the pigment in the second lower roller 108 coats the pigment in the second pigment pool 109 onto the lower surface of the first pigment layer 143 to form the second pigment layer 144, and the whole drying efficiency is obviously improved though the whole drying efficiency is increased through the two-step coating. After the preset thickness is changed, the distance between the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108 is changed by adjusting the second lower roller 108 up and down, so that the thickness of the second color material layer 144 is changed, and finally the total thickness of the color material layer is changed, so that the thickness of the coated color material layer reaches the preset thickness.
In some embodiments, the stand 101 includes a bottom plate 110, a first side plate 111 and a second side plate 112, the bottom plate 110 is horizontally disposed, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are vertically disposed, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are parallel, the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108 are located between the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112, one end of the second upper roller 107 is rotatably connected with the first side plate 111, the other end of the second upper roller 107 is rotatably connected with the second side plate 112, the high-performance single-color fabric foil roll coater further includes a first height adjusting assembly 113 and a second height adjusting assembly 114, a first slideway 115 is disposed on the first side plate 111, a second slideway 116 is disposed on the second side plate 112, the first height adjusting assembly 113 is disposed in the first slideway 115, the second height adjusting assembly 114 is disposed in the second slideway 116, one end of the second lower roller 108 is connected with the first height adjusting assembly 113, the other end of the second lower roller 108 is connected with the second height adjusting assembly 114, and the first height adjusting assembly 113 and the second height adjusting assembly 108 are respectively used for adjusting two ends of the second lower roller 114.
In some embodiments, the first height adjustment assembly 113 includes a first elastic pad 117, a first bearing seat 118, a first longitudinal slide 119 and a first lateral slide 120, the first elastic pad 117, the first bearing seat 118, the first longitudinal slide 119 and the first lateral slide 120 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the first elastic pad 117, the first bearing seat 118, the first longitudinal slide 119 and the first lateral slide 120 are located in the first slideway 115, an upper surface of the first elastic pad 117 is press-fit with a top surface of the first slideway 115, a lower surface of the first elastic pad 117 is press-fit with an upper surface of the first bearing seat 118, a lower surface of the first bearing seat 118 is press-fit with an upper surface of the first longitudinal slide 119, a lower surface of the first longitudinal slide 119 is press-fit with an upper surface of the first lateral slide 120, and a lower surface of the first lateral slide 120 is press-fit with a bottom surface of the first slideway 115; the side surface of the first bearing seat 118 is in sliding connection with the side surface of the first slideway 115 along the vertical direction, the side surface of the first longitudinal sliding block 119 is in sliding connection with the side surface of the first slideway 115 along the vertical direction, and the first transverse sliding block 120 is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the first slideway 115 along the direction parallel to the second lower roller 108; one end of the second lower roller 108 is rotatably connected with the first bearing seat 118; the lower surface of the first longitudinal sliding block 119 and the upper surface of the first transverse sliding block 120 are inclined surfaces, and the first transverse sliding block 120 can push the first longitudinal sliding block 119 upwards or put the first longitudinal sliding block 119 downwards after sliding along the direction parallel to the second lower roller 108.
In some embodiments, the second height adjustment assembly 114 includes a second elastic pad 121, a second bearing block 122, a second longitudinal slide 123, and a second lateral slide 124, the second elastic pad 121, the second bearing block 122, the second longitudinal slide 123, and the second lateral slide 124 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the second elastic pad 121, the second bearing block 122, the second longitudinal slide 123, and the second lateral slide 124 are located in the second slide 116, an upper surface of the second elastic pad 121 is press-fitted with a top surface of the second slide 116, a lower surface of the second elastic pad 121 is press-fitted with an upper surface of the second bearing block 122, a lower surface of the second bearing block 122 is press-fitted with an upper surface of the second longitudinal slide 123, and a lower surface of the second lateral slide 124 is press-fitted with a bottom surface of the second slide 116; the side surface of the second bearing seat 122 is in sliding connection with the side surface of the second slideway 116 along the vertical direction, the side surface of the second longitudinal sliding block 123 is in sliding connection with the side surface of the second slideway 116 along the vertical direction, and the second transverse sliding block 124 is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the second slideway 116 along the direction parallel to the second lower roller 108; one end of the second lower roller 108, which is close to the second slideway 116, is rotationally connected with a second bearing seat 122; the lower surface of the second longitudinal sliding block 123 and the upper surface of the second transverse sliding block 124 are inclined surfaces, and the second transverse sliding block 124 can push the second longitudinal sliding block 123 upwards or put the second longitudinal sliding block 123 downwards after sliding along the direction parallel to the second lower roller 108.
In some embodiments, the high-performance single-color fabric foil roll coater further comprises a screw 125 and a screwing block 126, wherein the screw 125 is located right below the second lower roller 108, the screw 125 is parallel to the second lower roller 108, the screw 125 is located between the first slide 115 and the second slide 116, one end of the screw 125 is in threaded connection with the first transverse slide 120, the other end of the screw 125 is in threaded connection with the second transverse slide 124, the screwing block 126 is fixedly connected with the screw 125, and the screwing block 126 is located at an intermediate position between the first slide 115 and the second slide 116.
In some embodiments, an angle indicating disc 127 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 110, the angle indicating disc 127 is vertically arranged, an angle pointer 128 is fixedly connected to one end of the screwing block 126 close to the angle indicating disc 127, an angle scale line is arranged on one surface of the angle indicating disc 127 close to the screwing block 126, and the angle indicating disc 127 is arranged close to the angle pointer 128.
In some embodiments, the high performance single color web foil roll coater further comprises a first motor 129 and a first drive assembly, the first motor 129 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 110, the first motor 129 is located on a side of the second side plate 112 remote from the first side plate 111, the first drive assembly comprises a first driving pulley 130, a first driven pulley 131, a first drive belt 132, a first driving gear 133 and a first driven gear 134; the first upper roller 104 and the first lower roller 105 are positioned between the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112, one end of the first upper roller 104 is rotationally connected with the first side plate 111, the other end of the first upper roller 104 is rotationally connected with the second side plate 112, one end of the first lower roller 105 is rotationally connected with the first side plate 111, and the other end of the first lower roller 105 is rotationally connected with the second side plate 112; the first driving pulley 130 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the first motor 129, the first driven pulley 131 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the first upper roller 104, the first driving belt 132 is wound on the first driving pulley 130 and the first driven pulley 131, the first driving gear 133 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the first upper roller 104, the first driven gear 134 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the first lower roller 105, and the first driving gear 133 is meshed and in transmission connection with the first driven gear 134.
In some embodiments, the high performance single color web foil roll coater further comprises a second motor 135 and a second drive assembly, the second motor 135 being fixedly connected to the bottom plate 110, the second motor 135 being located on a side of the second side plate 112 remote from the first side plate 111, the second drive assembly comprising a second drive pulley 136, a second driven pulley 137, a second drive belt 138, a second drive gear 139, and a second driven gear 140; the second driving pulley 136 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the second motor 135, the second driven pulley 137 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second upper roller 107, the second driving belt 138 is wound on the second driving pulley 136 and the second driven pulley 137, the second driving gear 139 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second upper roller 107, the second driven gear 140 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second lower roller 108, and the second driving gear 139 is meshed and in transmission connection with the second driven gear 140.
In some embodiments, the high performance single color web foil roll coater further comprises a first blower 141, the first blower 141 being below the upper surface of the second lower roll 108, the first blower 141 having an air outlet facing vertically upwards, the first blower 141 being located between the first lower roll 105 and the second lower roll 108.
In some embodiments, the high performance single color web foil roll coater further includes a second blower 142, the second blower 142 being below the upper surface of the second lower roll 108, the second blower 142 having an air outlet facing vertically upward, the second blower 142 being located on a side of the second lower roll 108 remote from the first lower roll 105.
The high-performance single-color fabric foil coil coater provided by the embodiment rotates the screwing block 126, so that the screw 125 synchronously drives the two height adjusting assemblies to respectively adjust the heights of the two ends of the second lower roller 108, and the distance between the lower surface of the second upper roller 107 and the upper surface of the second lower roller 108 is changed, thereby changing the thickness of the color material layer coated on the lower surface of the substrate, firstly coating the first color material layer 143, drying the first color material layer 143, then coating the second color material layer 144, drying the second color material layer 144, and improving the integral drying efficiency of the color material layer. The second lower roller 108 is convenient to adjust, compact in structure and stable in operation, and the screwing angle of the screwing block 126 can be accurately observed through the angle indicating disc 127 and the angle pointer 128, so that the distance for adjusting the second lower roller 108 is indirectly judged.
The elastic cushion block in the embodiment adopts an elastic rubber block.

1. A high-performance single-color roll coater for fabric foil is characterized by comprising a bracket, a primary pigment coating component and a secondary pigment coating component;
the first-stage pigment coating assembly comprises a first upper roller, a first lower roller and a first pigment pool, wherein the first upper roller and the first lower roller are arranged in parallel, the first upper roller is positioned right above the first lower roller, the first upper roller is horizontally arranged, the first pigment pool is positioned right below the first lower roller, and the middle lower part of the first lower roller is immersed in pigment in the first pigment pool;
the secondary pigment coating assembly comprises a second upper roller, a second lower roller and a second pigment pool, wherein the second upper roller and the second lower roller are arranged in parallel, the second upper roller is positioned right above the second lower roller, the second upper roller is horizontally arranged, the second pigment pool is positioned right below the second lower roller, and the middle lower part of the second lower roller is immersed in pigment in the second pigment pool;
the first upper roller is parallel to the second upper roller, the height of the lower surface of the first upper roller is equal to that of the lower surface of the second upper roller, and the distance between the lower surface of the first upper roller and the upper surface of the first lower roller is smaller than that between the lower surface of the second upper roller and the upper surface of the second lower roller;
the first upper roller, the second upper roller, the first lower roller and the second lower roller are respectively and rotatably connected with the bracket, and the second lower roller can move up and down relative to the bracket;
the high-performance single-color fabric foil roll coater further comprises a first blower, wherein the first blower is lower than the upper surface of the second lower roller, an air outlet of the first blower is vertically upwards, and the first blower is positioned between the first lower roller and the second lower roller;
the high-performance single-color fabric foil roll coater further comprises a second blower, wherein the second blower is lower than the upper surface of the second lower roller, an air outlet of the second blower is vertically upwards, and the second blower is positioned at one side, far away from the first lower roller, of the second lower roller;
the support comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, wherein the bottom plate is horizontally arranged, the first side plate and the second side plate are vertically arranged, the first side plate and the second side plate are parallel, the second upper roller and the second lower roller are positioned between the first side plate and the second side plate, one end of the second upper roller is rotationally connected with the first side plate, the other end of the second upper roller is rotationally connected with the second side plate, the high-performance single-color fabric foil coating machine further comprises a first height adjusting component and a second height adjusting component, a first slide way is arranged on the first side plate, a second slide way is arranged on the second side plate, the first height adjusting component is arranged in the first slide way, the second height adjusting component is arranged in the second slide way, one end of the second lower roller is connected with the first height adjusting component, the other end of the second lower roller is rotationally connected with the second height adjusting component, and the first height adjusting component and the second height adjusting component are respectively higher than the second height adjusting component and the second roller;
the first height adjusting assembly comprises a first elastic cushion block, a first bearing seat, a first longitudinal sliding block and a first transverse sliding block, wherein the first elastic cushion block, the first bearing seat, the first longitudinal sliding block and the first transverse sliding block are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the first elastic cushion block, the first bearing seat, the first longitudinal sliding block and the first transverse sliding block are positioned in the first slideway, the upper surface of the first elastic cushion block is in compression fit with the top surface of the first slideway, the lower surface of the first elastic cushion block is in compression fit with the upper surface of the first bearing seat, the lower surface of the first bearing seat is in compression fit with the upper surface of the first longitudinal sliding block, the lower surface of the first longitudinal sliding block is in compression fit with the upper surface of the first transverse sliding block, and the lower surface of the first transverse sliding block is in compression fit with the bottom surface of the first slideway;
the side surface of the first bearing seat is in sliding connection with the side surface of the first slideway along the vertical direction, the side surface of the first longitudinal sliding block is in sliding connection with the side surface of the first slideway along the vertical direction, and the first transverse sliding block is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the first slideway along the direction parallel to the second lower roller;
one end of the second lower roller is rotationally connected with the first bearing seat;
the lower surface of the first longitudinal sliding block and the upper surface of the first transverse sliding block are inclined planes, and the first transverse sliding block can push the first longitudinal sliding block upwards or put the first longitudinal sliding block downwards after sliding along the direction parallel to the second lower roller.

The roll coater for high-performance single-color fabric foil according to claim 1, wherein the second height adjusting assembly comprises a second elastic pad, a second bearing block, a second longitudinal slide block and a second transverse slide block, the second elastic pad, the second bearing block, the second longitudinal slide block and the second transverse slide block are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the second elastic pad, the second bearing block, the second longitudinal slide block and the second transverse slide block are positioned in the second slideway, the upper surface of the second elastic pad is in press fit with the top surface of the second slideway, the lower surface of the second elastic pad is in press fit with the upper surface of the second bearing block, the lower surface of the second bearing block is in press fit with the upper surface of the second longitudinal slide block, and the lower surface of the second longitudinal slide block is in press fit with the upper surface of the second transverse slide block;
the side surface of the second bearing is in sliding connection with the side surface of the second slideway in the vertical direction, the side surface of the second longitudinal sliding block is in sliding connection with the side surface of the second slideway in the vertical direction, and the second transverse sliding block is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the second slideway in the direction parallel to the second lower roller;
one end of the second lower roller, which is close to the second slideway, is rotationally connected with the second bearing;
the lower surface of the second longitudinal sliding block and the upper surface of the second transverse sliding block are inclined planes, and the second transverse sliding block can push the second longitudinal sliding block upwards or put the second longitudinal sliding block downwards after sliding along the direction parallel to the second lower roller.

The roll coater for high-performance single-color fabric foil according to claim 2, further comprising a screw and a screwing block, wherein the screw is located right below the second lower roller, the screw is parallel to the second lower roller, the screw is located between the first slide way and the second slide way, one end of the screw is in threaded connection with the first lateral slide block, the other end of the screw is in threaded connection with the second lateral slide block, the screwing block is fixedly connected with the screw, and the screwing block is located at an intermediate position between the first slide way and the second slide way.

The high-performance single-color fabric foil coil coater according to claim 3, wherein an angle indicating disc is fixedly connected to the bottom plate, the angle indicating disc is vertically arranged, one end of the screwing block, which is close to the angle indicating disc, is fixedly connected with an angle pointer, one surface of the angle indicating disc, which is close to the screwing block, is provided with an angle scale mark, and the angle indicating disc is arranged close to the angle pointer.

the first driving belt pulley is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor, the first driven belt pulley is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the first upper roller, the first driving belt is wound on the first driving belt pulley and the first driven belt pulley, the first driving gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the first upper roller, the first driven gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the first lower roller, and the first driving gear is meshed and in transmission connection with the first driven gear.

The roll coater for high-performance single-color fabric foil according to claim 5, further comprising a second motor fixedly connected to the bottom plate and a second transmission assembly comprising a second driving pulley, a second driven pulley, a second transmission belt, a second driving gear and a second driven gear, wherein the second motor is located at a side of the second side plate away from the first side plate;
the second driving belt pulley is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor, the second driven belt pulley is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the second upper roller, the second driving belt is wound on the second driving belt pulley and the second driven belt pulley, the second driving gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second upper roller, the second driven gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second lower roller, and the second driving gear is in meshed transmission connection with the second driven gear.
