As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment of the present application, there is provided a roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foil, comprising a support 101, a primary color coating unit 102, and a secondary color coating unit 103; the primary color material coating assembly 102 comprises a first upper roller 104, a first lower roller 105 and a first color material pool 106, wherein the first upper roller 104 and the first lower roller 105 are arranged in parallel, the first upper roller 104 is positioned right above the first lower roller 105, the first upper roller 104 is horizontally arranged, the first color material pool 106 is positioned right below the first lower roller 105, and the middle lower part of the first lower roller 105 is immersed in the color material pool; the secondary pigment coating assembly 103 comprises a second upper roller 107, a second lower roller 108 and a second pigment pool 109, wherein the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108 are arranged in parallel, the second upper roller 107 is positioned right above the second lower roller 108, the second upper roller 107 is horizontally arranged, the second pigment pool 109 is positioned right below the second lower roller 108, and the middle lower part of the second lower roller 108 is immersed in the pigment pool; the first upper roller 104 is parallel to the second upper roller 107, the height of the lower surface of the first upper roller 104 is equal to that of the lower surface of the second upper roller 107, and the distance between the lower surface of the first upper roller 104 and the upper surface of the first lower roller 105 is smaller than that between the lower surface of the second upper roller 107 and the upper surface of the second lower roller 108; the first upper roller 104, the second upper roller 107, the first lower roller 105 and the second lower roller 108 are respectively connected with the bracket 101 in a rotating way, and the second lower roller 108 can move up and down relative to the bracket 101.
In the roll coater for high performance monochromatic fabric foil provided in this embodiment, during operation, the substrate (the film before being coated with the colorant) passes through the gap between the first upper roller 104 and the lower roller, the first lower roller 105 coats the colorant in the first colorant pool 106 on the lower surface of the substrate, the thickness of the colorant coated on the lower surface of the substrate by the first lower roller 105 is half of the preset thickness (the total thickness of the colorant layers to be coated on the lower surface of the substrate), for convenience of description, the colorant layer coated for the first time is referred to as the first colorant layer 143, since the thickness of the first colorant layer 143 is smaller than the preset thickness, the efficiency of drying the first colorant layer 143 is improved during the transfer process after the first colorant layer 143 is coated, after the first colorant layer 143 is dried, the substrate is transferred between the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108, the second lower roller 108 coats the colorant in the second colorant pool 109 on the lower surface of the first colorant layer 143 to form the second colorant layer 144, though a process is added after two times of coating, the overall drying efficiency is obviously improved, and the production efficiency is improved. When the preset thickness is changed, the distance between the second upper roller 107 and the second lower roller 108 is changed by adjusting the second lower roller 108 up and down, so that the thickness of the second pigment layer 144 is changed, and finally the total thickness of the pigment layer is changed, so that the thickness of the coated pigment layer reaches the preset thickness.
In some embodiments, the bracket 101 includes a bottom plate 110, a first side plate 111 and a second side plate 112, the bottom plate 110 is horizontally disposed, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are vertically disposed, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are parallel, a second upper roller 107 and a second lower roller 108 are disposed between the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112, one end of the second upper roller 107 is rotatably connected to the first side plate 111, the other end of the second upper roller 107 is rotatably connected to the second side plate 112, the roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foil further includes a first height adjusting assembly 113 and a second height adjusting assembly 114, the first side plate 111 is provided with a first slideway 115, the second side plate 112 is provided with a second slideway 116, the first height adjusting assembly 113 is disposed in the first slideway 115, the second height adjusting assembly 114 is disposed in the second slideway 116, one end of the second lower roller 108 is connected to the first height adjusting assembly 113, the other end of the second lower roller 108 is connected with a second height adjusting assembly 114, and the first height adjusting assembly 113 and the second height adjusting assembly 114 are respectively used for adjusting the heights of the two ends of the second lower roller 108.

In some embodiments, the roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foils further includes a screw 125 and a screw block 126, the screw 125 is located right below the second lower roller 108, the screw 125 is parallel to the second lower roller 108, the screw 125 is located between the first slide way 115 and the second slide way 116, one end of the screw 125 is in threaded connection with the first transverse slider 120, the other end of the screw 125 is in threaded connection with the second transverse slider 124, the screw block 126 is fixedly connected with the screw 125, and the screw block 126 is located at an intermediate position between the first slide way 115 and the second slide way 116.
In some embodiments, an angle indicator 127 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 110, the angle indicator 127 is vertically disposed, an angle pointer 128 is fixedly connected to one end of the screw block 126 close to the angle indicator 127, an angle scale mark is disposed on one surface of the angle indicator 127 close to the screw block 126, and the angle indicator 127 is disposed adjacent to the angle pointer 128.

In some embodiments, the roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foil further comprises a first blower 141, the first blower 141 is lower than the upper surface of the second lower roll 108, the air outlet of the first blower 141 is vertically upward, and the first blower 141 is positioned between the first lower roll 105 and the second lower roll 108.
In some embodiments, the roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foils further comprises a second blower 142, the second blower 142 is lower than the upper surface of the second lower roller 108, the air outlet of the second blower 142 is directed vertically upward, and the second blower 142 is located on the side of the second lower roller 108 away from the first lower roller 105.
The roll-type coating machine for high-performance monochromatic fabric foil provided by the embodiment rotates the screwing block 126, so that the screw 125 synchronously drives the two height adjusting components to respectively adjust the heights of the two ends of the second lower roller 108, and the distance between the lower surface of the second upper roller 107 and the upper surface of the second lower roller 108 is changed, thereby changing the thickness of the pigment layer coated on the lower surface of the substrate, firstly coating the first pigment layer 143 and drying the first pigment layer 143, then coating the second pigment layer 144 and drying the second pigment layer 144, and improving the overall drying efficiency of the pigment layer. The second lower roller 108 is convenient to adjust, compact in structure and stable in operation, and the angle of the screwing block 126 can be accurately observed through the angle indicating disc 127 and the angle pointer 128, so that the adjusting distance of the second lower roller 108 can be indirectly judged.
The elastic cushion block in this embodiment is an elastic rubber block.

1. A high-performance roll-type coating machine for single-color fabric foils is characterized by comprising a support, a primary pigment coating component and a secondary pigment coating component;
the primary pigment coating assembly comprises a first upper roller, a first lower roller and a first pigment pool, the first upper roller and the first lower roller are arranged in parallel, the first upper roller is positioned right above the first lower roller, the first upper roller is horizontally arranged, the first pigment pool is positioned right below the first lower roller, and the middle lower part of the first lower roller is immersed in pigment in the pigment pool;
the secondary pigment coating assembly comprises a second upper roller, a second lower roller and a second pigment pool, the second upper roller and the second lower roller are arranged in parallel, the second upper roller is positioned right above the second lower roller, the second upper roller is horizontally arranged, the second pigment pool is positioned right below the second lower roller, and the middle lower part of the second lower roller is immersed in pigment in the pigment pool;
the first upper roller is parallel to the second upper roller, the height of the lower surface of the first upper roller is equal to that of the lower surface of the second upper roller, and the distance between the lower surface of the first upper roller and the upper surface of the first lower roller is smaller than that between the lower surface of the second upper roller and the upper surface of the second lower roller;
the first upper roller, the second upper roller, the first lower roller and the second lower roller are respectively connected with the support in a rotating mode, and the second lower roller can move up and down relative to the support.

The roll coater according to claim 1, wherein the support comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, the bottom plate is horizontally disposed, the first side plate and the second side plate are vertically disposed, the first side plate and the second side plate are parallel, the second upper roller and the second lower roller are located between the first side plate and the second side plate, one end of the second upper roller is rotatably connected to the first side plate, the other end of the second upper roller is rotatably connected to the second side plate, the roll coater further comprises a first height adjusting assembly and a second height adjusting assembly, the first side plate is provided with a first slide way, the second side plate is provided with a second slide way, and the first height adjusting assembly is disposed in the first slide way, the second height adjusting assembly is arranged in the second slide, one end of the second lower roller is connected with the first height adjusting assembly, the other end of the second lower roller is connected with the second height adjusting assembly, and the first height adjusting assembly and the second height adjusting assembly are respectively used for adjusting the heights of two ends of the second lower roller.

The roll coater of claim 2, wherein the first height adjusting assembly comprises a first resilient pad, a first bearing seat, a first longitudinal slider, and a first transverse slider, the first resilient pad, the first bearing seat, the first longitudinal slider, and the first transverse slider are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the first resilient pad, the first bearing seat, the first longitudinal slider, and the first transverse slider are located in the first slide way, an upper surface of the first resilient pad is in press fit with a top surface of the first slide way, a lower surface of the first resilient pad is in press fit with an upper surface of the first bearing seat, a lower surface of the first bearing seat is in press fit with an upper surface of the first longitudinal slider, and a lower surface of the first longitudinal slider is in press fit with an upper surface of the first transverse slider, the lower surface of the first transverse sliding block is in press fit with the bottom surface of the first slide way;
the side surface of the first bearing seat is connected with the side surface of the first slide way in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, the side surface of the first longitudinal slide block is connected with the side surface of the first slide way in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and the first transverse slide block is connected with the inner wall of the first slide way in a sliding mode along the direction parallel to the second lower roller;
one end of the second lower roller is rotatably connected with the first bearing seat;
the lower surface of the first longitudinal sliding block and the upper surface of the first transverse sliding block are inclined planes, and the first transverse sliding block can push the first longitudinal sliding block upwards or put the first longitudinal sliding block downwards after sliding along the direction parallel to the second lower roller.

The roll coater according to claim 3, wherein the second height adjusting assembly comprises a second resilient pad, a second bearing seat, a second longitudinal slider, and a second lateral slider, the second resilient pad, the second bearing seat, the second longitudinal slider, and the second lateral slider are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the second resilient pad, the second bearing seat, the second longitudinal slider, and the second lateral slider are located in the second slide, an upper surface of the second resilient pad is in press fit with a top surface of the second slide, a lower surface of the second resilient pad is in press fit with an upper surface of the second bearing seat, a lower surface of the second bearing seat is in press fit with an upper surface of the second longitudinal slider, and a lower surface of the second longitudinal slider is in press fit with an upper surface of the second lateral slider, the lower surface of the second transverse sliding block is in press fit with the bottom surface of the second slide way;
the side surface of the second bearing seat is connected with the side surface of the second slide way in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, the side surface of the second longitudinal slide block is connected with the side surface of the second slide way in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, and the second transverse slide block is connected with the inner wall of the second slide way in a sliding manner along the direction parallel to the second lower roller;
one end of the second lower roller, which is close to the second slideway, is rotatably connected with the second bearing block;
the lower surface of the second longitudinal sliding block and the upper surface of the second transverse sliding block are inclined planes, and the second transverse sliding block can push the second longitudinal sliding block upwards or put the second longitudinal sliding block downwards after sliding along the direction parallel to the second lower roller.

The roll coater of claim 4, further comprising a screw located directly below the second lower roller, the screw being parallel to the second lower roller, the screw being located between the first slide and the second slide, one end of the screw being in threaded connection with the first transverse slider, the other end of the screw being in threaded connection with the second transverse slider, and a twist block fixedly connected to the screw, the twist block being located at an intermediate position between the first slide and the second slide.

The high-performance roll coater for monochromatic fabric foils as claimed in claim 5, wherein an angle indicating plate is fixedly connected to the base plate, the angle indicating plate is vertically arranged, an angle pointer is fixedly connected to one end of the screwing block close to the angle indicating plate, an angle scale mark is arranged on one surface of the angle indicating plate close to the screwing block, and the angle indicating plate is arranged to abut against the angle pointer.

The high-performance roll coater for monochromatic fabric foils according to claim 6, further comprising a first motor fixedly connected with the base plate and a first transmission assembly, wherein the first motor is positioned on one side of the second side plate away from the first side plate, and the first transmission assembly comprises a first driving pulley, a first driven pulley, a first transmission belt, a first driving gear and a first driven gear;

the second driving pulley is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor, the second driven pulley is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the second upper roller, the second transmission belt is wound on the second driving pulley and the second driven pulley, the second driving gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second upper roller, the second driven gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second lower roller, and the second driving gear is in meshing transmission connection with the second driven gear.
9. The roll coater of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a first blower lower than the upper surface of the second lower roll, wherein the first blower outlet is directed vertically upward, and the first blower is located between the first lower roll and the second lower roll.

The roll coater for high-performance monochromatic fabric foil according to claim 9, further comprising a second blower lower than the upper surface of the second lower roll, the second blower outlet being directed vertically upward, the second blower being located on a side of the second lower roll away from the first lower roll.
