In the embodiment, in the film laminating process, the free end of the film coated with the glue and the free end of the other film are attached and then pass through the gap between the movable roller 130 and the fixed roller 140, the lifting mechanism 120 drives the movable roller 130 to move downwards so as to press the two films, the fixed roller 140 is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism 150 so as to pull the two films to move, and then the two films are laminated together, so that the film laminating is completed.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the lifting mechanism 120 includes a slide rail 121 disposed at an end of the mounting plate 111, a slide seat 122 disposed on the slide rail 121, a fixing plate 123 disposed at an upper end of the mounting plate 111, and an air cylinder 124 disposed on the fixing plate 123, wherein a telescopic end of the air cylinder 124 is fixedly connected to the slide seat 122; the movable roller 130 is rotatably connected to the sliding bases 122 of the two lifting mechanisms 120.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, the film feeding mechanism 160 includes a bracket 161, a base 162, a vertical plate 163, a swing arm 164, a first air cylinder 165, a second air cylinder 166, a first link mechanism 167, a film changing roller 168, a cutting air cylinder 169, a second link mechanism 1600, a cutter 1601, a support plate 1602, a rotating shaft 1603, a motor assembly (not shown in the drawings), a film winding installation plate 1605, and a film changing auxiliary shaft 1606. The support 161 is located at one side of the gluing device 200, a plurality of steering shafts 1607 are arranged on the support 161, and the steering shafts 1607 are used for guiding the film between the movable roller 130 and the fixed roller 140. A tightening roller assembly 1608 is disposed between the two vertical plates 163 for tightening and guiding the film. The two vertical plates 163 are symmetrically arranged on the base 162, the upper ends of the two vertical plates 163 are rotatably connected with the swing arms 164 and the first air cylinders 165, and the first air cylinders 165 push the corresponding swing arms 164 to swing; the inner sides of the two swing arms 164 are respectively provided with a second cylinder 166, a cutting cylinder 169 and a first link mechanism 167, the first link mechanism 167 comprises an L-shaped connecting arm and a first pivot, and the first pivot passes through the corner position of the transition connecting arm and is rotatably connected with the corresponding swing arm. The telescopic end of the first cylinder 165 is pivoted with one end corresponding to the connecting arm, and two ends of the film changing roller 168 are respectively rotatably connected with the other ends of the two connecting arms; the second link mechanism 1600 is arranged between the two swing arms 164, the cutting cylinder 169 pushes the second link mechanism 1600 to swing, the cutter 1601 is provided with a swing end of the second link mechanism 1600, and the cutter 1601 swings to cut off a film; the two support plates 1602 are symmetrically arranged on the base 162, the rotating shaft 1603 penetrates through the two rolled film mounting plates 1605, two ends of the rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the corresponding support plates 1602, and a rolled film mounting position is formed between two ends of the two rolled film mounting plates 1605; therefore, the roll film can be mounted at the two roll film mounting positions. Mounting parts 1604 symmetrically extend from two sides of the two film winding mounting plates 1605, and the film changing auxiliary shaft 1606 is arranged between the two mounting parts 1604 which are oppositely arranged; the motor assembly is used to drive the rotation shaft 1603 to rotate. In this embodiment, the film roll is installed in the film roll installation position, and the free end of the film roll passes through the space between the movable roller 130 and the fixed roller 140 after passing through the film changing roller 168, the tightening roller assembly 1608 and the turning shaft 1607 in sequence, and is rotated by the fixed roller 140, so as to pull the film roll to be conveyed and covered. When a film is required to be replaced, a new film is placed in an empty film winding installation position, the free end of the new film is fixed on the film replacing auxiliary shaft 1606, the motor assembly drives the rotating shaft 1603 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the new film is placed at the film placing position, the film to be replaced is rotated to be replaced, the old film winds the outer ring of the new film and the film replacing auxiliary shaft 1606, the first air cylinder 165 pulls the swing arm 164 to swing downwards, the second air cylinder 166 pulls the first connecting rod mechanism 167 to swing, so that the film replacing roller 168 presses the free end of the new film on the outer side of the old film, the adhesive arranged at the free end of the new film is connected to the outer side of the old film, so that the two films are butted, the cutting air cylinder 169 drives the second connecting rod mechanism 1600 to swing, so that the cutting knife 1601 cuts the free end of the new film, the film is separated from the film replacing auxiliary shaft 1606, and therefore, in the film laminating and conveying processes of the previous film, a new roll film is pulled to be conveyed, so that automatic film changing is realized, and the film changing efficiency and precision are improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 7, a tension adjusting mechanism 170 is further provided at one side of the holder 161 for adjusting the tightness of the film. The tension adjusting mechanism 170 includes two extending plates 171, an adjusting screw 172, an adjusting seat 173, and an adjusting roller 174. The two extending plates 171 are arranged on one side of the bracket 161 close to the gluing device 200, the bottom parts of the two extending plates 171 are oppositely provided with connecting plates 175, the adjusting screw 172 penetrates through the adjusting seats 173 to be rotatably connected with the two connecting plates 175, and the adjusting roller 174 is connected between the two adjusting seats 173.

Claims (10)

1. The gluing and film covering integrated machine comprises a film feeding device, a gluing device and a film covering device, wherein the film covering device is arranged on one side of the gluing device; the gluing device is characterized by comprising a box body, a gluing roller, a tightening steering roller and a glue spraying head, wherein a cavity with an upward opening is formed in the box body; a slit groove for penetrating a film is formed between the side plate of the box body parallel to the gluing roller and the gluing roller; the tightening rolling shafts are arranged in the box body and are close to the side plates far away from the gluing rolling shafts, and a plurality of tightening steering rolling shafts are arranged on the outer sides of the side plates far away from the gluing rolling shafts; the glue spraying head is arranged on one side of the gluing roller, and a glue outlet of the glue spraying head extends to the upper part of the slit groove; the glue outlet of the glue spraying head is in a flat groove shape, the glue spraying head is connected with the glue spraying mechanism, and the cavity in the box body is communicated with the negative pressure mechanism; the free end of the film arranged on the film feeding device sequentially bypasses the tightening steering roller and the top end of the tightening roller, and penetrates through the film covering device after penetrating through the slit groove from the bottom end of the gluing roller, so that the film and the cavity form a closed cavity.

The all-in-one machine for gluing and laminating according to claim 1, characterized in that: one side of the box body extends to form a supporting part, an adjusting mechanism is arranged on the supporting part, the glue spraying head is arranged on the adjusting mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the glue spraying head and the gluing roller.

The all-in-one machine for gluing and laminating according to claim 2, characterized in that: the adjusting mechanism is an electric adjusting mechanism and comprises a guide rail arranged on the supporting part, a moving seat arranged on the guide rail in a sliding manner, and an electric screw rod assembly driving the moving seat to slide along the guide rail; the glue spraying head is arranged on the movable seat.

A gluing and film-covering all-in-one machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the film laminating device comprises a machine base, a lifting mechanism, a movable roller, a fixed roller, a driving mechanism and a film feeding mechanism; mounting plates extend upwards from two sides of the top end of the base, the lifting mechanisms are arranged at one ends of the two mounting plates close to the gluing device, the movable roller is arranged between the two lifting mechanisms, and the two lifting mechanisms drive the movable roller to move up and down; the film feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the machine base and used for conveying another film to be coated with a film coated with glue to a position between the fixed roller and the movable roller.

The all-in-one machine for gluing and laminating according to claim 7, characterized in that: the lifting mechanism comprises a slide rail arranged at the end part of the mounting plate, a slide seat arranged on the slide rail, a fixing plate arranged at the upper end of the mounting plate and an air cylinder arranged on the fixing plate, and the telescopic end of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the slide seat; the movable roller is rotatably connected with the sliding seats of the two lifting mechanisms.

The all-in-one machine for gluing and laminating according to claim 7, characterized in that: the film feeding mechanism comprises a support, a base, a vertical plate, a swing arm, a first air cylinder, a second air cylinder, a first connecting rod mechanism, a film changing roller, a cutting air cylinder, a second connecting rod mechanism, a cutter, a supporting plate, a rotating shaft, a motor assembly, a film rolling mounting plate and a film changing auxiliary shaft; the bracket is positioned at one side of the gluing device, a plurality of steering shafts are arranged on the bracket, and the steering shafts are used for guiding the film to a position between the movable roller and the fixed roller; a tightening roller component is arranged between the two vertical plates and used for tightening and guiding the film; the two vertical plates are symmetrically arranged on the base, the upper ends of the two vertical plates are respectively and rotatably connected with the swing arms and the first air cylinders, and the first air cylinders push the corresponding swing arms to swing; the inner sides of the two swing arms are respectively provided with a second cylinder, the cutting cylinder and a first connecting rod mechanism, the first connecting rod mechanism comprises an L-shaped connecting arm and a first pivot, and the first pivot penetrates through the corner position of the transition connecting arm and is rotatably connected with the corresponding swing arm; the telescopic end of the first cylinder is pivoted with one end corresponding to the connecting arm, and two ends of the film changing roller are respectively and rotatably connected with the other ends of the two connecting arms; the second connecting rod mechanism is arranged between the two swing arms, the cutting cylinder pushes the second connecting rod mechanism to swing, the cutter is provided with a swing end of the second connecting rod mechanism, and the cutter swings to cut off a film; the two support plates are symmetrically arranged on the base, the rotating shaft penetrates through the two film winding mounting plates, two ends of the rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the corresponding support plates, and a film winding mounting position is formed between the two ends of the two film winding mounting plates; mounting parts symmetrically extend from two sides of the two film winding mounting plates, and the film changing auxiliary shaft is arranged between the two oppositely arranged mounting parts; the motor assembly is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate.
