Two through rectangular slots are formed in the upper portion of the first partition 205 so that the first elastic piece 126 passes through and catches the second elastic piece 206.
The kitchen waste is poured into the separating box 7 from the feeding hopper 3 and falls on the first filter cloth 103, most of liquid in the kitchen waste is drained and collected at the bottom of the separating box 7 through the first filter cloth 103, then the electric push rod 108 contracts to enable the connecting plate 115 to drive the fixing seat 117 to move through the fixing rod 116, further the fixing seat 117 drives the pressing plate 118 to slide to the left edge position of the bearing plate 202, meanwhile, the spring 102 on the first transmission rod 101 enables the first filter cloth 103 to be rolled up due to elasticity, the first filter cloth 103 is in a loose state after being rolled up, then the first electric sliding blocks 110 on the two first electric guide rails 109 are controlled to simultaneously slide rightwards, further, the two first elastic pieces 111 drive the sliding rod 112 to slide rightwards in the limiting sliding chute, the sliding rod 112 drives the wedge plate 113 to move along the limiting sliding chute track, the two first elastic pieces 111 are stretched, the wedge plate 113 is enabled to move obliquely upwards and then move rightwards, further, the wedge-shaped plate 113 is jacked up from the bottom of the first filter cloth 103, kitchen waste on the upper surface of the first filter cloth 103 is pushed towards the kitchen waste dropping on the bearing plate 202 towards the first partition plate 205, finally the kitchen waste is extruded by matching with the first partition plate 205, the first partition plate 205 drives the two second limiting sliding blocks 203 to slide in the separation box 7, so that the two third elastic members 204 are slightly compressed, meanwhile, the first partition plate 205 moves to push the two stop blocks 208, further the two fourth elastic members 207 are slightly compressed, and in the process, the lower side surface of the first partition plate 205 is not separated from the upper side surface of the bearing plate 202 all the time, the kitchen waste residues are prevented from falling to the bottom of the separation box 7, the lower half part of the first partition plate 205 is provided with filter cloth, when the kitchen waste is extruded, the residues are isolated by the filter cloth of the lower half part of the first partition plate 205, the extruded liquid flows to the bottom of the separation box 7 through a plurality of groups of first guide pipes 209 and a plurality of groups of second guide pipes 210, meanwhile, two first elastic sheets 126 extrude one second elastic sheet 206 respectively, the two first elastic sheets 126 clamp one second elastic sheet 206 respectively, then the electric push rod 108 contracts and resets to enable the pressing plate 118 to move reversely and reset, the pressing plate 118 drives the two second elastic sheets 206 to move through the two first elastic sheets 126, further enables the two second elastic sheets 206 to drive the first partition plate 205 to move, enables the two second limiting sliding blocks 203 to slide in the separation box 7, further enables the two third elastic members 204 to be stretched, and simultaneously, as the bottom of the first partition plate 205 is provided with a rectangular groove clamped at the right end of the bearing plate 202, when the first partition plate 205 moves, the bearing plate 202 is pushed, the bearing plate 202 drives the two first limit sliding blocks 201 to slide in the separation box 7, and further the bearing plate 202 drives the residues of the kitchen waste to move synchronously with the pressing plate 118, when the pressing plate 118 moves reversely to an initial position, the two second elastic pieces 206 are separated from the two first elastic pieces 126 through the restoring elasticity of the two third elastic pieces 204, so that the two second limit sliding blocks 203 drive the first partition plate 205 to reset, then a collection frame is manually placed below the right end of the bearing plate 202, then the electric push rod 108 extends again to push the pressing plate 118 to push the residues on the bearing plate 202 to fall into the collection frame, at the moment, the lower side surface of the pressing plate 118 is sucked and fixed by the electromagnet on the right side of the bearing plate 202, then the electric push rod 108 extends continuously to enable the pressing plate 118 to drive the bearing plate 202 to move reversely to reset, so that the right end of the bearing plate 202 is positioned in the rectangular groove formed at the bottom of the first partition plate 205, then the electromagnet on the right side of the bearing plate 202 is turned off, then the electric push rod 108 is retracted and reset, meanwhile, kitchen waste to be treated can be poured into the separation box 7 continuously and drained through the first filter cloth 103, then the squeezing operation is repeated, the kitchen waste is drained and squeezed in a reciprocating mode, residues are collected, after the operation is finished, the two sliding fixture blocks 104 are pulled out of the separation box 7, the first sealing plate 5 and the second sealing plate 6 are pulled out of the separation box 7, the fixing bolt at the tail end of the first filter cloth 103 is taken out, and then the first transmission rod 101, the clockwork spring 102 and the first filter cloth 103 can be taken out of the separation box 7, so that the first filter cloth 103 in the separation box 7 can be detached, washed and replaced.

On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, and fig. 8 and 10, the collecting assembly comprises a second partition board 301, a third partition board 302, a limit slide rail 303, a third limit slide block 304, a collecting box 305 and a first handle 306; a second partition plate 301 and a third partition plate 302 are fixedly connected to the right side of the bottom in the separation box 7, and the third partition plate 302 is positioned on the left side of the second partition plate 301; the opposite sides of the second partition plate 301 and the third partition plate 302 are respectively fixedly connected with a limiting slide rail 303; two third limiting slide blocks 304 are respectively connected to the opposite sides of the two limiting slide rails 303 in a sliding manner; a collection box 305 is fixedly connected among the four third limiting sliding blocks 304; a first handle 306 is fixedly connected to each of the front and rear sides of the collection chamber 305.
Before the work is started, the third limiting sliding blocks 304 on the two sides of the collecting box 305 are respectively clamped into one limiting sliding rail 303, the third limiting sliding blocks 304 slide in the limiting sliding rails 303 by pushing the first handle 306, the collecting box 305 is further pushed into the separation box 7, when the electric push rod 108 extends to enable the pressing plate 118 to push the residues on the bearing plate 202, the residues fall into the collecting box 305 to be collected, after the work is finished, the collecting box 305 is pulled out of the separation box 7 by pulling the first handle 306, and the residues in the collecting box 305 can be poured out so as to be subjected to subsequent treatment.
Example 4
On the basis of the embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 11 to 14, the device further comprises an isolation assembly, the isolation assembly is installed at the left side inside the separation box 7 and is located below the draining assembly, and the isolation assembly comprises a fixing plate 401, a second handle 402, a long slide block 403, a second electric guide rail 404, a second electric slide block 405, a second filter cloth 406 and a scraper 407; the left side of the inner front wall and the left side of the inner rear wall of the separation box 7 are respectively connected with a long slide block 403 in a sliding manner; the left sides of the two long sliding blocks 403 are fixedly connected with a fixing plate 401; a second handle 402 is fixedly connected to the left side of the fixing plate 401; a second filter cloth 406 is fixedly connected between the fixing plate 401 and the two long slide blocks 403; a second electric guide rail 404 is connected to the left side of the inner front wall and the left side of the inner rear wall of the separation box 7 through bolts respectively, and the second electric guide rail 404 is positioned above the long slide block 403; two second electric sliding blocks 405 are respectively connected to the opposite sides of the two second electric guide rails 404 in a sliding manner; a scraper 407 is fixedly connected between the two second electric sliders 405; the lower side of the scraper 407 and the upper side of the second filter cloth 406 contact each other.
The left part of the rear side of the separation box 7 is provided with a driving assembly, and the driving assembly comprises a mounting plate 501, a third electric guide rail 502, a main motor 503, a clamping sleeve 504 and a third electric slide block 505; a mounting plate 501 is fixedly connected to the left part of the rear side of the separation box 7; a third electric guide rail 502 is connected to the mounting plate 501 through bolts; a third electric slide block 505 is connected on the third electric guide rail 502 in a sliding way; the upper side surface of the third electric slide block 505 is provided with a main motor 503 through a connecting block; a clamping sleeve 504 is fixedly connected to the front side of the output shaft of the main motor 503.
When kitchen waste is poured into the separating box 7 through the feeding hopper 3, the kitchen waste is easily adhered to the inner wall of the feeding hopper 3, when the inner wall of the feeding hopper 3 needs to be cleaned, the electric push rod 108 contracts to enable the pressing plate 118 to move to the position below the bottom of the feeding hopper 3, then the small motor 105 is started, the output shaft of the small motor 105 drives the second transmission rod 106 to rotate, the second transmission rod 106 drives the electric push rod 108 to rotate through the fixing block 107, the electric push rod 108 drives the connecting plate 115 to do circular motion through the torsion spring rod 114, further the fixing seat 117 drives the pressing plate 118 to do circular motion, before that, the second elastic part 122 is in a stretched state, when the fixing seat 117 drives the pressing plate 118 to do circular motion, the lower side surface of the pressing plate 118 is separated from the bearing plate 202, meanwhile, as the electric push rod 108 rotates, the first filter cloth 103 gradually tends to loosen, further the tension of the first filter cloth 103 on the upper portion of the pressing plate 118 is reduced, then the elasticity of the second elastic element 122 is gradually released, based on the front-to-back view, the pressing plate 118 drives the fixing seat 117 to rotate clockwise around the fixing rod 116, the two first elastic pieces 126 are contacted with and extruded from the left side of the second sealing plate 6, based on the front-to-back view, the first elastic pieces 126 rotate clockwise on the hinge frame 125, the sponge block 119 is attached to the right wall in the feeding hopper 3, the electric push rod 108 extends, the pressing plate 118 drives the sponge block 119 to be attached to the right wall in the feeding hopper 3 to move upwards, the sponge block 119 cleans the kitchen waste left on the right wall in the feeding hopper 3, the rubber arranged on the two sides of the pressing plate 118 is attached to the front wall and the rear wall in the feeding hopper 3 to clean the kitchen waste left on the front wall and the rear wall in the feeding hopper 3, after the cleaning of the right wall in the feeding hopper 3 is completed, the third electric slide block 505 slides forward on the third electric guide rail 502, and the third electric slide block 505 drives the main motor 503 to approach the separation box 7, so that the ferrule 504 is sleeved at the rear end of the first transmission rod 101, the rear end of the first transmission rod 101 is flat and matched with the groove at the front side of the ferrule 504, so that the ferrule 504 clamps the first transmission rod 101, then the main motor 503 is started, the output shaft of the main motor 503 drives the ferrule 504 to drive the first transmission rod 101 to rotate, the first transmission rod 101 drives the clockwork spring 102 to rotate, and then the first filter cloth 103 is wound, so that the first filter cloth 103 applies a pulling force to the upper side of the pressing plate 118, the pressing plate 118 rotates reversely and resets by taking the fixing rod 116 as an axis, and simultaneously the second elastic member 122 is stretched, so that the first universal ball 121 and the second universal ball 123 rotate in the first movable seat 120 and the second movable seat 124 respectively, and as the pulling force of the first filter cloth 103 to the upper side of the pressing plate 118 increases, and the connecting plate 115 rotates counterclockwise by taking the torsion spring rod 114 as a reference when viewed from the front to the rear, then the sponge block 119 is contacted with the left wall in the feed hopper 3, and then the sponge block 119 is attached to the left wall in the feed hopper 3 to move by controlling the extension and contraction of the electric push rod 108 and the forward and reverse rotation of the small motor 105, so that the residual kitchen waste on the left wall in the feed hopper 3 is cleaned, and further all the inner walls of the feed hopper 3 are cleaned; since the first filter cloth 103 is in an over-loose state during the process of cleaning the inner wall of the feed hopper 3, the kitchen waste which is cleaned and falls off can fall to the bottom of the separation box 7 from the space between the first filter cloth 103 and the separation box 7, and before the work is started, the two long-strip sliders 403 penetrate through the through groove, the fixing plate 401 is pushed by the second handle 402 to enable the two long-strip sliders 403 to slide in the separation box 7, the second filter cloth 406 is inserted into the separation box 7 through the through groove, the second filter cloth 406 is positioned below the first filter cloth 103, and when the kitchen waste falls off from the space between the first filter cloth 103 and the separation box 7, the second filter cloth 406 can catch the falling kitchen waste to prevent the kitchen waste from falling off to the bottom of the separation box 7, then the second electric sliders 405 on the two second electric guide rails 404 slide rightwards, and the two second electric sliders 405 drive the second filter cloth 407 to attach to the right-moving scraper plate 406, the scraper 407 pushes the kitchen waste collected on the second filter cloth 406 to the collection box 305 for collection.
