Abstract
本发明公开了一种具备生物活性的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,包括润肤剂、保湿剂、皮肤调理剂、抗氧化剂,其余为水,其中,所述润肤剂的重量百分比为1.5~2.5%,保湿剂的重量百分比为3~4%,所述皮肤调理剂的重量百分比为3~3.5%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比为0.03~0.06%,还可以包括防腐剂和芳香剂。本发明所述的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,内含多种营养成分、抗感染成分和生物活性物质,具有良好的溶解度,复溶后的精华液配制成的冻干粉制剂能够长期保护产品的功效原料活性,并具有良好的抗皱、抗衰老、嫩肤及美白等功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化学制剂技术领域,特别是涉及到一种具备生物活性的抗衰老冻干粉制剂。
背景技术
皮肤是人类重要的组织器官,是抵御外界危害入侵的有力屏障,同时,在审美方面,细腻光滑的皮肤也受到人们的青睐。但因为环境和遗传因素等复杂因素,特别是,环境因素的叠加,如紫外线照射皮肤,导致大量的伤口样形态改变,主要是真皮。在阳光保护区内,最明显的变化发生在表皮内,主要影响基底细胞层。尽管对其基本机制仍知之甚少,但越来越多的证据表明,重要原因之一是皮肤结构性胶原蛋白生物合成不足和流失,产生结构性塌陷,表现出皱纹,往往还伴随着因氧化反应引起的色素沉淀,呈现出衰老迹象。一直以来人们运用各种手段掩盖和治疗这种衰老。运用具有生物活性的多肽作为有效功能成分治疗便为延缓衰老提供了新思路。
目前市面上的产品大多数为传统化妆品剂型,诸如:水乳膏霜,而此类剂型产品往往不能保护配方内功效原料的活性,从而大大降低了产品的功效性。因此,开发出一种抗衰老效果显著的组合物以及能够长期保护产品功效原料活性的冻干粉剂型具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种具备生物活性的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,以解决原有的冻干粉制剂对皮肤的保养活性不高的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具备生物活性的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,所述冻干粉制剂包括润肤剂、保湿剂、皮肤调理剂、抗氧化剂,其余为水,其中,所述润肤剂的重量百分比为1.5~2.5%,保湿剂的重量百分比为3~4%,所述皮肤调理剂的重量百分比为3~3.5%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比为0.03~0.06%。
进一步地,所述冻干粉制剂还包括防腐剂和芳香剂,其中,所述防腐剂的重量百分比为:0.1~0.25%,所述芳香剂的重量百分比为:0.05~0.15%。
进一步地,所述保湿剂包括:丁二醇、透明质酸钠、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖,其中,所述丁二醇、透明质酸钠、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖的重量百分比分别为:2%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%。
进一步地,所述皮肤调理剂包括:小核菌胶、尿囊素、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物,所述小核菌胶、尿囊素、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物的重量百分比分别为:0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.1%、0.1%。
进一步地,所述润肤剂为乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,其重量百分比为2%;所述抗氧化剂为:α-熊果苷,其重量百分比为0.05%;所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮与1,2-己二醇的组合,其重量百分比分别为0.1%、0.1%;所述的芳香剂为玫瑰花提取物,其重量百分比为0.1%。
进一步地,将上述原料按照重量配比进行承重,分别进入A相、B相、C相、D进行溶解后再混合,其中,A相的原料为:水、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、丁二醇、小核菌胶、尿囊素、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖,A相的溶解温度为86~90℃;B相的原料为:透明质酸钠、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、α-熊果苷、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物,B相的溶解温度为70~76℃;C相的原料为:对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇,C相的溶解温度为42~48℃;D相原料为玫瑰花提取物,D相的溶解温度为36~40℃;分别将A相、B相、C相、D相的原料溶解后,再混合搅拌和均质处理。
进一步地,均质完成后,过滤出料,并在38℃以下静置储存。
进一步地,过滤出料时,对产品进行取样检验。
进一步地,将制得的所述抗衰老冻干粉制剂应用于护肤化妆品。
与现有技术相比,采用本发明所述的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,内含多种营养成分、抗感染成分和生物活性物质,具有良好的溶解度,复溶后的精华液配制成的冻干粉制剂能够长期保护产品的功效原料活性,并具有良好的抗皱、抗衰老、嫩肤及美白等功效,用于化妆品组合物中,对减少淡化皮肤细小皱纹、促进皮肤保水、提高肤色、增加皮肤弹性及抵抗力有明显作用,且对皮肤无刺激。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,均属于本申请保护的范围。
本发明实施例所公开的一种具备生物活性的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,所述冻干粉制剂由润肤剂、保湿剂、皮肤调理剂、抗氧化剂及水混合溶解而成,其中,所述润肤剂的重量百分比为1.5~2.5%,保湿剂的重量百分比为3~4%,所述皮肤调理剂的重量百分比为3~3.5%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比为0.03~0.05%,纯净水的重量百分比为90.5~91.5%。
为了加强冻干粉制剂保质期和香味,还在原材料中添加少量的防腐剂和芳香剂,其中,所述防腐剂的重量百分比为:0.1~0.25%,所述芳香剂的重量百分比为:0.05~0.15%。
具体地,所述保湿剂包括:丁二醇、透明质酸钠、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖,其中,丁二醇、透明质酸钠、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖的重量百分比分别为:2%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%。
其中,透明质酸能改善皮肤生理条件,为真皮胶原蛋白和弹性纤维的合成提供优越的外部环境,加强营养物质的供给,起到护肤养颜的效果。研究表明,透明质酸可以阻止细胞中一些酶的产生,减少自由基的形成,在防止自由基破坏细胞结构、产生脂质过氧化和引起肌体衰老等方面起着重要作用:低分子量透明质酸具有抗炎、抑制病菌产生、保持皮肤光洁的作用;为细胞增殖与分化提供合适的场所,直接促进细胞生长、分化、重建与修复等。海藻糖是一种安全、可靠的天然糖类,海藻糖在高温、高寒、高渗透压及干燥失水等恶劣环境条件下在细胞表面能形成独特的保护膜,有效地保护蛋白质分子不变性失活,从而维持生命体的生命过程和生物特征。皮肤细胞,尤其是表皮细胞在高温、高寒、干燥、强紫外线辐射等环境下,极易失去水分发生角质化,甚至死亡脱落使皮肤受损。海藻糖在这种情况下能够在细胞表层形成一层特殊的保护膜,从膜上析出的粘液不仅滋润着皮肤细胞,还具有将外来的热量辐射出去的功能。从而保护皮肤不致受损。
具体地,所述皮肤调理剂包括:小核菌胶、尿囊素、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物,所述小核菌胶、尿囊素、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物的重量百分比分别为:0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.1%、0.1%。
其中,红景天的提取部位为整株,红景天具有多种药效功能,主要表现在:抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗休克、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、改善心脑功能等多方面药理作用。厚叶岩白菜根含熊果酚甙,故有抗菌、消炎作用。真菌小核菌产生一种新型非离子型抗盐抗温生物多糖聚合物-硬葡聚糖,硬葡聚糖(Scleroglucah)是一种天然的胶囊状葡聚糖(Capsular polysarido),硬葡聚糖的溶液在高温有特别的稳定性,在广泛的pH值范围内有很好的适用性,对于存在溶液的多种电解质有很大的耐受性,溶液具有高度的假塑性,溶液的粘度随温度升降而引起的变化不大。尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软,添加尿囊素的化妆品具有保护组织、亲水、吸水和防止水分散发等作用。富勒烯能够亲和自由基,具有极强的抗氧化能力,能够起到活化皮肤细胞,预防肌肤衰亡的作用。烟酰胺为一种水溶性维生素,易被皮肤所吸收,可促进生物氧化过程和组织新陈代谢,对维持正常组织(特别是皮肤、消化道和神经系统)的完整性具有重要作用。
具体地,所述润肤剂为乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,其重量百分比为2%;所述抗氧化剂为:α-熊果苷,其重量百分比为0.05%;所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮与1,2-己二醇的组合,或者替换为1,2-戊二醇,其重量百分比分别为0.1%、0.1%;所述的芳香剂为玫瑰花提取物,其重量百分比为0.1%。
其中,聚二甲基硅氧烷属于黏度控制剂,无毒性,聚二甲基硅氧烷的渗透性聚二甲基硅氧烷对皮肤的渗透性非常好。熊果苷又称熊果素,能显著抑制酪氨酸酶在皮层中的积累,对皮肤有漂白性作用,可用于防止皮肤色斑和雀斑,作用强于曲酸和抗坏血酸。对羟基苯乙酮对人皮肤无任何害处,是目前医药界最安全的一种高温辅助活性防腐稳定剂。1,2-己二醇和1,2-戊二醇具有抗菌活性,配方灵活度高,不受水解、温度和pH值影响,常用于化妆品中。
下面通过表1来对本发明的原料进行详细说明
表1冻干粉制剂的配量
参照图1所示,上述实施例的制备方法如下:
步骤1、将上述原料按照上述表格重量配比进行称重;
步骤2、分别选取不同的配料进入A相、B相、C相、D相进行溶解,其中,A相的原料为:水、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、丁二醇、小核菌胶、尿囊素、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖,A相的溶解温度为86~90℃;B相的原料为:透明质酸钠、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、α-熊果苷、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物,B相的溶解温度为70~76℃;C相的原料为:对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇,C相的溶解温度为42~48℃;D相原料为玫瑰花提取物,D相的溶解温度为36~40℃;由于不同的原料,其溶解温度不同,故针对具有相同或相近溶解温度的配料进入同一相进行溶解,提高溶解效率,在溶解过程中还不断进行均匀搅拌,将A相、B相、C相、D相的原料溶解后,再混合在一起,再综合进行搅拌和均质处理,均质处理的目的提高液态物质的悬浮稳定性,使各物质分布更均匀,吸收能力更好。
步骤2、过滤出料,并在38℃以下静置储存,其中,在过滤出料时,还抽取一定的样本进行检验,之后静置储存,使其呈凝胶状态。
步骤3、对制剂进行灌装,同时,还对包材进行消毒,提高安全性,然后再进行包装、入库。
本发明的上述配方制作简便、成本低。
取上述实施例中制备的冻干粉制剂各2mg,溶解于20ml的化妆水中,30名受试者分为3组,每组分别背靠背测试上述化妆品。测试方法:在清洁皮肤后,取上述化妆品涂抹于脸部,每天使用两次,未使用完样品置于4℃环境储存。每隔1周纪录使用样品后的皮肤改善效果。

从结果分布表中可以看出,人体测试效果明显,组合多肽冻干粉具有促进抚平肌肤,抑制皱纹,活性高的效果。

1.一种具备生物活性的抗衰老冻干粉制剂,其特征在于,所述冻干粉制剂包括润肤剂、保湿剂、皮肤调理剂、抗氧化剂,其余为水,其中,所述润肤剂的重量百分比为1.5~2.5%,保湿剂的重量百分比为3~4%,所述皮肤调理剂的重量百分比为3~3.5%,抗氧化剂的重量百分比为0.03~0.06%。
2.如权利要求1所述的冻干粉制剂,其特征在于,所述冻干粉制剂还包括防腐剂和芳香剂,其中,所述防腐剂的重量百分比为:0.1~0.25%,所述芳香剂的重量百分比为:0.05~0.15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冻干粉制剂,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括:丁二醇、透明质酸钠、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖,其中,所述丁二醇、透明质酸钠、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖的重量百分比分别为:2%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冻干粉制剂,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂包括:小核菌胶、尿囊素、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物,所述小核菌胶、尿囊素、富勒烯、寡肽-1、寡肽-3、烟酰胺、红景天提取物、厚叶岩白菜根提取物的重量百分比分别为:0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.5%、0.1%、0.1%。
5.如权利要求4所述的冻干粉制剂,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,其重量百分比为2%;所述抗氧化剂为:α-熊果苷,其重量百分比为0.05%;所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮与1,2-己二醇的组合,其重量百分比分别为0.1%、0.1%;所述的芳香剂为玫瑰花提取物,其重量百分比为0.1%。
