Abstract

The identification analysis platform stores production data of each product of an enterprise into the platform, and then receives product operation information actively acquired and uploaded by the terminal in real time through establishing a data transmission channel of the terminal, the identification analysis platform and the enterprise node.
The embodiment of the disclosure can realize the uniform identification code of the product, actively collect the product data through the terminal with the active identification carrier installed on the product, realize the data interconnection and intercommunication, reduce the time consumed by data transmission and ensure the data safety.

The embodiment of the disclosure realizes the unification of the identification codes of the products by utilizing an industrial internet identification analysis system through identification analysis and a 5G private network technology, realizes the data interconnection and intercommunication through an independent or shared private line private network by utilizing the 5G private network, greatly reduces the time consumed by data transmission, ensures the safety of the data transmission, reduces the maintenance cost and improves the economic benefit.
Fig. 4 is an architecture diagram of an identifier resolution platform according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a receiving module 11, configured to receive an identifier registration application sent by an enterprise node, where the identifier registration application includes enterprise information;
the allocation module 12 is configured to allocate an identification prefix and an industry identification coding template of the industry to the enterprise information according to the enterprise information;
a sending module 13, configured to send the assigned identification prefix and the industry identification coding template of the industry to the enterprise node, so that the enterprise node performs identification coding on the product according to the identification prefix, the industry identification coding template and the product parameter when producing the product, and records the product identification coding and the production data of the product in different production links into a carrier carried by an active identification terminal installed on the product;
the receiving module 11 is further configured to receive product production information uploaded by an enterprise node, where the product production information includes production data and product identification codes of a product in different production links recorded in a carrier carried by an active identification terminal installed on the product, and terminal device information; and the number of the first and second groups,
receiving product operation information actively acquired and uploaded by an active identification terminal installed on a product;
a storage module 14 configured to store product production information and product operational information.
Further, the identifier resolution platform further comprises an authentication module 15;
the authentication module 15 is configured to authenticate the active identification terminal installed on the product and the carrier carried by the active identification terminal according to the terminal device information in the product production information after the receiving module 11 receives the product production information uploaded by the enterprise node, and enable the storage module 14 to store the product production information after the authentication is passed.
Further, the terminal device information includes a terminal device serial number, a carrier ID, a carrier key, and a security certificate, and the active identification terminal of each product is associated with a unique carrier.
Further, the product identification code comprises an identification prefix and an identification suffix, and the identification suffix is generated by the enterprise node according to the product production information and the industry identification code template; the identification prefix comprises a country code, an industry code and an enterprise code; the identification suffix comprises a product type, a product batch number, a product serial number, a product characteristic code, a production date code, an enterprise self-defined tracing information segment and an extension code.
Further, the identifier resolution platform further comprises an auditing module 16;
the receiving module 11 is further configured to receive PDU session context information and network slice information sent by the core network after the enterprise has subscribed the private network service and the active identification terminal sends a private network session service request containing terminal identification information to the core network through the base station, where the network slice information includes the terminal identification information;
the auditing module 16 is configured to audit the terminal identification information, and after the audit is passed, the sending module 13 sends a session establishment response to the core network, so that the core network feeds back a private network establishment success response to the active identification terminal through the base station, and sends a private network service establishment request including the terminal identification information to the enterprise node through the core network at the active identification terminal, and the enterprise node establishes a service link, authentication and security service channel of the active identification terminal, the base station, the core network, the identification analysis platform and the enterprise node after the audit is passed for the terminal identification information.
Further, the terminal identification information includes: the terminal equipment comprises a terminal equipment serial number, a carrier ID, a carrier key, a security certificate and an identification code prefix.
Further, the receiving module 11 is specifically configured to receive product operation information that is actively acquired by an active identification terminal installed on a product and periodically or in real time uploaded through a private network service channel.
The identifier resolution platform of the embodiment of the present disclosure is used to implement the data transmission method in the first embodiment of the method, so that the description is simple, and specific reference may be made to the related description in the first embodiment of the method, which is not described herein again.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 5, a third embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory 10 and a processor 20, where the memory 10 stores a computer program, and when the processor 20 runs the computer program stored in the memory 10, the processor 20 executes the above-mentioned various possible data transmission methods.
The memory 10 is connected to the processor 20, the memory 10 may be a flash memory, a read-only memory or other memories, and the processor 20 may be a central processing unit or a single chip microcomputer.
Furthermore, the disclosed embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being executed by a processor to perform the above-mentioned various possible methods.
The computer-readable storage media include volatile or nonvolatile, removable or non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, computer program modules or other data. Computer-readable storage media include, but are not limited to, RAM (Random Access Memory), ROM (Read-Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), flash Memory or other Memory technology, CD-ROM (Compact disk Read-Only Memory), Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can be accessed by a computer.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments that are employed to illustrate the principles of the present disclosure, and that the present disclosure is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and these are to be considered as the scope of the disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A data transmission method is applied to an identifier resolution platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an identification registration application sent by an enterprise node, wherein the identification registration application comprises enterprise information;
allocating an identification prefix and an industry identification coding template of the industry to the enterprise information according to the enterprise information; and the number of the first and second groups,
sending the distributed identification prefix and an industry identification coding template of the industry to an enterprise node so that the enterprise node carries out identification coding on the product according to the identification prefix, the industry identification coding template and product parameters when producing the product, and recording the product identification coding and production data of the product in different production links into a carrier carried by an active identification terminal installed on the product;
receiving product production information uploaded by an enterprise node, wherein the product production information comprises production data and product identification codes of products in different production links recorded in a carrier, and terminal equipment information of the active identification terminal;
receiving product operation information actively acquired and uploaded by an active identification terminal installed on a product; and the number of the first and second groups,
and storing the product production information and the product operation information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after receiving the product production information uploaded by the enterprise node:
and authenticating the active identification terminal installed on the product and the carrier carried by the active identification terminal according to the terminal equipment information in the product production information, and storing the product production information after the authentication is passed.
3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the terminal device information comprises a terminal device serial number, a carrier ID, a carrier key and a security certificate, and that the actively identified terminal of each product is associated with a unique carrier.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the product identification code comprises an identification prefix and an identification suffix generated by an enterprise node from product production information and an industry identification code template; the identification prefix comprises a country code, an industry code and an enterprise code; the identification suffix comprises a product type, a product batch number, a product serial number, a product characteristic code, a production date code, an enterprise self-defined tracing information segment and an extension code.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after an enterprise orders a private network service, an active identification terminal sends a private network session service request containing terminal identification information to a core network through a base station, and then receives session context information and network slice information of a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) which is sent by the core network, wherein the network slice information comprises the terminal identification information;
and the enterprise node establishes a service link, authentication and safety service channel of the active identification terminal, the base station, the core network, the identification analysis platform and the enterprise node after the terminal identification information is approved.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the terminal identification information comprises: the terminal equipment comprises a terminal equipment serial number, a carrier ID, a carrier key, a security certificate and an identification code prefix.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the receiving the product operation information actively collected and uploaded by the active identification terminal installed on the product comprises:
and receiving product operation information which is actively acquired by an active identification terminal installed on the product and is periodically or real-timely uploaded through a private network service channel.
8. An identity resolution platform, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a registration module and a registration module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving an identification registration application sent by an enterprise node, and the identification registration application comprises enterprise information;
the distribution module is arranged to distribute an identification prefix and an industry identification coding template of the industry to which the enterprise information belongs according to the enterprise information;
the sending module is arranged for sending the distributed identification prefix and the industry identification code template of the industry to the enterprise node so that the enterprise node carries out identification coding on the product according to the identification prefix, the industry identification code template and the product parameters when the product is produced, and records the product identification code and the production data of the product in different production links into a carrier carried by an active identification terminal installed on the product;
the receiving module is also configured to receive product production information uploaded by the enterprise node, wherein the product production information comprises production data and product identification codes of products in different production links, which are recorded in carriers carried by active identification terminals installed on the products, and terminal equipment information; and the number of the first and second groups,
receiving product operation information actively acquired and uploaded by an active identification terminal installed on a product;
and the storage module is used for storing the product production information and the product operation information.
9. An electronic device, comprising a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor, wherein when the processor executes the computer program stored in the memory, the processor performs the data transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the data transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
