Abstract
The invention discloses an industrial internet mark analyzing system which comprises an injection mold, an intelligent data collector, an active mark carrier, a safety access control platform, a mold management cloud platform, enterprise nodes, recursive nodes, industrial secondary nodes, national top-level nodes and a client; the intelligent data collector is arranged on the injection mold; the active identification carrier is arranged on the intelligent data acquisition unit and is connected with the safety access control platform; the safety access control platform is connected with the enterprise nodes; the enterprise node is connected with the mould management cloud platform; the recursive nodes are connected with the enterprise nodes; the industry second-level node is connected with the national top-level node, and the industry second-level node and the national top-level node are respectively connected with the recursion node; the client connects the recursion nodes. The industrial internet identification analysis system can effectively improve the monitoring strength of the injection mold and realize the full life cycle management of the injection mold; and, be favorable to real-time accurate control injection moulding production condition.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an industrial internet identification analysis system.
Background
In recent years, the injection molding industry in China is continuously and rapidly developed, the intelligent, automatic and informatization levels of injection molding factories are continuously improved, injection molding production data are increasingly huge and widely distributed, and enterprise updating and repairing of large-scale integral application become increasingly difficult as new demand lines are continuously increased. At present, in the injection molding production process, the information acquisition and monitoring management of an injection mold are not enough, the production management is difficult to be more precise and strict, the operation condition of the injection mold cannot be accurately summarized, transmitted, analyzed and displayed in real time, and the real-time monitoring management of industrial production data is lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an industrial internet identification analysis system which can effectively improve the monitoring strength of an injection mold and realize the full life cycle management of the injection mold; and, be favorable to real-time accurate control injection moulding production condition.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design an industrial internet identification analysis system, which comprises an injection mold, an intelligent data collector, an active identification carrier, a safety access control platform, a mold management cloud platform, enterprise nodes, recursive nodes, industrial secondary nodes, national top-level nodes and a client;
the intelligent data collector is arranged on the injection mold;
the active identification carrier is arranged on the intelligent data acquisition unit and is connected with the safety access control platform;
the safety access control platform is connected with the enterprise nodes;
the enterprise node is connected with a mould management cloud platform;
the recursive node is connected with the enterprise node;
the industry secondary node is connected with the national top node, and the industry secondary node and the national top node are respectively connected with the recursion node;
the client is connected with a recursion node.
Preferably, the intelligent data acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic information of the injection mold and operating state parameters of the injection mold.
Preferably, the injection mold basic information includes a name and a model specification of the injection mold.
Preferably, the operating state parameters of the injection mold include the mold closing times, the molding cycle, the position information and the mold clamping force of the injection mold.
Preferably, the active identification carrier comprises an MCU chip, a universal integrated circuit card, and a universal integrated mobile communication module.
Preferably, the client comprises a mobile phone terminal and a PC client.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the industrial internet identification analysis system is provided, the monitoring strength of the injection mold can be effectively improved, and the full life cycle management of the injection mold is realized; and, be favorable to real-time accurate control injection moulding production condition.
When the intelligent data acquisition device is used, the active identification carrier on the intelligent data acquisition device is electrified and activated for the first time, and then the active identification carrier initiates an identity authentication request to the security access control platform; the security access control platform receives the identity authentication request and then carries out matching, if the matching is successful, a registration request is initiated to the enterprise node, the enterprise node receives the registration request and then carries out auditing, if the auditing is passed, unique identification registration information corresponding to the active identification carrier is obtained, after the completion, the enterprise node issues the identification registration information to the security access control platform, meanwhile, the enterprise node submits the identification registration information to an industry secondary node, the security access control platform sends the identification registration information and writes the identification registration information into the active identification carrier after receiving the identification registration information, and the industry secondary node stores the identification registration information to a national top node after receiving the identification registration information, so that the identification registration is completed. The basic information and the running state parameters of the injection mold are collected through the intelligent data collector, the collected basic information and the collected running state parameters are sent to the active identification carrier, and the active identification carrier sends the basic information and the running state parameters to the mold management cloud platform for storage. When a user needs to inquire the identification registration information, the recursive node can be used as an inquiry inlet, an inquiry request is initiated to the recursive node through the client, the recursive node sends an addressing request to the second-level node after receiving the inquiry request, the second-level node forwards the addressing request to the national top-level node, and the national top-level node provides the corresponding identification registration information for the client according to the addressing request; and the recursion node also sends an identification analysis request to the enterprise node, and the enterprise node receives the identification analysis request, calls basic information and running state parameters of the corresponding injection mold from the mold management cloud platform and provides the basic information and the running state parameters to the client.

the active identification carrier is arranged on the intelligent data acquisition unit and is connected with the safety access control platform;
the safety access control platform is connected with the enterprise nodes;
the enterprise node is connected with a mould management cloud platform;
the recursive node is connected with the enterprise node;
the industry secondary node is connected with the national top node, and the industry secondary node and the national top node are respectively connected with the recursion node;
the client is connected with a recursion node.
The intelligent data acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic information of the injection mold and operating state parameters of the injection mold.
The injection mold basic information includes the name and model specification of the injection mold.
The operating state parameters of the injection mold comprise the mold closing times, the molding cycle, the position information and the mold locking force of the injection mold.

The basic information and the running state parameters of the injection mold are collected through the intelligent data collector, the collected basic information and the collected running state parameters are sent to the active identification carrier, and the active identification carrier sends the basic information and the running state parameters to the mold management cloud platform for storage. When a user needs to inquire the identification registration information, the recursive node can be used as an inquiry inlet, an inquiry request is initiated to the recursive node through the client, the recursive node sends an addressing request to the second-level node after receiving the inquiry request, the second-level node forwards the addressing request to the national top-level node, and the national top-level node provides the corresponding identification registration information for the client according to the addressing request; and the recursion node also sends an identification analysis request to the enterprise node, and the enterprise node receives the identification analysis request, calls basic information and running state parameters of the corresponding injection mold from the mold management cloud platform and provides the basic information and the running state parameters to the client.

the active identification carrier is arranged on the intelligent data acquisition unit and is connected with the safety access control platform;
the safety access control platform is connected with the enterprise nodes;
the enterprise node is connected with a mould management cloud platform;
the recursive node is connected with the enterprise node;
the industry secondary node is connected with the national top node, and the industry secondary node and the national top node are respectively connected with the recursion node;
the client is connected with a recursion node.
2. The system for analyzing industrial internet identification according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent data collector is configured to collect basic information of the injection mold and parameters of an operation state of the injection mold.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the injection mold base information includes a name and a model specification of an injection mold.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the parameters of the operation status of the injection mold include mold closing times, molding cycle, position information and mold clamping force of the injection mold.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the active identification carrier comprises an MCU chip, a universal integrated circuit card and a universal integrated mobile communication module.
6. The industrial internet identity resolution system of claim 5, wherein the clients comprise mobile phone clients and PC clients.
