If the pilot RSCP of the cell is not lower than the preset threshold, it is considered that the link is degraded due to other reasons, and the link rate is selected to be reduced to reduce the interference to other users, and usually, the intra-cell slot adjustment is performed on the high-rate service portion, which mainly considers that the interference to users in other slots is also caused after the high-rate service is adjusted to other slots.

Performing quality detection on the operation data, and judging that a link degradation condition occurs if the operation data meets a preset degradation condition; acquiring uplink and downlink data in the operating data, and acquiring pilot frequency RSCP of a cell of a link where the terminal is located according to the uplink and downlink data;
if the pilot frequency RSCP of the cell is lower than a preset threshold, switching the cell of the link where the terminal is located;
and re-analyzing the degradation condition of the link where the terminal is located, and if the degradation condition of the link is not improved yet, reducing the rate of the link where the terminal is located.
And if the degradation condition is not improved by all the adjustments, the number resource of the SIM card inserted into the terminal is cancelled, so that the SIM card with an unsatisfactory communication effect is reduced, and the waste of the number resource is avoided.

if the network type in the code resource application request is the electric power wireless private network, calling a read-write card interface to write the code resource into the SIM card;
and inserting the SIM card into a terminal of the power wireless private network, acquiring operation data of the terminal, and determining whether code number resources need to be cancelled according to the operation data.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authenticating the request for code number resource request includes:
if the electric power wireless private network receives the code number resource application request, the authentication is carried out through a token mechanism;
and if the electric wireless public network receives the code resource application request, selecting a corresponding authentication mechanism according to an API (application program interface) protocol provided by an operator.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein if the power wireless private network receives a code resource application request, the authenticating is performed through a token mechanism, and the method includes:
for the code resource application request authenticated for the first time, acquiring a user name and a password used when a user initiates the code resource application request, and if authentication is successful according to the user name and the password, generating a token with timeliness and returning the token to the user;
and for the code number resource application request which is not authenticated for the first time, verifying whether a token provided by a user is expired or not, if so, generating an error code, and if not, successfully authenticating.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preset coding rule includes:
for the electric wireless public network, coding the code number resources according to the IMEI, IMSI, MSISDN and GUTI coding rules defined in the 3GPP protocol;
for the electric power wireless private network, a service bearing network number is defined according to the service type of an electric power company, and a code number resource is coded by combining a 3GPP protocol.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the network type in the code resource application request is the wireless private network, the method calls a read/write card interface to write the code resource into the SIM card, including:
arranging the code resource according to a preset card writing sequence to form a code resource list;
inserting the SIM card, and detecting whether the SIM card is inserted well by sending a polling command to an SIM card interface;
if receiving the polling feedback information of successful card insertion, calling a read-write card interface to read the content of the code number resource list, and writing the code number resource into the SIM card;
and recording the card writing times, and automatically disconnecting the SIM card from the interface of the read-write card when the card writing times reach the number of the code numbers.

analyzing the degradation condition of a link where the terminal is located according to the operation data, and adjusting a cell where the link is located;
and if the deterioration condition is not improved yet by the adjustment, logging out the code number resource of the SIM card inserted into the terminal.

and re-analyzing the degradation condition of the link where the terminal is located, and if the degradation condition of the link is not improved yet, reducing the rate of the link where the terminal is located.
