Abstract

本发明公开了一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,电池芯安装在前后两块镂空板的中间,镂空板的后端设置有风扇;塑料端板对称设置在电池芯的左右两侧;每一个电池芯的底面通过底部导热结构胶和底部保温垫粘结。每一个电池芯的顶面通过导热结构胶、上部密封胶与顶部保温泡棉粘结,且顶部保温泡棉的上部设置有云母板。该电池包,电池芯安装在镂空板的中间,由于镂空板的镂空结构,结合风扇的作用,使得空气形成对流,达到通风散热的效果,并且电芯组无锁附,利用底部与顶部胶粘与机身形成一个整体,作为箱体的纵梁,整体结构紧凑,重量轻,电池芯为硬壳矩形电芯,壳体不带电,正极极柱和壳体绝缘,绝缘性好,提高了安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池包相关技术领域,具体为一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包。
背景技术
电池包一般指的是组合电池,主要指锂电池组的加工组装,是将电芯,电池保护板,电池连接片,标签纸等通过电池封装工艺组合加工成客户需要的产品,用于对电芯的储存,延长电芯的使用寿命,使用非常广泛;
但是,通常所使用的电池包,在实际使用过程中,电池的散热效果不好,整体结构不紧凑,重量大,并且绝缘性不好,实用性不高,不适合推广到航空器上使用;
为此我们提出了一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,用来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,以解决上述背景技术中提出的通常所使用的电池包,在实际使用过程中,电池的散热效果不好,整体结构不紧凑,重量大,并且绝缘性不好,实用性不高,不适合推广到航空器上使用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,包含电池芯1,所述电池芯1安装在前后两块镂空板2的中间,且镂空板2的后端设置有风扇3;
塑料端板12,所述塑料端板12对称设置在电池芯1的左右两侧;
电池芯1设置有96个,每一个电池芯1的底面通过底部导热结构胶5和底部保温垫6粘结;
每一个电池芯1的顶面通过导热结构胶8、上部密封胶9与顶部保温泡棉10粘结,且顶部保温泡棉10的上部设置有云母板11。
电池芯1的底面间隙处设置有底部密封胶4。
电池芯1的顶面间隙处设置有顶部绝缘条7。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,在实际使用过程中,将电池芯安装在镂空板的中间,由于镂空板的镂空结构,结合风扇的作用,使得空气形成对流,达到通风散热的效果,并且电芯组无锁附,利用底部与顶部胶粘与机身形成一个整体,作为箱体的纵梁,整体结构紧凑,重量轻,电池芯为硬壳矩形电芯,壳体不带电,正极极柱和壳体绝缘,绝缘性好,提高了安全性。
1、设有电池芯、镂空板和风扇,电池芯安装在镂空板的中间,并且结合镂空板的“镂空”状和风扇的设置,能够对电池芯起到散热的作用,而且电池芯为硬壳矩形电芯,壳体不带电,正极极柱和壳体绝缘,绝缘性好,在一定程度上,提高了电池包的安全性,实用性强;
2、设有底部保温垫、顶部保温泡棉、云母板,云母板下使用保温泡棉,结合底部保温垫的设置,使得电池芯外部的温度处于较为恒定的状态,结构简单,实用性高。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,包含电池芯1,所述电池芯1安装在前后两块镂空板2的中间,且镂空板2的后端设置有风扇3,由于镂空板2的镂空结构,结合风扇3的作用,使得空气形成对流,达到通风散热的效果;
塑料端板12,所述塑料端板12对称设置在电池芯1的左右两侧;
电池芯1设置有96个,每一个电池芯1的底面通过底部导热结构胶5和底部保温垫6粘结;
每一个电池芯1的顶面通过导热结构胶8、上部密封胶9与顶部保温泡棉10粘结,且顶部保温泡棉10的上部设置有云母板11,电池芯1无锁附,利用底部与顶部胶粘与机身形成一个整体,作为箱体的纵梁,整体结构强度好。
电池芯1的底面间隙处设置有底部密封胶4;电池芯1的顶面间隙处设置有顶部绝缘条7,底部密封胶4和顶部绝缘条7保证间隙和绝缘。
云母板11下使用保温泡棉,结合底部保温垫的设置,使得电池芯1外部的温度处于较为恒定的状态,结构简单,实用性高。

1.一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,其特征在于,包括:电池芯(1),所述电池芯(1)安装在前后两块镂空板(2)的中间,且镂空板(2)的后端设置有风扇(3);
塑料端板(12),所述塑料端板(12)对称设置在电池芯(1)的左右两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,其特征在于,所述的电池芯(1)设置有96个,每一个电池芯(1)的底面通过底部导热结构胶(5)和底部保温垫(6)粘结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,其特征在于,每一个电池芯(1)的顶面通过导热结构胶(8)、上部密封胶(9)与顶部保温泡棉(10)粘结,且顶部保温泡棉(10)的上部设置有云母板(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,其特征在于,所述的电池芯(1)的底面间隙处设置有底部密封胶(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种确保电池安全性的超轻型电池包,其特征在于,电池芯(1)的顶面间隙处设置有顶部绝缘条(7)。
