Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a plan management method applied to a sample inspection management system according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, the method including steps S01 to S04, wherein:
step S01: acquiring a sample inspection request uploaded by a client, wherein the sample inspection request at least comprises sample information and inspection item information;
it can be understood that, in this step, the sample inspection request is generally uploaded by the inspection entrustor through a client, the client may be a mobile phone of an individual user or a work system of a client unit, and the sample inspection management system is an internal management system of the entrusted party.
Step S02: establishing a checking schedule according to the sample information and the checking project information, wherein the checking schedule comprises schedule progress information and checking project types;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the sample actually refers to an article to be detected, the principal sends a sample inspection request to the sample inspection management system, further determines information such as the name of the article to be detected and the number of samples according to the sample information in the request, and knows all items to be detected of the article to be detected according to the inspection item information.
By way of example and not limitation, in this embodiment, the name of the article to be detected of the sample to be detected is a water sample, the number of the sample is 100, the related water sample detection items are detection experiments of various microorganism contents in water, and relevant experiment matters of the sample detection request of the customer are determined according to the information, so that corresponding planning can be performed.
Step S03: judging whether test data corresponding to the test item type is received or not every first preset time;
it should be noted that the inspection data is uploaded to the sample inspection management system by the tester executing the inspection item, and the inspection data may be uploaded in one or more copies, and according to the inspection items corresponding to the inspection data one to one, it is determined that the items acquiring the inspection data have been completed.
Specifically, the first preset time is set to periodically and real-timely feed back the completion condition of the project, and the first preset time is related to the actual working environment and is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Step S04: and if so, updating the plan progress information according to the inspection data corresponding to the inspection project type.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the scheduled progress information is an overall completion progress value of the sample inspection at this time, an initial value of the progress of the sample inspection at this time is 0, and a final value is one hundred percent, and the progress proportion division is performed according to all types of the detection items involved, when a plurality of inspection data uploaded by a tester are received, and then the corresponding inspection items are obtained according to the inspection data, the test sample inspection management system grays the inspection items completed in the inspection schedule to prompt that the items are completed, and synchronously updates the overall completion progress value in the inspection schedule.
In conclusion, according to the plan management method, the online real-time progress tracking is performed by establishing the inspection schedule, so that a good supervision effect is achieved, and the working efficiency of the staff is improved. Specifically, after a sample inspection request uploaded by a user at a client is received, an inspection schedule is established according to sample information in the sample inspection request and project information to be inspected, wherein the schedule needs to include schedule progress information and all project types of the sample inspection, and whether inspection data corresponding to the sample inspection is received or not is monitored in real time at intervals of first preset time. The plan progress information in the inspection schedule is updated according to the received inspection data so as to be convenient for viewing at any time, and a health project feedback mechanism is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a plan management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, the method includes steps S11 to S20, wherein:
step S11: acquiring a sample inspection request uploaded by a client, wherein the sample inspection request at least comprises sample information and inspection item information;
step S12: calling a checking item list corresponding to the sample information from a preset database according to the sample information, wherein the checking item list comprises all checking items of the sample;
it can be understood that, in the process of actually creating the inspection schedule, the sample inspection management system may pre-create a database, where the database includes multiple types of sample information that can be inspected, and all executable inspection items corresponding to each sample, and when the sample inspection management system receives the sample information, the sample name of the sample inspection is locked according to the sample information, and then all executable inspection items under the object to be inspected are quickly retrieved according to the sample name, so as to summarize into an inspection item list.
By way of example and not limitation, in this embodiment, if the object to be detected is a water sample, all the test items related to the water sample are extracted, for example, content detection of various trace elements, content detection of inorganic substances, content detection of organic substances, and the like.
Step S13: comparing the inspection item information with an inspection item list corresponding to the sample information to determine a single or multiple inspection items corresponding to the sample inspection according to a comparison result;
it should be noted that, after the sample inspection management system generates a temporary list of inspection items, the list of inspection items is compared with all items of inspection uploaded by the customer, so as to mark all inspection items required for the sample inspection, thereby determining the inspection matters of the sample inspection.
Step S14: generating a tester scheduling request according to a single or multiple test items corresponding to the sample test, and sending the tester scheduling request to an employee management platform;
it can be understood that, in order to improve the work efficiency of the staff, when analyzing all the inspection items required to be completed by the inspection task, the sample inspection management system generates a dispatch request, where the dispatch request includes all the inspection item type information, and sends the dispatch request to the staff management platform, so as to realize the dispatching of the staff task and make clear the division of the work of each staff under each department.
Step S15: acquiring tester information issued by the employee management platform according to the tester scheduling request, and establishing a planning schedule according to the tester information and a single or multiple test projects corresponding to the sample test;
it should be noted that, after the employee management platform obtains the retrieval request, all the inspection item type information starts to be analyzed, and the testers corresponding to each inspection item type start to be retrieved according to the inspection item type information.
For example, since detection items such as trace element detection, organic substance detection, inorganic substance detection and the like may correspond to different instruments and different experimental departments, before the completion of the calling, an employee role list including employee information and information of a performable item corresponding to the employee is sent to the employee management platform, so that the employee management platform can be ensured to arrange the employee in a competent detection affair according to the obtained type information of the detection item.
Step S16: acquiring planning information which is uploaded by a tester according to the inspection schedule and corresponds to all inspection projects, wherein the planning information comprises estimated completion time corresponding to all the inspection projects one by one;
it should be noted that after the staff management platform completes the relevant scheduling, the staff management platform sends the tester information corresponding to each type of the inspection project to the sample inspection management system, so that the sample inspection management system establishes an inspection schedule, at this time, the tester submits a corresponding piece of planning information for the dispatched inspection affairs through the sample inspection management system, the planning information is mainly the estimated completion time of the next inspection project or projects of the inspection affairs of the tester, and it can be understood that each inspection project has a corresponding estimated completion time.
Step S17: establishing a task quality evaluation table according to the planning information so as to score the project of the tester;
it can be understood that after the tester completes the related planning of the detection affairs sent to the tester, the sample inspection management system can establish a task quality evaluation table according to the estimated completion time, so as to score according to the completion progress, thereby playing a good supervision role.
Further, the inspection data further includes a sub-project completion date, so that the sample inspection management system updates the completion time of the sub-project corresponding to the inspection data according to the inspection data to obtain a final completion time, compares the final completion time with the planning information, and updates the task quality evaluation table according to the comparison result and a preset scoring rule, for example, if it is analyzed that the sub-project is more estimated to be completed by ten days than the estimated completion time according to the comparison result, then, the sub-project is scored according to a scoring interval corresponding to the number of delay days, so as to complete the update of the task quality evaluation table.
Step S18: judging whether test data corresponding to the test item type is received or not every first preset time;
step S19: when test data uploaded by a tester are received, acquiring a sub-project name corresponding to the test data according to the test data;
it should be noted that the inspection item further includes a plurality of sub-items, the inspection data is a detection result corresponding to the sub-item, that is, each sub-item corresponds to one piece of inspection data, the sample inspection management system can confirm that the sub-item is completed by obtaining the detection result corresponding to each sub-item, and obtain a sub-item name related to the inspection data uploaded this time.
Step S20: and modifying the schedule progress information in the schedule progress table according to the sub-project name corresponding to the inspection data, and updating the progress value corresponding to the sample inspection according to the modification result.
It can be understood that the sample inspection management system analyzes the inspection data to confirm the names of the sub-projects that have been completed, on one hand, the sample inspection system grays all the completed sub-projects to distinguish all the sub-projects to be completed, counts the number of all the sub-projects, and modifies the schedule progress information in the schedule according to the number of completed sub-projects, thereby updating the schedule completion condition of the sample inspection.
It should be noted that, if the sample inspection management system receives a task cancellation request sent by the client, the task cancellation request includes all inspection item information of the task to be cancelled at this time; and auditing all the inspection project information of the task to be cancelled at this time, and updating the inspection schedule according to the auditing result.
In summary, according to the plan management method, the inspection schedule is established to perform online real-time progress tracking, so that a good supervision effect is achieved, and the work efficiency of the staff is improved.
