Background
The baking curing station involved in the automatic production line needs a baking box or a closed baking mechanism. Common baking equipment is basically not applicable in a non-standard production line, and a non-standard oven has a wide use scene.
Disadvantages of the conventional toasting apparatus:
the oven is mostly standard equipment, can't satisfy the needs on automatic assembly line.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a circulating lifting type baking oven includes an outer casing 7 of the oven body, and an insulating layer 10 of the oven body located inside the outer casing 7 of the oven body, wherein the insulating layer 10 of the oven body prevents the heat inside from being conducted to the outer layer to dissipate the heat, thereby preventing the outer layer from being scalded due to too high temperature. The box body shell 7 and the box body heat insulation layer 10 are separated by the glass fiber blocks 11 which are distributed dispersedly, so that heat conduction is avoided.
Four mounting seats 6 are arranged at the bottom of the circulating lifting type baking oven, so that the circulating lifting type baking oven is convenient to mount on a production line and automation equipment, and is simple in butt joint and wide in use scene.
A tray lifting mechanism 40 and a tray descending mechanism 50 are arranged inside the box body heat insulation layer 10, a top layer tray moving mechanism 12 is arranged at the tops of the tray lifting mechanism 40 and the tray descending mechanism 50, and a hot air box 20 is arranged between the tray lifting mechanism 40 and the tray descending mechanism 50.
The tray lifting mechanism 40 and the tray lowering mechanism 50 are identical in structure except for the opposite rotation directions.
Taking the tray lifting mechanism 40 as an example, the tray lifting mechanism 40 includes a chain wheel 13, a driving chain 17, a driving chain 19 and tray carriers 16 arranged in an array, and the tray carriers 16 are locked on the driving chain 19. The sprocket 13 is connected to a drive chain 17, and the sprocket 13 is connected to a drive chain 19.
The tray lifting mechanism 40 is driven by a lifting servo motor 4, and the tray lowering mechanism 50 is driven by a lowering servo motor 5. The lifting servo motor 4 is connected with a driving chain 17, and drives the tray support plate 16 to ascend step by step through the driving chain 17, the chain wheel 13 and the transmission chain 19. Similarly, the tray descending mechanism 50 drives the tray support plate 16 to descend step by step.
The top pallet moving mechanism 12 includes a moving cylinder 121, a moving block 122 connected to the moving cylinder 121, and a push plate 123 connected to the moving block 122. When the tray is lifted to the top by the tray lifting mechanism 40, the push plate 123 is driven by the moving cylinder 121 to push the tray to the tray lowering mechanism 50.
The hot air box 20 comprises a honeycomb plate 23 and a hot air box port 21 which are communicated. Four air suction boxes 14 are arranged inside the box body heat insulation layer 10, and the air suction boxes 14 are connected with air outlet pipes 15. The oven heat source is provided by an external hot air blower which delivers heated air into the oven through hot air box 20. The hot air box interface 21 is connected with the outlet of the hot air blower, hot air enters the oven through the honeycomb plate 23 of the hot air box in a uniformly dispersed manner, and flows out of the oven through the four air suction boxes 14 and the four air outlet pipes 15.
A plurality of temperature sensing rods 22 are arranged inside the box heat insulation layer 10, the temperature sensing rods 22 are connected with a temperature controller 1, and the temperature controller 1 monitors the temperature of the temperature sensing rods 22. The temperature sensing bars 22 are distributed at four corners of the baking oven and at the entrance of the hot air oven.
The invention adopts a feeding and discharging form with simultaneous feeding and discharging to form a multi-station cache structure. The product does not influence the running rhythm of the whole production line in the baking process, and is particularly suitable for the baking station in the automatic production line for tray feeding.
Inside sets up the insulating layer, and inside the storehouse was stored to the tray to the heat, outside the heat can not conduct to the oven, thermal high-usage, the protecting effect is good.
Inside temperature sensor sets up abundantly, in toasting case four corners, all sets up the temperature-sensing stick in the hot-blast incasement, and the inside real-time temperature of monitoring oven that can be accurate comprehensive shows on the temperature controller on the panel.
The entering, rising, translation, decline of frock tray of product all are automatic completion, and whole journey need not artifical the participation and interferes, is a full-automatic baking equipment of a section.
