本发明公开了一种六角法兰面挤压密封螺栓,包括螺栓主体、六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆、六角圆管、法兰、弹簧,所述螺栓主体由六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆组成,六角螺帽的下端面设有竖直设置的圆杆,圆杆的下端面设有竖直设置的外螺纹杆,六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆同轴,六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆的外径递减,圆杆上套有同轴的六角圆管,六角圆管、六角螺帽之间连有弹簧,弹簧套在圆杆上,六角圆管的下端面设有同轴的法兰,六角圆管、法兰的内径相同。本发明将弹簧设在螺帽与六角圆管之间,螺栓安装完成后,弹簧能够将法兰压在安装面上,使法兰的下端面与安装面之间具有良好的密封性。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及紧固件的技术领域,特别是一种六角法兰面挤压密封螺栓的技术领域。
【背景技术】
螺栓:机械零件,配用螺母的圆柱形带螺纹的紧固件。由头部和螺杆(带有外螺纹的圆柱体)两部分组成的一类紧固件,需与螺母配合,用于紧固连接两个带有通孔的零件。这种连接形式称螺栓连接。如把螺母从螺栓上旋下,又可以使这两个零件分开,故螺栓连接是属于可拆卸连接。螺栓应用广泛,但是常规的螺栓密封性差。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种六角法兰面挤压密封螺栓,能够使螺栓具有良好的密封性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种六角法兰面挤压密封螺栓,包括螺栓主体、六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆、六角圆管、法兰、弹簧,所述螺栓主体由六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆组成,六角螺帽的下端面设有竖直设置的圆杆,圆杆的下端面设有竖直设置的外螺纹杆,六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆同轴,六角螺帽、圆杆、外螺纹杆的外径递减,圆杆上套有同轴的六角圆管,六角圆管、六角螺帽之间连有弹簧,弹簧套在圆杆上,六角圆管的下端面设有同轴的法兰,六角圆管、法兰的内径相同。
作为优选,所述圆杆外壁上设有若干个轴向设置限位滑槽,限位滑槽贯穿圆杆的上下两端,六角圆管内管壁上设有若干个滑块,若干个滑块、若干个限位滑槽一一对应,滑块卡入对应的限位滑槽内。
作为优选,所述六角螺帽、六角圆管的外管壁共面。
作为优选,所述法兰的下端面设有同轴的密封垫圈,密封垫圈的水平截面与法兰的水平截面平行对称。

本发明的有益效果:本发明将弹簧设在螺帽与六角圆管之间,螺栓安装完成后,弹簧能够将法兰压在安装面上,使法兰的下端面与安装面之间具有良好的密封性,同时弹簧能够吸收振动和冲击、起到缓冲作用,使螺栓在安装孔内不易松动,螺栓不松动,法兰的下端面与安装面之间的密封性将不被破坏;密封橡胶管共同将弹簧密封起来,使弹簧不易生锈,确保弹簧能够长期有效的运行,同时密封橡胶管本身材质较软、具有良好的弹性,具有良好的吸振性能,进一步增强了螺栓对的抗振性能;滑块、限位滑槽防止圆环在圆杆上旋转,圆环旋转后弹簧会紧接着旋转,弹簧扭转产生的扭力施加在螺栓主体上将会使螺栓主体旋转,不利于螺栓主体的固定。

本发明工作过程:
本发明一种六角法兰面挤压密封螺栓在工作过程中,安装螺栓后,使弹簧3呈压缩状态。
本发明,将弹簧3设在螺帽11与六角圆管2之间,螺栓安装完成后,弹簧3能够将法兰21压在安装面上,使法兰21的下端面与安装面之间具有良好的密封性,同时弹簧3能够吸收振动和冲击、起到缓冲作用,使螺栓在安装孔内不易松动,螺栓不松动,法兰21的下端面与安装面之间的密封性将不被破坏;密封橡胶管203共同将弹簧3密封起来,使弹簧3不易生锈,确保弹簧3能够长期有效的运行,同时密封橡胶管203本身材质较软、具有良好的弹性,具有良好的吸振性能,进一步增强了螺栓对的抗振性能;滑块201、限位滑槽120防止圆环2在圆杆12上旋转,圆环2旋转后弹簧3会紧接着旋转,弹簧3扭转产生的扭力施加在螺栓主体1上将会使螺栓主体1旋转,不利于螺栓主体1的固定。
