Abstract

Background
With the popularization and application of the shield technology, the site conditions faced by the shield technology are more complex, the situation that the shield starting well space is smaller than the size of the shield machine is more common, and therefore the requirement of split starting of the shield machine is more and more great.

3) according to the invention, the starting pipeline is clamped by the clamping assembly so as to be suspended between the two extension tracks, so that the pipeline is prevented from contacting with the tracks and the tunnel structure, the risk of pipeline damage is greatly reduced, and the safety of constructors is effectively improved;
4) in the invention, each pipeline is fixed by the independent clamping assembly, so that each pipeline can be independently taken out without influencing other pipelines, and the maintenance and replacement of the pipelines are facilitated.

According to the invention, after the pipeline is clamped and fixed on the sliding trolley 4 by the clamping assembly, the sliding trolley 4 can slide forwards and backwards on the extension track 3, so that the pipeline can be conveniently extended and recovered under the traction action of the sliding trolley 4.
With the structure, the pipeline can be suspended between the two extension rails (only the clamping assembly is positioned between the extension rails 3 at two sides), so that the pipeline is prevented from contacting with the rails and the tunnel structure, the risk of pipeline damage is greatly reduced, and the safety of constructors is effectively improved.
Specifically, the adjusting gear 7 and the fastening bolt 8 for locking the adjusting gear 7 are mounted on the clamping frame 6, the adjusting gear 7 is rotatably connected to the clamping frame 6, the fastening bolt 8 is spirally connected to the clamping frame 6, the supporting bracket 5 is provided with the adjusting rack 9 matched with the adjusting gear 7, the clamping frame 6 can be firstly arranged on the supporting bracket 5 in a penetrating mode, then the clamping frame 6 is shifted, the pipeline sequentially penetrates between the clamping frame 6 and the clamping frame 6 (or the supporting bracket 5) along the front and rear directions, and then the fastening bolt 8 is screwed to lock the adjusting gear 7, so that the pipeline is fixed on the supporting bracket 5. The adjusting gear 7 and the adjusting rack 9 have the function of locking the pipeline for the second time, so that the problem of low stability possibly existing in the process of dragging the pipeline for a long distance is solved.
Specifically, the clamping assembly comprises a fixed block 10, an adjusting block 11, a clamping block 12, a clamping sheet 13 and an adjusting screw 14, wherein the fixed block 10 is arranged on the clamping frame 6, the adjusting block 11 is arranged in the fixed block 10, the adjusting block 11 is in sliding fit with the clamping block 12, the bottom of the clamping block 12 extends out of the fixed block 10 (the upper part of the clamping block 12 is arranged in the fixed block 10 through an ear plate type structure so as to be capable of moving downwards under the extrusion action of the adjusting block 11), the clamping sheet 13 is embedded at the bottom of the clamping block 12, the adjusting screw 14 is spirally connected on the fixed block 10, and one end of the adjusting screw 14 passes through the fixed block 10 and is embedded on the adjusting block 11, in the invention, after the fastening bolt 8 is screwed, a user can further screw the adjusting screw 14, at the moment, the adjusting block 11 moves forwards under the action of the adjusting screw 14 and pushes the clamping block 12 downwards, so that the pipeline is fixed between the clamping frame 6 and the clamping frame 6 (or the support bracket 5) by means of the clamping pieces 13 mounted on the clamping blocks 12. In order to adapt to the fastening of the pipeline, the bottom of the clamping piece 13 is arc-shaped, so that the clamping piece can be attached to the outer wall of the pipeline. The sliding fit of the adjusting block 11 and the clamping block 12 in the invention enables a user to quickly lock/release the adjusting block 11 by screwing the adjusting screw 14 by a small amount, thereby realizing independent fixation (or taking out) of each pipeline without influencing other pipelines, and being beneficial to quick maintenance and replacement of the pipelines.
The invention can utilize the structure to realize classification, separation and fixation of different pipelines (as shown in figure 2), so as to avoid the problems of winding, knotting and the like among different pipelines and greatly improve the pipeline carding and interface matching efficiency.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (6)
