The concrete construction method of the waterproof structure comprises the following steps: the side end faces of a plurality of PC wallboard units are butted side by side to form a lower-layer wallboard, grooves on the side end faces are opposite to form an accommodating cavity during butt joint, and a vertical sealing rubber strip is arranged in the accommodating cavity; fixing a transverse sealing rubber strip at the rabbet of the top surface of each PC wallboard unit of the lower-layer wallboard, and fixing a rubber pad at the rabbet of the bottom surface of each PC wallboard unit of the upper-layer wallboard; laying a diversion rubber mat at each cross slab joint on the top surface of the lower-layer wallboard, covering the vertical slab joints of the adjacent PC wallboard units by the diversion rubber mats, covering the width direction of the transverse sealing rubber strips and the rabbet of the top surface, and fixing a hydrophobic sponge block at one end of the diversion rubber mats close to the outdoor side; the rubber pad at the rabbet of the bottom surface of each PC wallboard unit forming the upper layer wallboard is contacted with the transverse sealing rubber strip at the rabbet of the top surface of each PC wallboard unit in the lower layer wallboard, weather-resistant glue is filled outside the transverse plate seam and the vertical plate seam, so that the hydrophobic sponge at the cross plate seam is exposed outside, and before the weather-resistant glue is filled in the transverse plate seam, a foam rod is firstly put in and then filled.

Claims (10)

1. A waterproof structure of an external wallboard with water seepage of a drainage board seam comprises a PC wallboard unit, a transverse board seam and a vertical board seam, wherein the transverse board seam and the vertical board seam are formed after the PC wallboard units are spliced, and a cross board seam is formed at the intersection of the transverse board seam and the vertical board seam; the method is characterized in that: the top surface and the bottom surface of the PC wallboard unit are respectively provided with a tongue-and-groove which can be mutually butted, a transverse sealing rubber strip is fixed on a convex part of the tongue-and-groove on the top surface, a rubber pad is fixed on a concave part of the tongue-and-groove on the bottom surface, and two side end surfaces of the PC wallboard unit are provided with grooves which are communicated up and down; grooves on the side end faces of the PC wallboard units on two sides of the vertical plate seam are opposite to form a containing cavity, a vertical sealing rubber strip is arranged in the containing cavity, weather-resistant glue is filled outside the vertical sealing rubber strip, and weather-resistant glue is filled outside the transverse sealing rubber strip in the transverse plate seam; and a diversion rubber mat is laid on the transverse sealing rubber strips at the cross-shaped board seam, covers the gap between the transverse sealing rubber strips on the adjacent PC wall board units at the lower layer, covers the transverse sealing rubber strips in the width direction and covers the concave parts of the tongue-and-groove parts of the top surfaces of the PC wall board units, the concave parts of the tongue-and-groove parts of the top surfaces and the convex parts of the tongue-and-groove parts are inclined planes inclined towards the outdoor side, a hydrophobic sponge block is fixed on the top surface of the concave part of the tongue-and-groove part of the top surface, which is laid by the diversion rubber mat, and part of the hydrophobic sponge block at the cross-shaped board seam is exposed outside.

The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: the convex part of the top surface rabbet is provided with a first inclined surface inclined towards the concave part of the top surface rabbet, and the transverse sealing rubber strip is fixed on the first inclined surface; the concave part of the bottom groove is provided with a second inclined plane inclining to the convex part of the bottom groove, and the rubber pad is fixed on the second inclined plane.

The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 2, characterized in that: the transverse sealing rubber strip comprises a main body parallel to the first inclined plane and a vertical extending part, the vertical extending part is integrally connected with the main body, a through cavity structure is arranged in the main body, the main body is attached to the first inclined plane, and the vertical extending part is attached to the transition vertical side wall of the convex part and the concave part of the top surface tongue-and-groove; one part of the rubber pad is attached to the second inclined plane, and the other part of the rubber pad is attached to the transitional vertical side wall of the concave part and the convex part of the bottom surface tongue-and-groove.

The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: the length of the transverse sealing rubber strip is the same as the width of the PC wallboard unit, the length of the rubber pad is the same as the width of the PC wallboard unit, and the length of the vertical sealing rubber strip is the same as the height of the PC wallboard unit.

The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: the middle part of the vertical sealing rubber strip is a cavity which is communicated up and down, a plurality of partition ribs extending outwards are arranged on the opposite side faces of the vertical sealing rubber strip, the partition ribs face the grooves on the side end faces of the PC wallboard units, and the adjacent partition ribs on the same side and the grooves on the same side form a flow guide cavity together.
6. The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: and the groove on the side end face of the PC wallboard unit is provided with a concave part corresponding to the tongue-and-groove on the top surface.

The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: and a foam rod is arranged on the outer side of the transverse sealing rubber strip in the transverse plate seam, and weather-resistant rubber is filled on the outer side of the foam rod.
8. The board seam waterproof construction of the PC outer wall panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickness of water conservancy diversion cushion and rubber pad is 1mm, and the length of water conservancy diversion cushion is 200 mm.
9. A construction method of an external wall panel with drainage plate seam seepage water is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the side end faces of a plurality of PC wallboard units are butted side by side to form a lower-layer wallboard, grooves on the side end faces are opposite to form an accommodating cavity during butt joint, and a vertical sealing rubber strip is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
fixing a transverse sealing rubber strip at the rabbet of the top surface of each PC wallboard unit of the lower-layer wallboard, and fixing a rubber pad at the rabbet of the bottom surface of each PC wallboard unit of the upper-layer wallboard;
laying a diversion rubber mat at each cross slab joint on the top surface of the lower-layer wallboard, covering the vertical slab joints of the adjacent PC wallboard units by the diversion rubber mats, covering the width direction of the transverse sealing rubber strips and the rabbet of the top surface, and fixing a hydrophobic sponge block at one end of the diversion rubber mats close to the outdoor side;
and (3) contacting a rubber pad at the rabbet of the bottom surface of each PC wallboard unit forming the upper layer wallboard with a transverse sealing rubber strip at the rabbet of the top surface of each PC wallboard unit in the lower layer wallboard, and filling weather-resistant glue on the outdoor sides of the transverse plate seams and the vertical plate seams to expose the hydrophobic sponge at the cross plate seams.
10. The construction method of the externally hung wall panel with the function of draining water seepage of the board seams according to claim 9, is characterized in that: before the weather-resistant glue is filled in the transverse plate seam, the foam rod is firstly put in and then filled.
