Description

PVC floor glue for non-absorption base layer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based adhesives, and particularly relates to a PVC floor adhesive for a non-absorption base layer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-based acrylic emulsion has the advantages of high peel strength, wide production source, simple preparation process, high film forming speed, high transparency and excellent adhesion to various substrates, and is increasingly researched and applied in the fields of adhesives, coatings, leather, building sealing, medical polymers, water treatment and the like.
Along with the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness of people, the demand of the emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is more and more, and compared with the solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, the emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive has the advantages of low cost, safety, low toxicity, easy operation during polymerization, higher average molecular weight and the like. However, the pure acrylic resin emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive has poor hardness, water resistance and high temperature resistance due to the linear molecular structure and lack of crosslinking in molecules. These deficiencies limit their use, for example, non-absorbent substrates adhered to PVC flooring in the building industry, which are susceptible to adhesive failure.
At present, the high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive with better comprehensiveness is mainly occupied by products in Europe, America and Japan, and although a few research institutions or scientific and technological enterprises in China claim to have part of high-performance water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive technology, a larger gap still exists. The method mainly shows the instability of scale production, the performance cannot reach the comprehensive performance of foreign technologies, only can reach one part of the foreign technologies on one aspect, and the method is suitable for specific regional markets or specific purposes. At present, the domestic research on the water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly focuses on the preparation and modification of the conventional performance emulsion, the research on the application process is less, and the future high performance is the hotspot and development trend of the research on the water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive.

In order to solve the technical problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a PVC floor glue for a non-absorption base layer, and the PVC floor glue comprises, by weight, 70-90 parts of a water-based emulsion, 1-5 parts of a pyrolysis sealing type curing agent, 5-20 parts of a tackifying emulsion, 0.5-3 parts of a thickening agent, 0.1-1 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.2-1.0 part of a bactericide, and 0-2 parts of a pH value regulator.

Aqueous emulsion
In one embodiment, the aqueous emulsion has a solid content of 30 to 60 wt%; further preferably, the solid content of the aqueous emulsion is 45-55 wt%.
In one embodiment, the aqueous emulsion is one or more of an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, an aqueous polyester emulsion, an aqueous acrylic emulsion, an acrylic modified polyurethane emulsion, and a polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion.
In a preferred embodiment, the aqueous emulsion is one or more of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, aqueous acrylic emulsion and polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion; further preferably, the aqueous emulsion is an aqueous polyurethane emulsion or a polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion.
In one embodiment, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is Dispercoll U54.
In one embodiment, the polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion is Sancure AU-4010.
The applicant finds that the PVC floor glue prepared by using the aqueous polyurethane emulsion or the polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion with the solid content of 45-55 wt% in the system has good peel strength. Probably because the solid content of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion or the polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion has high cohesive force and better initial adhesion with other components in the system.
Viscosity-increasing emulsion
In one embodiment, the weight ratio of the viscosifying emulsion to the aqueous emulsion is 1: (5-20); further preferably, the weight ratio of the tackifying emulsion to the aqueous emulsion is 1: (6-18).
In one embodiment, the tackifying emulsion is one or more of a terpene-phenol resin emulsion, a hydrogenated rosin emulsion, an esterified rosin emulsion, a polymerized rosin emulsion, and a rosin acid emulsion.

In one embodiment, the polymerized rosin emulsion is purchased from guaninol 6150, flying in Guangxi province.
The applicant has unexpectedly found that when a polymerized rosin emulsion with a specific softening point is used to interact with an aqueous emulsion, and when the softening point is too low or too high, the performance of the prepared PVC floor glue is poor, probably because when the softening point of the polymerized rosin emulsion is too low, the tackifying performance of the polymerized rosin emulsion in a system is poor, and when the softening point is too high, the compatibility of the tackifying emulsion and the system is poor; applicants have also found that it is desirable in the present system to have a weight ratio of the viscosifying emulsion to the aqueous emulsion of from 1: (6-18) is better, probably because the addition of the polymerized rosin emulsion can improve the wettability and initial adhesion of the PVC floor glue, but when the addition amount of the polymerized rosin emulsion is too large, the crosslinking density of the system can be reduced, so that the mechanical property of the PVC floor glue is influenced.
Thickening agent
In one embodiment, the thickener is one or more of hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, alkali-swellable acrylic emulsion, polyurethane emulsion thickener.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickener is an alkali-swellable acrylic emulsion and/or a polyurethane emulsion thickener; further preferably, the thickener is a polyurethane emulsion thickener.
In one embodiment, the polyurethane emulsion thickener is coapu 830W.
Defoaming agent
In one embodiment, the defoaming agent is at least one of a silicone defoaming agent, a polyether defoaming agent, a higher alcohol defoaming agent, and a polyether-modified silicone defoaming agent.

In one embodiment, the higher alcohol defoamer is purchased from Xister environmental protection materials science and technology, Inc. of Fujian province under model number XST-4930.
In the invention, the polymerized rosin in the polymerized rosin emulsion has certain surface activity and has certain stabilization effect on foam, and the specific defoaming agent is added into the system to remove the foam in the system. Probably because the higher alcohol type defoamer mixes easily with the water in the system of the present invention and is environmentally friendly.
The defoaming agent is a silicone defoaming agent, and the silicone defoaming agent is purchased from Xister environmental protection materials of Fujian province, the Limited liability company and has the model of Z-201.
Bactericide
In one embodiment, the antimicrobial agent is one or more of methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one; 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (CAS number: 2634-33-5) is preferred.
pH value regulator
In one embodiment, the pH adjusting agent is one of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP-95); preferably aqueous ammonia.
Pyrolysis sealing type curing agent
In one embodiment, the deblocking temperature of the pyrolysis sealing type curing agent is 100-150 ℃; preferably 100 deg.c.
In one embodiment, the thermal decomposition-blocking curing agent is a hydrophilic aliphatic isocyanate.
In one embodiment, the aliphatic isocyanate is purchased from Shanghai Siwa chemical FB-15.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of PVC floor glue for a non-absorption base layer, which comprises the following steps: and (3) uniformly mixing and stirring the water-based emulsion, the tackifying emulsion, the thickening agent, the bactericide and the pH value regulator, adding the defoaming agent, uniformly mixing and stirring, then adding the pyrolysis sealing type curing agent, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the PVC floor glue.
In one embodiment, the PVC floor glue is used by the following method: and (3) bonding a PVC floor on the non-absorption base layer, coating the PVC floor glue on two sides, immediately attaching the glue film after water is evaporated and the glue film is dried, then carrying out hot pressing for 2-3 minutes by using a heating and pressing roller at 100 ℃, and maintaining for 48 hours.
