Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive materials, and particularly relates to a reproducible pressure-sensitive adhesive and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
Background
At present, the acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive industry mainly depends on acrylate monomers produced in the petrochemical industry, so that the accelerated consumption of petroleum resources is inevitably accelerated, the petroleum resources belong to non-renewable or difficult-to-renewable resources, and the exhaustion of earth resources is inevitably caused by over-exploitation. Therefore, most of the monomer raw materials used as the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives are basically derived from the petrochemical industry, and the environmental, economic and sustainable development limits the use of such products derived from the original. Therefore, renewable, degradable, sustainable mild materials are receiving more and more attention from society and have great demand. Indeed, there is a wide interest in "natural products", including products having a high percentage of "natural" compounds or compounds derived from renewable materials, which are considered to be milder and more environmentally friendly. Therefore, more and more research is being devoted to the complete or partial replacement of raw materials derived from petrochemicals by raw materials derived from bio-based materials or biomaterials. However, for acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive products, the kinds of raw materials derived from natural materials that can be used are limited. Since, in addition to ensuring a high degree of naturalisation of the source of the raw materials, it is also desirable to have the excellent properties of the general adhesive tape articles and even better properties. The production of bio-based acrylate monomers is generally based on the catalytic esterification reaction of alcohols extracted from plants with acrylic acid based on the petrochemical industry, wherein the sources of bio-based alcohols are generally natural products such as vegetable oil, borneol and the like. The raw materials have rich sources and strong reproducibility, and accord with the strategy of sustainable development. In addition, tackifying resins, which are commonly used as one of the main components of adhesives, are generally derived from natural products such as rosin, terpene and the like, and have a high biobased content.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a recyclable pressure-sensitive adhesive and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
